Just a basic home depot. I dont request help from the staff often, so I cant comment on that aspect. However, they are helpful in provided me lumber cuts so I can fit it into my SUV. The prices are reasonable and they usually have things in stock. Sometimes multi-packs of items will have items missing. Im not sure if this is due to thievery or due to them putting out returns without checking to see if the product is complete. Ive gotten home a couple of times only to find out there were missing items in my multi-pack (such as a pack of wall switches).

I get my exercise by walking the whole store. Seems Im always here buying stuff to fix the pad. Great selection, almost always find what I need. Living that dad life I once would make fun of others.

It was a little difficult to get the help I needed. Yes they have everything under the sun and I rented a nail gun for my brother. I had to return 3x for the correct nail. If youre gonna rent me something at least be kind enough to make sure u get me the correct accessories. The return was a sinch and attendants were nice.

They have all the cleaning needs and more I always come to this location and find everything I need.Very well stocked and very good at service. Thank you!!👍

Found everything I wanted plus a couple extra. I had assistance from 4 employees and they were helpful and friendly. Plus good prices and no parking problem. Love it!

This specific home depot has the best interior plant selection. Always have tons of cool plants to choose from and the best prices, always excited to see what new plants they have every month. Love it.

Plants here are kinda hard to find decent ones that wont grow large but, we found some that worked and always come here for any projects we have. Built an enclosure for a reptile for under 300 dollars and only took 2 days bc home depot had everything we needed for fairly cheap!

Clean, tidy, well stocked. Found exactly what I wanted and was in and out in just a few minutes. Very friendly clerk staff at checkout made it a joy.

Try getting anything done fast in this or any warehouse style store is just impossible! I needed one part, a trip in and out still took a lot longer than it should have. Sounds like Im complaining but really, Im glad for stores like Home Depot. It is a store full of ideas and aspirations.

Excellent experience at this Home Depot- used the app to find what I needed, walked in to the store and went by isle getting what was needed. Everything was where it was indicated. In the different section staff always ask very nicely if we needed help. Very positive shopping experience, for a store I may have been in 1 other time while visiting California.

Ever since I was a young boy I walked the aisles of Man Church counting the different types of lumber and electrical wiring... even 20 years after my childhood I still pray adamentaly in those product adorn halls and today I started my first vegetable garden with their blessing and suggestions.

This is a great spot to hit in the early morning. No crowds, just people there to either look for work, or get ready to work. The store has almost anything you might need and they are really helpful finding whatever it is you are looking for. I prefer hitting it in the early morning hours, it is a lot cooler, and the guys are cleaned up and rested.

I like coming at this branch compare the one near my place since the people here are helpful. They take time to explain what the product is all about.

Two different experiences in same visit. I explained the first gentleman that I want convert my suv into camping suv, showed him the plan, also told him I dont own any tool whatsoever. He quickly started helping with my needs and also cut pieces of 2×4 for me, more than He was allowed by store policy. Next thing I needed someone to help me with drilling, he sent us to guy named Bob. We asked him if you can drill few holes in wood for us. He ridiculed us instead of first explaining that its against stores policy. Then my wife asked we can buy the drill as you said but, if we cant get things done or cant figure how to use it, can we return? He replied go watch and learn on YouTube and come back to buy. Because I showed him the plan a YouTuber had posted with suv camping platform bed, which is exactly I was trying to do. Bob please be gentle to others who are taking the first steps. Guide, help people and not ridicule.Thank you the first gentleman for going above and beyond to help us. Wish I knew by name. I have almost made it to setup the platform bed in suv. Pictures to come. It is not that at all. The only problem I have is that its really chilly but in the summer its really cool to shop in. I came here to get something I need done and they have a really Fair return policy. I just got a space heater from there and right now, its making my room really comfortable. I havent had any problems yet but if I do, Ill be back and update this post. I greatly appreciate the fact that they are really conscientious about keeping social distances and being safe and having alcohol wipes for your carts. I give it five stars.

The biggest and best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. I loved everything from the store layout to their outdoor plant selections. I would have hoped to see a little bit more home automation and electrical supplies since it looks like it’s geared more towards contractors, but I’m happy with the experience.

They now have a food truck several days a week serving delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, sandwiches. You should all go and eat there even if you don’t need anything at Home Depot.

We recently bought a security door from the Newbury Park store and we’re extremely pleased with the final outcome. Tim Dougherty from Doors and Millwork exceeded expectations in ensuring that it was the perfect experience. Installers confirmed our appointment the night before and technicians showed up promptly as planned. The assembly process was quite involved for our entryway, so the total cost of materials and labor constitutes an incredible value relative to and based on several quotes from local independent contractors. Would definitely use them again for another home improvement project.

It keeps asking for this review so Ill give it. Home Depot is the necessary evil. They have it all and are better than Lowes for the average contractor. However, I always shop at locally owned business if possible, as HD is known for driving the competition out of business, and not just in the tool selling department. Their installation efforts undercut local contractors - the same ones that are forced to shop there - forcing the contractors to lower pricing or work for them directly or go out of business.So as an example Im looking for mahogany stain. HD already killed the local paint shop and now they only stock a few cans of mahogany gloss. I have to travel to 3 cities to get what what need or postpone my project by days. The old paint store would have had it in stock, but HD undercut them and drove them out of business. Now with no competition HD can slack off on ordering, they order too much to keep track of anyway, and theres only space for 6 cans of mahogany on the sales floor serving three towns of half a million people... theyre always out of stock in what you need... a symptom of too many people shopping at one store. Its the snake eating its tail here. Its capitalism at its best. Also pricing just went up!

I love home depot. Sometimes it is just easier to use the website to find what isle your items are in. You really cant expected one person to know this vast store. I look on the website for the isle and bay number of what I need. They are a good $2 cheaper on most items I use on a regular basis.

Colin made our shopping experience great. Super friendly and helpful. Not only in helping me and my sister, but with all the customers I saw him interact with. Greatly exceeded basic customer service. I wish the other associates were as helpful. Helped us with a door latch.

I was using the public toilets, they don’t even have stalls. One of the employees was so rude to me and yelled during my entire toilet experience. This PC culture has gone too far, and I cannot believe that I don’t deserve the privacy that your employees probably get in their gender neutral bathrooms. Disgusting.

Have a very deep selection of what you need to fix or upgrade your home. Not wild about how the store is laid out, very confusing, but it works.

Would have been 5 stars if they had more employees available to help was in an aisle for about 20 minutes and was hard to flag down an employee becuase I couldnt hind any. There Nursery by the way is immaculate I highly recommend you check it out.

Friendly staff. Pretty solid inventory though fairly standard for Home Depot. Rare that you cant find what you need here though. Convenient location that I think is better than other VenCo HDs. And also plenty of other useful shops in the complex (e.g. Target).

KATE MAKES HOME DEPOT PAINT GREAT!!! Bored of the covid life, I decided to repaint my house! Didn’t want to change up colors and didn’t have(couldn’t find) the paint colors so I brought in chipped off samples to match. First round was a little off. Came back the following day and was then helped by Kate. Instead of going the electronic sampler route, she used her keen eye to match my paint perfectly! It took a little bit but she was more patient and diligent than I was. She also suggested the right paint for my stucco... PERFECT! My house and myself are quite happy with the end result! THANKS KATE!!!

Good selection of tools and parts, but its a big box store that can be hard to navigate and overwhelming if you arent sure what you need or where it is. Employees are hit-or-miss when it comes to customer service, and their ability to give good service often depends on how busy the store is.

Okay at best. Not enough help. Very difficult to get help. Easier to go elsewhere and maybe pay a few cents more.

Personally, I much prefer Lowes. The employees there are nicer, and more knowledgeable about their store, and the contents in it. The employees at this particular Home Depot, in my opinion, are pretty lazy. Theyll stand around talking, and point you in the direction of a self checkout rather than help you out, even if youre the only one waiting. I really only go here because I know where most everything I need is located. And because they carry a certain brand of tool that I like. And thats it.

Rented a log splitter for 24hrs. Split about 3 cords. Great workout for $110.

The guy helping us deserves a pay raise! We were buying plastic pipes for a barbecue grill gas pipe and the man working there was amazing at his job. He had a beard and a mustache, red color. He actually knew how to do his job and was very helpful with tips and ideas. He deserves a pay raise or at least a higher up position

Building materials department guys here were great helped me out quick, and they even carried out and loaded concrete bags for me when my shoulder was messed up

Its my neighborhood hardware store for 6 years now. Has what I need at prices that are frequently better than the Big A online. Whenever they rearrange things I get irritated and waste time. They recently have more employees it seems, since they got some new competition right across the street. And that helps. But it turns out the BEST way to find something in this store is to use the mobile app. It will tell you whats in stock and exactly where to find it. Heaven forbid you need a piece of lumber cut. Expect to ask multiple times and wait forever.

Worst flooring job I have ever seen. From the tile floor in the kitchen to the Martha Stewart carpet, so bad. Their offer to fix was ridiculous. Too bad cant give a minus 5 stars.Go anywhere but HD for your flooring.

Store is layed out like a maze; good luck getting assistance, even asking for help and getting someone to call for assistance gets you nowhere; and they wont take returns after 6 because then we have to stay to put them back. Seriously, why even bother going to brick mortar than... At least with Amazon I get at home delivery and pickup.Luckily, Lowes opened across the street.

Most of us have had the thats not my department experience before however on Saturday Dave in Plumbing totally destroyed that stereotype. Dude was 100% on. Totally helpful, knew the store front to back and totally great attitude!
