Fast Service Extremely courteous and friendly staff great pricing. I had a oil change on my XTS and was faster then most places. They even offered to wash my car before returning it to me.to me thats a plus as my car is a white pearl Tech corrected a cover left improperly installed by a previous oil change. They didnt gouge me on the price of a oil change like most places do. I will highly recommend them to anyone

Service department was the worst customer service ever. I took my XT-4 in for warranty work, they charged Cadillac for the repairs but did not fix the problem, when I took it back (after waiting a week on my appointment and left it all day)they didn’t have time to work on it. I will not be back and don’t recommend this dealership for sales or service

My wife went to test drive several vehicles and Tracy Fox was outstanding taking great care on driving the vehicles. She decided on the 2020 Cadillac XT4 which was outstanding. MIKE took care of insuring the financing was done and I very much appreciate the exceptional service and if you want great customer service let Platinum Cadillac/Chevrolet in Terrell help you. Bought a used car from here. Nice staff. Check engine light came on in the first 100 miles. Needed thermostat, shocks, broken motormount and new radiator. Cost me $1200 in repairs. Yikes. But nice staff. Running good now thanks to Carter automotive.

Truck broke down asked Greg to tell me the problem.He stated it was the left hub when in fact it was the right hub. He charged me $130.00 saying he was 1/2 right. No sure youwere wrong. Next time i will go to firestone where they inspect the tires fluids and under carriage of vehicle for $10.00
