Super nice store and organized in a very sharp way! Customer service has always been on point in person, I also talked to a sales associate named Brandon about a warranty return over the phone, dude was helpful and insightful and he is killing his job! (Management notice) Brandon is a killer at this job!

Manager did not ask me if I wanted the warranties on the games, but added them to the bill. Only as she handed me the receipt and the transaction was complete did she mention that the warranties were included. Proceeded to return the warranties. Her nice demeanor changed at that point too.

Only game stop that had Playstation console in stocks. Dude was nice on the phone, n held the game for me. Other places I called not one of them had any in stock. The staff was super cool, n helpful at this location

A huge shout out to Steve! His customer service was outstanding. Not only did he call me back when he said he would he was super friendly and so helpful. Good customer service is hard to come by. I called other gamestops and they were not as nice. Thank you Steve for making Christmas a little bit more magical.

All I can say is watch them. Check your receipts. We went in and bought 2 games. Both used. 1 game she gave us was for the wrong console the other they rang up a brand new game and not the used one we handed her. Lesson learned we wont be back.

This store is amazing especially Stephen and James who helped my family and I tonight. We walked in their looking to buy a new game console, but had no clue which console would be a good fit for us. Stephen asked us some questions and immediately recommend the Nintendo Switch. They went on to explain why that console would be good for us, recommended games, accessories, and then let us browse without being an over the top sales person. We picked up quite a few things, my kids love the Switch, and we will be going back there for our future needs.

Jennifer was of great customer service, signed us up for a subscription and we will be returning, great customer service! 👍

So we went into this location to buy a game that we knew for sure was still available. We waited in a very long line for a while with this game in our hands and when we finally got up to the register the guy tells us that the last one had already been put on hold and also said HE FORGOT TO TAKE THE CASE OFF THE SHELVES. Very disappointing. We were there first before that customer even called. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again.

The guys that work there have some great customer service. They arealways so helpful in explaining thier products. I always get sent to pick up some game or thingy and they point me to the right direction and always let the customers know of any specials going on the moment you walk in.

I was tricked into purchasing a system from this store. I was told that if I to bring in a Gaming Console to trade in I would only pay 80 dollars for the better version of the one I had. They didnt bother to make sure if I was clear on everything during the transaction. And when Gamestop Slogan says Gamestop power to the players that is absolutely 1000% NOT TRUE!

IDK what the negative reviewers are talking about. We have 3 consoles in our house so I go in to the store here and there (especially now that our 2 younger boys have started gaming) Every time I have ever been the staff has been nothing but helpful and inviting. They always go out of their way to help find the best possible deals, used discs in the best condition, controllers with built in adapters when they could so easily just let me buy whatever I grabbed off the shelves and be on my way. They have tracked down equipment I needed to return under warranty that their store didnt have in stock and put holds at other stores. All the employees are like this. Maybe they have new management since some of the reviews were written?? But the 2 years we have lived here and shopped there all our experiences have been awesome!! Thanks go out to Scott especially!!

I have been into this location multiple times and the staff has always been helpful. During Christmas and after they were always plesent and very informative. Today I called and spoke with Nate, i had a question about a particular game and he was answered all my questions and walked me through the process. This is something he isnt paid to do but he took time to help me anyways and for that I am greatful. Thank You Gamestop staff on Temecula Pkwy for going above and beyond! You guys are awesome!

Ive been coming here for years....what started off good has now been to many mistakes in a row....for the last 3 times Ive gone in there they have been under staffed and on a TUESDAY WHEN NEW GAMES COME OUT at 3 in the afternoon when schools out theres a line out the door and one employee....but what recently happen was I pre ordered a game and they called me to say that they are having a release monday night.....so I show up thinking my game is there but they go to the back and come out empty handed....the clerk Nikki then tells me that there was a order mistake and nobody got the Xbox one bundle...and they wont be in until Friday....I thought it was weird that A=why didnt you call me to say it wasnt there when clearly you called me 4 hours earlier to say it was...and no B= why did you have to go to the back to figure that out would you have know prior....so I left with a full refund and decided to call the other gamestop...and to my surprised they ended up getting there bundles in So she Lied to me....Probably sold mine to someone else and tried to make a BS story up

This is my shop since I moved to Temecula. The staff is always friendly and really knowledgeable about games because they actually play them.

Staff refused to sell me a game i was waiting in line to buy because someone called while i was waiting in line to put it on hold

They allowed a customer to sell my games that were stolen for full price because they were friends with the management team. Then told me they could do nothimg to help me. I will never re visit this location
