4WP (Tigard) has treated me great. Sam and the rest of the guys have always been there to make sure I get what I need for an off roading trip or went above and beyond to order new parts for broken components that were covered under the 4wp Purchased warranty.They installed a 2.5” Teraflex lift with FOX shocks and did a killer job.I definitely recommend 4WP

Was having issues with another parts store. I called Tigard 4 wheel parts and was met with a very helpful employee that eventually passed my issue up to his manager. Tom knew exactly what to do and had things straightened out quickly. The way I was treated by himself and his staff will definitely keep me coming back as a customer in the very near future. Thanks!

I went to 4 Wheel Parts for a front bumper, winch, fender flairs and a skid plate.Don’t bother with the Portland location. They didn’t return emails or phone calls.The Tigard location was a different story. They took their time explaining everything to me over the phone initially and kept me updated with when the parts would arrive.They got everything installed in one day so I had my new gear for a trail run on the weekend.I’ll be heading back to them for my next round of upgrades.

Shout out to Tom Dettman. Hopefully thats the guy. He is honest and true to his word. Had a decked system installed in my Gladiator no problem at all.

These guys butchered my brand new truck so bad. They forgot to tighten suspension bolts. Destroyed the wheel well covers and forgot to reinstall bolts to the cover. Forgot to adjust the speedometer. Just a completely trash service all while having a bad attitude.

Careful Online Orders May not Be In Stock. I just order something online and was told it was on backorder and would be weeks (they actually didnt know when) before I could pick it up. Nothing on the website conveyed that information.

Cancelled order and didnt tell me about it. Cant even order parts correctly, and just told me to go to Oreileys. Some people are on a schedule but these guys dont seem to care at all.To Owners: So I am supposed to call you but you guys cant inform of a cancelled order in a call or email? Just absolve your selves of all blame while your at it.

I took my Jeep in to get my inner fender covers put on. That part was fine. BUT when I came in to get my Jeep, the guy at the counter... was helping me check out. He was so put out because I ask him a few questions about the call that I had put in earlier. He was so rude and he shouldnt be behind the counter to help with customers.

Came in to look for a birthday gift for my brother, I wasnt too familiar with the off road industry but Samuel was very helpful and friendly and made sure I got the correct accessories, thanks again !!

I paid to have them replace the headlights on my wife’s truck. They did it poorly. Didn’t ground it properly. This caused a connector to melt. This could have caused a fire. And it doesn’t appear they even tested them after the repair because the left front turn signal had a bad bulb. I’m sure it was probably a result of their terrible wiring. When my wife called them, they hung up on her. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR WIRING!

Good place to shop but do your own research. Sometimes these guys arent 100% on what there telling u.

Always busy during the weekend. When there is an event going on. Its seems like the front desk staff like to be outside instead of working. It leaves only two staffs on the front desk. Overall, Joe the technician in the shop was very helpful to my questions.

Had wheels and tires put on my truck here.First they left all of the tire lube on the rim after install- NBD but just sloppy. Second they never returned my specialty tire lug key- They took the time to respond and send me a new one after a few calls and emails.

Tom was awesome and quick to resolve a problem that was shipped to me. And Sam was excellent at customer service both great guys. Top notch customer service!!!!

Well Ive been wheeling all my life and ordered a part through 4 Wheel Parts.Ill probably avoid the Tigard store in the future.The counter staff were just arrogant, not helpful, and slow to respond to a customer that just walked in to pick up a part.There was 2 other customers and myself in the store and the 3 gentleman behind the counter were more interested in talking to their buddies than helping a new customer.

Pretty much just jeep parts on display. For someone with a Ford F150 it was kind of underwhelming.

I don’t care much for leaving reviews to places, but this ones for sally one star down there. Maybe if you pull your head out of your rear and speak up in person instead of leaving passive notes you would be a happy person. And maybe your tonka truck was loaded down with tampons and the guys at 4wd noticed you could use a little support so you don’t have to feel your bump stops with every speed bump you hit in a Dick’s parking lot. Also, I didn’t catch the guys name over at 4wd but he was helpful. For that I thank you, see you soon to pick up some parts I ordered.

Showed up with an older vehicle. Employee behind the counter walked outside to look at the truck then spent 15 minutes inside helping me with all the lift options and possibilities. Price was a little high and he even recommended checking back at the beginning of each month to see if it was on the featured sales list.

Had a problem with a needle bearing vibration after lifting it. It took some back and forth, several phone calls, and overt rejection by the dealer. But eventually 4WP fixed the problem.

Had headlights installed there, installer didn’t ground the lights. Shorted out my system.Ok, so I took my truck back, their bad, they fixed it.On my WAY HOME from the repair, my blinker failed to function. So I called and asked to talk to customer service. No such person.Only wanted to argue with me about whether my truck had been in the shop. IT LEFT 5 MINUTES AGO!!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEBAD INSTALLATION

Extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Adam helped me with my return issue very efficiently and even got the items out of the car! We had bought the items online, and forgot to return them right away after discovering they werent right for our truck, but the return was a breeze.

I had an appointment for my truck. Showed up on time for the appointment to find the parts had not arrived. Guess they didnt think of calling the day before to reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled for today. Showed up again on time. Was told everything was good to go, and left my truck. Shortly after returning home, I received a call stating the parts hadnt arrived after all. The choice was to leave my truck all weekend with the parts possibly arriving on Monday, or come pick it up for another wasted day. The sales person talked in circles about what happened with the shipping. They did offer 75 gift card that was good towards the purchase and other offers, but that wasnt the point. We asked before leaving the truck if they had everything, and he said they did. What a JOKE..... NEVER setting foot in this place again. JUST A WASTE OF TIME. Im thinking their good reviews are from their buddies....... Oh while we were waiting to drop of our truck, another customer was dropping of their vehicle and it sounded like the sales person had no idea what happened to their parts either.

I ordered a hard-to-find part and they made sure that they could order it from the manufacturer for me and get it to me in a timely manner.

Had an item that.i was trying to return. Still bran new in the box, with receipt.in hand. Because it was over 90 days, they would not take the return nor even give me instore credit.The guy told me to put them on craigslist and maybe some will buy them. Are you kidding me??I will never shop there again.

Spent 4,000 dollars here and when all my parts showed up no one called to let me know my parts were in I had to call and ask, when I showed up to pick up the parts the guy at the desk was helping a customer but after standing there for ten minutes I noticed they were just talking about four wheeling, evenly another employee came out and asked if I had been helped as I stood there. He found my parts and brought them to me and watched me load them into my vehicle. Didnt offer to help, customer service over all was poor.

I have been using 4 wheel Parts in Portland since May and switched to Tigard when they opened (Much closer for me). The heart of the service shop is Ryan. He is MONEY. He is very particular about how he wants things done and sets the bar high for himself and his techs.They have done a lot of needed work on my 05 Tundra and I am pleased with it. If it is not done right, they own up to it, make it right, and keep the customer happy. I will continue to use them. Sorry to hear about the negative experience the other guy had, hopefully it is a one off.

Visited the store for the 1st time today. I browsed the whole store and the guys working today were great. I got what I needed for my Jeep, and my boys got some awesome sticker swag. Will definitely be back.

Been here many times and the service has always been top notch. I usually go to Adam at the Tigard location because he is knowledgeable and tells me the parts that will actually work well with my Jeep and not sell me things that aren’t as good quality. I will keep coming back to this location!

I ordered several accessories online from 4 Wheel Parts without knowing they had stores close to me lol. Portland, and more recently, a new store in Tigard. I always received perfect orders and fast shipments. Then I had them do a build on my truck. I love archery antelope hunting and needed great suspension and tires, plus some clearance, etc. They did a fantastic job. Recently, there was a slight problem/misunderstanding regarding a small part I needed. The manager of the Tigard store called me to apologize and make it right- thats great customer service and getting rarer and rarer these days. Though I will miss working with Steve and everyone at the Portland store, the Tigard store is much closer and they seem to have the same drive to make happy customers like me.

Awesome place! After my apartment said no to me installing my Barricade HD Rockers 4 Wheel Parts said that they would install them for me even though I didnt purchase them through them! They rock!

Third bad experience with this company. Wanted to at least check out their new Tigard location. Zero customer service while I was in the store. After leaving the store and was in the parking lot I was approached by an employee who decided to insult my vehicles slouch in the rear. He did not take in to account the gear that I could be carrying which I do. I did not find his attitude appropriate and the comments he made to be needed. Will no longer being be doing business with them and will not be recommending them to any of my friends in the 4 wheel drive community.

Terrible service, the guy that helped me was eating something with part of it still in his beard! He found what I was looking for in the computer, told me it would take a while to get it in. I said ok Im not in a hurry, he then suggested that I find it on line, (Amazon, or Ebay), then started walking out the door with another customer to check out his rig. That was my first and LAST time in there. Plenty of other stores around, including online, thanks for the tip dude!

I didn’t get the guys name but honestly was the most informed person I’ve talked to in years and super helpful. They didn’t stock the tires he recommended but 100% would recommend them even just for advice
