Online review of inventory took me to the dealership on a Sunday. Interest in a car with all the details and information online and on the car. Inquired through chat if still available and an appointment was made for the next day to drive the car. Was contacted by two different online sales personnel one being the manager to supply additional information and confirm appt. Walked into showroom and was assisted by Parker immediately just to show me around and he eventually sold me the car. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I never got the hard sell just worried about me getting the right fit for me. We are very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend these folks to help you get your next car.

Kudos to the extremely helpful, courteous and over the top sales staff at Platinum CDRJ. The sales person (Billy) drove all the way to my home in Keller Texas to pick up one of my vehicles and I followed him back to the dealership in my second one. I traded both vehicles in on a new TRX. This dealer was the only Ram dealer in the area to sell me this truck for sticker. Other predatory dealers are charging up to $20,000 over sticker as the demand for these is so great. I truly appreciate an honest, upfront, no gimmicks dealer that cares about their customers! The sales process was easy, the staff friendly and my Truck is BAD TO THE BONE!

I as a buyer with no trade was literally searching the entire country for a new truck. I was in contact with dealers in multiple states and struggled to get the advertised price that I was seeing online. I called Platinum and they gave me the great advertised price with 0 haggle. 0 BS about needing this that or the other. It was almost too easy. I got a great deal. And when I got to the dealership my truck was parked outside and it looked beautiful, I mean detailed clean. I was in and out of finance in about 30 minutes. Great dealer to work with.

Easy, pressure free buying experience!They had a lot for us to choose from, which is surprising given record low inventories at this time.The price was the best in DFW. I negotiated with a lot of dealerships to get there price down, but did not have to with Platinum as there asking price was already the lowest.No crazy dealer markups either.It did not take to long to consulate the sale given how busy they were this Labor Day.Or salesman Parker was great!

We tried to purchase a Subaru Legacy from here and at first we called, it was great! Julie was the nicest but then when we got there we got someone else. He seemed like he didn’t care to sell that car. Barely even talked to us while we were checking the car out. He seemed more interested in his phone than his job. From the moment I spoke to Amy in internet sales to finalizing details with our sales rep, Charlie to working with Lyles in finance. This was the easiest process I have ever had with purchasing a new vehicle. They didn’t try to upscale us, change the pricing or hassle us. We got exactly what we wanted and paid exactly the price we were promised from start to finish. If you are looking for a new vehicle I 110% recommend giving these folks your business! I text Charlie my specifications of what I wanted, sent him pictures of my trade in and was in and out of the dealership within an 1 1/2 last night!Tommy was excellent too and made a great first impression!

Paid for an oil change and new fuel filters. Got an oil change there in the past and the service was great! The guy kept me updated on everything and I felt that the charges were fair. Though this time they charged me almost $500 and didn’t warn me at all of the costs. Only time they spoke to me was when I had first arrived, and when they were ready to collect the bill. My truck is a diesel and I have never paid more than $8 for a state inspection, they charged me way more than that.

Bait & Switch...was promised a rate of 2.25%, switched to 2.79% so they could make more $$ from other vendor. They dont know how to work on the hybrid electric, dont return calls, and even their corporate reps cant reach them...not sure how long they will continue in business. I was in search of a Pacifica hybrid during a time all local dealers had no inventory with unknown re-stocking times and charging $5k higher than MSRP. I was fortunate enough to find the model I wanted at Platinum and the whole team worked together to make my buying experience the best. They were transparent, communicated promptly without being annoying, the manager even reached out to me to make sure all my needs were being taken care of. I can honestly say that this was the least stressful buying experience in my entire life! Turns out the young sales associated that sold me my truck 6 months ago, over promised on the complementary service contract. When I tried to schedule my oil change, I wasnt in the system and the sales associate no longer worked there. Spoke with Terry, a manager at Platinum Dodge, and explained the situation. Instead of walking away, he honored the commitment. Two oil changes per year for two years on a diesel truck isnt trivial. Thanks for sticking by your promise.

I was pleased with the service I got from Platinum. Terry was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I took about 3 days to make my choice on which SUV, he was not pushy. The transaction only took about hour and half. That was helpful. The only thing I can say that wish was different, is the tank was not filled up with gas. I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles in my life New/Used and I’ve never not had the gas tank full when buying. Also realized the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Other than those 2 things the experience was great!!! Thanks!

The dealership is new and clean. Huge service bay and all the service mechanics Ive met are nice.My issue is with the frontline staff. The service manager isnt very attentive and seemed rather uninterested compared to some other service managers at other dealerships.Ive also visited the sales staff. I had the displeasure of working with Jay Dhanani. He mentioned he had worked for dodge for five years. I told him I owned a hellcat widebody and he kept inserting inaccurate facts about the new hellcats into the conversation. Like how the new hellcats have 808hp (which is false, that was a one year demon model that is no longer produced). This immediately put me on guard and had me suspicious I might not be able to trust this sales rep.I work for FCA and was helping a friend shop for rams. I had a internal control number for friends and family pricing. After finding a ram, I asked for the invoice. The first request was ignored, he presented me the window sticker and dealer sheet. After my second request for the FCA LLC invoice, he made us wait 20min while he stood around at the sales manager desk. The second sheet he produced was a payment sheet. After I asked about the invoice for the third time he again ignored the question and told me their price was already lower than the friends and family internal price. If that was true why not just show me the invoice? There is literally zero haggling involved with a internal control number. After wasting three hours with a dishonest rep that doesnt even know his own product I can absolutely say AVOID this rep and question everything your rep tells you. A simple sale can take an hour, if you dont get a straight answer walk away.TLDR: nice new and clean dealership. Excellent mechanics and service staff. Shady sales reps and uninterested service managers. All in all okay, just bring patience and make sure you get what you want. Question everything produced by the sales reps.

Awesome service, wonderful management personnel that is transparent, forthcoming, and direct. You always know what is going on with your vehicle and what is needed. These guys are experts at preventative maintenance care. I can guarantee that they will check out your vehicle thoroughly, advise you on what is needed to keep your vehicle performing optimally. I try to complete all of my recommended maintenance at every visit. When I can’t, Benny Gonzalez has always provided options to do this over a period of time that won’t effect my warranty or hurt my vehicle. They are the pros. I follow there lead and never have any issues. Great job guys.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from the salesperson I dealt with. Very nice knowledgeable young man BUT I had to leave and gave him my cell number and he was supposed to get back to me about my trade in.I assume he and or his manager decided they couldn’t offer me what I wanted for my trade in and didn’t bother with even calling me and saying anything.I didn’t even tell anyone what I wanted for my trade, I only said the deal hinged on it. At a minimum they could have called me and said they weren’t interested in my trade or didn’t want to offend me with an offer...something anything would have been respectful verses NOTHING.

Buyer Beware! On used cars from Platinum in Terrell. Its one thing to buy cheap and totally As Is from craigs list. But you pay a premium from a large dealership because they promise you an extensive 40 point inspection, including a thorough safety inspection . Well for me they reneged on that promise, and deceptively sold me a used car with 8 year old tires on it! 8 years in the hot and humid Texas weather will break down the rubber no matter how thick the tire tread is. When I complained to my salesman Tommie, the response was tough luck and the sale was As Is. They deliberately chose NOT to tell me about the tires being 8 years old and unsafe. So dont be fooled by the glitzy, fancy showroom. Platinum is NOT very honest and they will sacrifice a customers safety to enhance their profits.

We enjoyed our car salesman and sales manager. We called and spoke with Kevin and headed to the dealership that same day. He was very prompted to show us the vehicle we were interested in. He showed us the vehicle and all features. By no means did we feel pressure to purchase. The Sales Manager Will was great and worked with us on getting the price of the vehicle to were my husband and I were comfortable. After getting to that price we told him that we needed to come back and make our final decisions. He did asked what he could do today for us to purchase that night but understood our decision on wanting to wait. He let us take the car home to think about it and never felt pressured. The next day we go to financing and the finance guy was okay. My husband and I can not stand the smell of cigarettes, he had just got back from a smoke break and having to sit through that process was not pleasant. His attitude has changed when we declined all extra warranties and looked like he was in a rush to get us out of there. He was nice just the mood definitely switched. All in all, we recommend this dealership and Kevin was great.

The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Cody was awesome, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. I haven’t bought a new truck in 20 years, and this experience made it worth the wait. I will definitely come to Cody for all of my future car purchases!

We purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from this fine establishment. Drove all the way from Mississippi to get it. Platinum has the best prices and best options on vehicles we have ever seen. And the staff made us feel welcomed and family. And boy were they dapper the finance manager was dressed to a tee. Head to toe he was covered in the finest clothes known to man all he needed was a fedora and peacock feather.

If I could give this dealer more than 5 stars I definitely would ! Not really satisfied with the car, after driving out the dealership everything was fine . Then 4 months later my car started doing a loud knock upon start. Took it to get checked and within 2 days the engineers from Chrysler say everything is fine, that the loud knock was normal to just give it back don’t do any further repairs. Even though I got a second opinion saying my car was 10x louder then any other car that it was not normal. Now don’t know what to do, my wife (expecting) doesn’t feels like she can trust the car and knock May cause one day to not turn on . Now we are stuck with it because the dealership didn’t even bother making an effort. Thank you though to the mechanic was amazing, great service from him !

Bad experience. Went to buy daughter a Jeep and left without one. Offer we made wasn’t presented or written up correctly. They adjusted the offer and lowered our down payment so the taxes would show as higher on the paperwork- then came back and said that taxes would be the same even with $5k more down... mind you this was on top of the fact the Jeep they had was taken on trade and already had a huge profit in it for them through the markup. Guess that’s how those fancy facilities are bought and paid for.

If I could rate zero stars I would........ the service department will not return phone calls and when Brent or Benny tell you they are going to call you back don’t listen to them.As for them doing anything about my truck hahahahaThey laughed in my face.2020 ram 3500 14100 miles and they are saying it needs an alignment and two new tires and that me the customer needs to pay for it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PLATINUM DODGE EVER AGAIN

The folks in the service department were on the ball! They communicated throughout the process. My service tech made sure it was fully repaired before they would let my truck leave.

Very easy getting in to the service dept. the service guys were very polite and showed me to the waiting area. One issue I had was there was a significant wait time just for an oil change and tire rotation. And I had an appointment. I received a coupon offering a discount for the service but was not told to bring it with me which caused a problem getting the discount when I left. In the end, the work done was good and I got a discount so I was satisfied. I will come back, but I’ll be sure not to schedule anything else on that day.
