Horrendous customer service in store and online. Don’t even bother mentioning if you have an issue, it won’t be acknowledged or fixed. Just buy your coffee maker or squatty potty and hope they aren’t defective.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the new and interesting things they always have. Always try to stop in one in town.

Very deceptive and misleading practices! I went in for a twin size electric blanket, which their online store says that they had in stock at this location. The only size that they had left was King. The large sign on the display table says it was $70, now $50. When I got to the register, it rang up for $135! Apparently you cannot take the sign at face value. You are expected to walk around the entire table and look at the back side of the sign to see each size has a different price. The frontside did not mention it that the $50 price was only for the twin size or that prices may vary, or anything else. It was very misleading and deceptive. I will choose to shop at places that do not deceive their customers for their own financial gain.

The variety in that store is GREAT. I was so amazed. Enjoyed the experience. Will be shopping there alot. Put their app on your phone and get % off your visit. Prices were good. Great sale items too. If you can dream it I bet you can find it there. I really recommend this store. Great parking.

At Bed Bath and Beyond they were awesome and they helped me tremendously I recommend that store to every friend that I know and everybody that goes there are special people. They have special people working there they are so kind and helpful. I will shop there always. I will tell my friends about that amen and have a Merry Christmas

Ive been in a few Bed Bath and Beyond stores, and my only complaint about this one would be that is kinda small. I really like their selection. Of course, they dont always have exactly what I want, but it is not from lack of trying. They have all kinds of kitchen stuff. Some of it is a bit of unnecessary gadgetry. However, they have a great selection of actually useful things as well. The quality of products is better for the most part, but they do carry some cheaper lower quality things too. For example, I bought a shower shelf unit for around $30. It was cheap for what it was; it felt cheap, and of course it wore as such. It gave me a good year or two though, and at the time, that is all; I wanted. The point is they keep a good selection of products in my opinion.

Big selection. Friendly service. Clean, organized, bright and well stocked. Found everything we needed in short order. From bedding, cookware to bathroom. Also, many other useful, fun, and interesting make life easy items.

This store is very clean and organized. All the products I looked at had prices marked on them. They have great products and gadgets. They also have a nice and knowledgeable staff.

Normally I dont post negatively about a store. However, my husand & I recently bought a Teflon grill topper with holes. We used it once correctly & it began to peel. He drove an hour from our town back to the store to return it. Who saves receipts for items like that? Not only did he waste gas to get there but only received 80% of what we paid which was about $25. Thats a pretty unfair policy in my opinion.

Over priced but the employees were great, very attentive but they didnt hover. I purchased some very expensive Tassimo T-disk coffee and it is expired. I didnt realise until after opening it. It should have been clearanced or discarded.

I really love this store but I am in a wheelchair and there is so much stuff hanging down low on the isles especially in kitchen area that I can not go down the Isle to look at what I want. This is very agrivating because I need some things and I would really like to get them in your store. I wish you would rethink the way you display some of your products. Im sure there are others that have had same problem. Im not the only person in a wheelchair in Texarkana. Please fix issues so I can have better shopping experienced in your store. This is only issue I have with this store other than some of the prices. The people are very nice and the store is always clean. Thanks! Karen Terry

Cramped, employees do not engage at all, and store is rather small. The good side is, even for how cramped it is, items are organized well into categories (bath, kitchen, bed, etc), stock is well, and the selection is huge! Theres so much at this tiny store.

Looked for wall mounted spice rack...frame only. Piss-poor selection... like, none!
