This place is a joke! They took my money online told me they were gonna deliver my stuff on dec 5th then backpedaled and said we cant do business with you. When I asked why not the guy said ask your sister. Started ripping into her about some bad account she has. I almost feel like this is discrimination or some kind of lawsuit for what their doing. Judging me by my sisters account which has nothing to do with me! And they shouldnt be talking about her business to other people. And calling her a thief.. AND STILL WAITING FOR MY 75 BUCKS from my original deposit. Going to Aarons.

Attempted to call regarding renting furniture for my new home the girl that answered was extremely rude and made it seem like I was bothering her when I was asking about the items I was interested in. I usually hear great things about this rent a center however my experience with this employee was horrible. I will not return to a rent a center again.

First of all Im not rich. Im a man and I provide for my family. Rent-A-Center is an excellent place to buy any used or new appliance. If you have a job and have bad credit. This is the perfect place for you. No credit check and pay as you go ☺, easy payments and you can own the stuff in 3 months same as cash. Gina youre great keep up the good work.

I would give “0” stars if I could! Rude as hell! Wanted to pay off my couch, but because I was late on a payment they said they will send someone out on Monday, but then turn around and say the manager wants the couch picked up tonight! I told her I’ll buy the couch but the service Rep Jessica and manager had all their information turned around and talking in circles! Buying a couch elsewhere! I suggest you do the same! They run this store like a scam! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Their liars, extremely unprofessional and rude! A big waste of money!

First of all Ive been a customer with Rent-A-Center for over 3 years now and recently have sent back a recliner to get repaired and also a love seat for repair in order to get them out here to pick them up they gave me time and a date they never showed up never this happen for at least four more times and when they finally came to pick it up they didnt bring a big enough truck and was only able to take the recliner so now three weeks go by never called to reschedule to come pick up the loveseat had to call them to get the recliner back and going on day number 3 now were they cant show up on the day and time that they provide and not even call you to tell you that they cant make it today will not be using Temecula Rent-A-Center or Rent-A-Center at all anymore

If I were able to give NO STARS that is exactly what they would get. After todays customer service text message this rent-a-center has lost a very long time loyal customer. Ive spent thousands of dollars on merchandise over the past 10 years but as of today will never again. The call and hound my phone over 1 week late payment then sends me a text message they will be picking up my merchandise the following day. I responded with a text back of my frustration, warning of this review and that I will bring back merchandise .... only to receive a smart message back OK GREAT ... so I will do as I responded and suggest to corporate they need customer service training. I Do Not Recommend this company as they operate like hoodlums. Unprofessional, Rude, Disrespectful, just read their reviews... this is no surprise.

Went in last weekend to rent a washer and dryer since our new home didnt have them yet. Was told at the store they were going to be delivered the upcoming Tuesday (today). Went home and took it upon myself to schedule other service installations needed in our home for Wednesday and Thursday since I was expecting the delivery of the washer and dryer Tuesday (today). I waited all day for a washer and dryer that never arrived. I called them at about 4:45 to check the status of our delivery, and was told we were scheduled for Wednesday. Now I know my husband AND I BOTH didnt mishear the date we were both told at the same time. I tried my best to handle the situation and figure out a solution with the associate I spoke with on the phone... But because this is the 3rd location weve had some problem or another with... My husbands fed up button has been pressed, and it took 20 minutes of his screaming through the phone from 15 feet away for the lady to finally say she would send the guys out to deliver the washer and dryer when they got back to the store from their route. I dont blame him... I can count on two hands the number of issues weve experienced with rent a center. Thought 3rd location would be the charm to prove to us not all rent a center locations are a chaotic mess and that maybe it was just an issue with Arizona locations. Our products arent even delivered yet, and Im already being proven wrong on my optimism. After this washer and dryer, we are never doing business with any rent a center in any state ever again. And if we run into any other upcoming issues with these rentals.... Im sending my husband in person to holler at them. Let them deal with his darn temper.

I have been with rent a center for a long time, Gina the Manager at the Temecula branch and Ryan, an dillan they have been amazing always willing to help you and make things work I recommend them.

An early military move left us without our washer, dryer and refrigerator for a month. We turned to Rent-A-Center to get us by. We requested that the refrigerator come one week earlier than the washer/dryer. We were told delivery between 2-4. They showed up right at 4 with the wrong item. The delivery men did a great job with returning the wrong item and bringing us the correct one, however, after the mix up it was well past the original time which caused a delay in our previously scheduled plans. The real issue we found was with the less than courteous staff (in store) and that all three pieces were delivered in very unclean condition. Even the pieces in-store, which I realize have been rented, were extremely soiled and dirty. I cant imagine they get so overwhelmingly busy at this store that they dont have time to clean. Yuck.

They say they have all these great deals but then when you signed the contract and do everything,theyre just like oh, well if you get this one deal you wont get this other deal. They never clarify that till after you already signed the papers.

I would give these jerk 0 stars if I could. There customer service is horrible. They have anyone working there with no manners. I have NEVER bought anything from them nor will I EVER. Some reason they still keep calling my phone for my former employee after numerous time I told them that he no longer works here and to take my number of the list. What happens I get another call from them the next day. They seriously need to get there act together. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Rented 2 appliances from this place during a kitchen remodel. The refrigerator was filthy and had rust all inside… I gave this company a second chance and was burned for doing so. This company had a “computer glitch” and said I was delinquent on a payment and threaten to send you to collection on their errors. When that was resolved, NO customer service was given… I called to extend my 1 month rental for 10 days and was quoted $30.. They then kept my $95 deposit and said they were taking care of me… I would NEVER rent or BUY anything from this company again…
