Outstanding paint store. Great experience!!! Friendly and knowledgeable about colors. The Nelson’ s are masters in finding the right color. John went out of his way to finally match the color I wanted. He even came to our house to see what colors were best for us. I would HIGHLY recommend their service and products.

These guys are wonderful! We went in for Benjamin Moore paint and came out with several solutions to a couple of refurbishing projects we are working on currently. Very knowledgeable staff and they can talk with the DIYers as well as the professionals. As an added bonus the quarts of paint we went in for were actually cheaper than the Behr at Home Depot. Will pretty much only shop paint here from now on

Decor West and its sister store, Decor Color & Design, have been wonderful. The amazingly patient, Jon, helped me pick out a large house full of colors knowing that all the paint would be bought out-of-state. He helped me match 20 year old colors from companies that no longer exist and helped me created custom colors. I may not be able to find the perfect Benjamin Moore color, but Ill ALWAYS buy Benjamin Moore paint and try to buy it from Decor. All the guys in the TO store are great and I couldnt have done this project without them! Thanks!!

This place is great. Friendly staff who actually know what they are talking about. Great job color matching, too. Dont think for a second you are going to pay more than if you went to some big box retailer. I have found their prices beat or match those places for similar quality product.

Outstanding, they go out of the way to provide exceptional service anyway they can. Jon is very knowledgeable in products and understands the paint trade exceptionally well. They get rather busy with customers coming in left and right. Some people get upset that they havent been helped due to the fact that theyre so busy but its definitely worth the wait. Our paint company wouldnt be what it is without the help of Decor and theyre knowledge. They carry a vast of specialty products and by far surpass the service at Dunn Edwards. Benjamin Moore paint is the top of the line paint you can get and if you want the best come to Decor without a doubt!!

This is a full service e paint store with wheelchair access entrance and parking. The friendly helpful staff named Doug helped me out and understood the complexities of a contractor dealing with indecisive clients and assisted while I got it figured out via telephone with my client. I give the company and Doug 5 stars. However there was another employee who was rude and condescending passing it off as a joke that he laughed at himself and I didnt appreciate his interaction and if it werent for the very understanding and professional attitude I may have left but all in all Im giving them 5 stars despite the rude employee who I would fire if he worked for me which he couldnt as I only hire skilled professionals.

Decor was so extremely helpful to me when I was trying to decide on a color for glazing my kitchen. They went above and beyond to create a variety of color samples for me to use in deciding on my colors. The process for them to create these samples required some time and effort and I appreciated it tremendously. As did the guy I hired to actually stain/glaze my kitchen. It saved him a lot of guesswork. Thank you Decor for all your expertise and time. Toni

John Nelson is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and down right kind. It is refreshing to interact with personable professional people that genuinely care about others and their customers .

No employees wearing masks even though state-wide mask mandate in effect. They have the sign on the door saying to wear masks but they just did that to get approved to be opened.They should be shut down.Do not go here
