Very disappointed. Charge you an extra percentage to use a card instead of eating it to not pass on to the customers. Not one gas dryer close to $150 was all $400 or more just a gimmick to get you in the door and why so much I have no idea they get them free alot of the time and fix them, turn around and sell them for a high price. I just left.

I bought my appliances years ago and they are still working great to this day. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to everyone I know.

Ladies behind the counter were rude and told my mother in law one thing and then back tracked and said another once she went to actually buy a fridge. Very unprofessional and rude. Qont go back or recommend to anyone I know.

Washers and dryers are priced heavily but they only come with a 30 day warranty. Hhmmmm. They claim to have refurbished these appliances so to speak but only give 30 day warranties. That sound right to yall? Then if you purchase a washer and dryer, it cost a extra 90.00, thats right, 90.00 to deliver your washer and dryer to you. Hhhhmmmmm. ✌️

Purchase a gas stove from Best Used Appliances it work for 30 days. When called about having the stove service. They said it was out dated.

I took my fridge to this business to be repaired. I was unhappy with the service I received so I gave them a scathing review and 1 star.The owner contacted me and went out of his way to repair the relationship. I came home with a top of the line refrigerator and a guarantee that I can live with.So I am amending my first review to reflect the care I received from the owner Al and the manager who is so very sweet. Thanks again Al and Ashley. :)

6 months later and I am still totally in love with my refrigerator. I would definitely recommend Best Used Appliance Superstore.

This is the worst used appliance store in the Texarkana Texas and Texarkana Arkansas area! The owner is never available when needed, they have a young lady who works there but what her roles and responsibilities are is unclear. Tried to get a refund on a purchase and it took days before we could get a response. The product never left the store. Refund was warranted b/c we found a better appliance store that for one offered better service and better appliance at the same if not lesser cost!The service is so horrible if they offered I wouldn’t buy life saving medication from them! If you don’t want the headache, or hassle do not I repeat...DO NOT shop here!

Got a great deal on a glass top electric stove with a double oven about a year ago. Hasnt missed a beat yet. My mother in law payed $1600 new for the same one. I got mine for $550. Very pleased.

I must disagree with that unfavorable and a bit unbelievable review.In my opinion the owner was more than helpful, I recall he spent quite alot of time listening to, and resolving my particular problem.Ive had 3 experiences there....the 1st they delivered to a very far distance, at no extra charge, a large stove bought for my son, 2nd, a few days laterThey returned again on CHRISTMAS DAY! in below freezing temperatures and repaired it.The 3rd time, they stayed late, until after 7pm to finish an appliance I needed right then as I was waiting and on my way to Houston.So I find it hard to believe we are reviewing the same store.BRgrds,P.Johnson

JEERS to best used appliances on 7th street in Texarkana. I’ve had the worst experience with them. We went and bought a used washing machine and as soon as I got it home, it wouldn’t work, I called them first thing the next morning around 8:00 am to tell them I wanted a refund because on my receipt it clearly says “30 day warranty”. The office manager proceeds to tell me that there is a 25% restocking fee which was not mentioned in my original purchase, 16 hours prior. I was very nice and proceeded to tell her that that was wrong and I was then told how there was a sign in store with that information written on it. Long story short, I take the washer back and my boyfriend and I meet with the owner in store and he refuses to give us a full refund. He also claimed that after they looked at the washer, that it worked fine so they’d put it back on the floor to be resold! And the signs she was refuting to was in small print, in black and white, and close to the ceiling. (Hardly visible) my boyfriend was very upset and told the owner we weren’t leaving without a full refund and the owner threatened to not give us anything back at all! After he and my boyfriend argued, my boyfriend was made to leave the store so that I could get our 75% refund. He tried to continue bad mouthing my boyfriend to me, when which I asked that he stop, cause I’d done nothing rude/wrong to him and I just wanted to please leave, he said “this is my property, I can do as I please!” Please beware of this business. The owner is obviously crooked and I don’t want anyone to go through our terrible experience!!

Well they have some decent appliances but they are very proud of what they have, and claim to be a couple weeks behind if you want to pay them seventy five dollars for delivery. Meh, I dont think Ill be back.

Bought a washing machine from them and was told they would take 15 minutes to check it for any issues before i could loaded it up and bring it home and to my surprise got home and it would not drain the water completely. Wont buy from them again for sure

I bought a fridge from there a few months ago and it still works great!!

Bought a refrigerator that never worked right, and had to wait more than a week before their technician finally came out...only to give me the run-around, do everything possible to try to get out of the warranty, and then tell me what I already knew. When I tried to return and exchange it, I encountered similar attempts to get out of the warranty, and only got a working refrigerator after arguing with management for a while. These appliances seem over-priced for their extreme lack of quality, and I would discourage anyone from ever shopping here!
