They actually took care of my tires in an appropriate time versus the Stan S. One in Killeen. Very nice, quick, and communicative.I would recommend.

Dont waste your time in this place if you have to wait and extra hour or pay twice as much elsewhere your better off.

I went in for an oil change at 1130am on Sunday. The guy taking the info for the car said it was an hour and a half wait and I should come back about 330-4 when it is less busy. I returned at 345 only to be told they are closing down and cannot do an oil change. When I told them that guy told me to come back, and the hours online say open till 7, they shrugged and said oh well try another day

The service manager in automotive is so good that drive 38 miles to his store instead of 6 miles to the closer Walmart to me. He put four tires on my wifes car yesterday and two on mine today. When spending around 1,200 dollars having the professional behavior of Jaime make it worth it.

The girl at the counter gave me excellent customer service. I cant remember her name but I had to wait for my tire repair at 7:30 am and she was great.

The workers are really nice, like everyone in Temple. They fixed up my car and I was good to go. When I left, I felt like the balance or alignment was off, so I took it back. This time, the steering was tight and there was no pulling to any side, and no charge! I would recommend them!

Told me they couldnt fix a tire that was repairable (according to another shop), and that I didnt have it under warranty, when it was just put on not even a month prior. Etheir the other walmart blew smoke up my dress or they are at this location. Makes no difference to me. 1 star, wish I could give 0 stars, for the customer service in treating me like I was trying to pull something on them when it was the other way around.

The battery on my truck died. I called Walmart to price their batteries. I had no way of getting to Walmart to get to Walmart, the service manager said we do not normally do this..but he came to my house..got my truck started and followed me to the automotive department..ensuring I made it there with no problems...I give him a 10 out of 10...thank you Mike!!!!!

Go there all the time for oil changes always very nice and knowledgeable. Yes sometimes there’s a wait but your in Walmart so there’s plenty to look at while you wait unlike stand alone places.

Always had very nice service at this location. Really like the drive up lane and attendant booth area, it definitely makes it more customer and queue friendly.

This place deserves no stars tire specialist didnt even know about tires or they just didnt want to help, mind you i have a sick gpa drivin me 40 miles out with no AC in his truck to help me change my 2 tires and we took my 10 month old son whos sweating prefusively....yeah Im open enough to say that this Wal-Mart needs to fire its autocenter employees.

Ive officially given up here. Ive gone a half a dozen times to try to get my oil changed and its always 2 or more hours. Ive tried on weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends and it just doesnt matter. Theyve either got too much business, not enough people, move too slowly, or all of the above. Ive actually left here and gone to the Walmart on 31st street and gotten in right away. This last week, I decided to pay the extra $10 at Valvoline down the street and was in and out in about 10 minutes. You have to decide time over price I guess.

Worst service ever; avoid this place. Spent an hour waiting around for an oil change. After inquiring about my car for the second time I found out that they had drained the oil in my car and then realized that they didnt have the type of oil my car needed. In fact, they werent completely sure what type of oil my VW tdi needed. Then, instead of calling to find out where and what type of oil I needed (or sending anyone out to get the oil they needed) they sent me with one of their mechanic to 3 different local stores to purchase my own oil. Then, after they whole mess they still charged me $40 for an oil change that had taken them 3 hours. I would have spoken to the manager but I decided it wasnt worth my time.

Good, not very fast...

Even though you get there well before closing, theres one particular employee that tells you they are short staffed and can no longer take your car because its near closing time in addition to not having employees. When you ask to speak to the manger, all of a sudden, he can take your car after his eyeroll! Poor work ethic here!
