Not very many people in the store. I went into the Geek Squad for my laptop. I was told about their year long program of fixing my laptops or tablets. It was just 100 more for the year long program. I have taken in more than just that tablet every expland what was going on and what i had asked to just pull all data and place in my external hard drives.Very helpful, professional and patient since i dont know one iota on the inner workings of my machines.

Neesha’s customer service was a solid 1/10, I felt like I was being argued with more than I was being helped, sad to say I will not spend no more money here after all the thousands I have spent here at this Temecula location over the years. If I was the store manager I would reduce her hours significantly or let her go, respectfully.

Went to get a m.2 drive and got directed to the exact location from the door. Turned out i had and older motherboard so had to return the item, which was fine since they gave my a 14 day return policy. Again on the return visit, it was straight forward no hassle.

I made multiple stops to Best Buy to handle a couple of issues. I went there to try and get my computer fixed, to buy an iPad, and to sell off some old phones. Ill split this review in three parts based off of these three visits.1. I took my computer in to get fixed about a week ago. On the first visit, GeekSquad took me in 15 minutes after my appointment time and then informed me that they couldnt identify what was wrong with it. I visited the next day after trying to fix it, and then they informed me that the screen was broken and as a result, they wouldnt fix it over liability issues. While they were nice, they were hardly informative and not helpful in the slightest.2. I then came in the next day to buy an iPad as a replacement. The attendant in the Apple department was very helpful and attentive and the checkout process was smooth. However, they had quite a low stock on iPad Airs and accessories.3. I then came in a few days after that to sell off some old phones that I was having a hard time getting rid of. I shouldve expected it, but the process was super long and the offers were criminally low. I only sold one phone and kept the other two due to the time and the extremely low offers.Overall, while there were a couple of positive aspects, my varied experiences at this store have been mediocre at best. Id find somewhere else to go if you want your computer fixed, or if you want a wide variety of available products to choose from. The customer service was good, but there are other underlying issues with the customer experience at BestBuy.

I was asked at the door what I was looking for and was directed to the section of the store that I needed to be at and immediately had a associate in that department ready to help me. Fast and friendly service, immaculate store. Walked out a happy customer within 20 minutes. Not too bad for a major purchase. I found the prices to be slightly higher than most places but it was so fast and easy that I couldnt pass it up.

The guy that helped us in tvs was great. We were told by Mr tough guy security at the door they wont assist you of you dont wear a mask, so we wont be purchasing there. We dont mask as masks are a lie. Still shocked at how many people volunteer to wear one everywhere. I never do. We went in and got the info we needed and are ordering from Amazon. To bad as we were ready to make that purchase.

Its a great store with great employees. Ive gotten exactly what Ive been there to search for and their curbside and in-store counter pick-up options are fantastic and run smoothly. The online ordering process is easy and straightforward. I have yet needed to return a single product. Ill continue using this store for any future technology/electronics related purchases.

The store is great. The employees are nice, however I just wish they were more informative about warranty. And the down side of owning a MACBook Air. The MACBook Air is very sensitive and delicate. I purchased mine within a day without warranty (bad mistake). What I use to purchase this laptop is with my scholarship that I work hard for. As soon as I open it, it was mess up. A lot of mistakes could happen in the warehouse and you telling me I did physical damage. You can replace a defective lab top on your part but can’t take a physical damage on your part. Petty. Now I’m starting from scratch. Never coming here again.

Best Buy is my to go places for technology I was searching for a new Apple Watch it was sold out at Macy’s also checked the Apple Store nobody paid any attention to me and you had to wait for a long time however When I walked into Best Buy I was greeted by a sales person and was helped right away and got my Apple Watch it’s a great experience every time. Im not generally a fan of this type of store. But this trip to BB was incredible. Once inside we were greeted by staff who asked us if we were looking for anything specific. We were. She had a rep meet us. Now, I am well past my prime and sometimes these store reps arent very patient. He went right to the product and gave it to me. He answered all my questions. Off I go ----- not quite. I unpacked the item which generated more questions. A new rep was summoned. This guy was equally as responsive and kind as my other two contacts. Nice job Best Buy.

Im not sure why, when I walked in, I was warned they were short staff. I walked to the computer section, a staff member immediately helped answer my questions about a tablet. I made my purchase and was on the way home in 15 minutes. What a nice experience!!

I love the availability of consultation appointments. It makes it quick and easy to figure out what you want and purchase. They are very careful with their safety measures as well. We have purchased a cell phone and a GoPro this way on two separate occasions. Both of the aales folks we consulted with were knowledgable, friendly and not pushy.

We went in on a Tuesday around 430pm. They seem to be understaffed and a little unorganized! Getting a laptop meant waiting in line, someone having to hunt down the keys, then waiting for someone to go over everything. The process seemed lengthy! Many people in the product line were getting a little disgruntled. The bad part is, the line wasnt even that big. The staff just had to juggle their duties and make the best of the situation. Im sure policies and procedures Best Buy has in place contribute to the high turn over of employees, but what can you do? So many of the employees seem to be stuck in one section and not cross-trained. No one really seemed to be enjoying the day. I think seeing employees drowning makes you want to shop online. Id feel better about supporting this place if their employees seemed like they werent so down on their luck.

The staff was great, kind and courteous. Due to Covid there was a very very very limited selection of electronics and replacements for pretty much everything. Absolutely love their warranty system. No questions asked bring in what you had and swap it out! Easy peasy. If they dont have it they may be able to order it.

Ive only been here twice and it was very quick because I already knew what I wanted but no problems. The employees seem friendly. Today there was a guy at the front that asked me right away what I needed and directed me exactly to where I needed to go which was great. Even though I knew what I wanted, stores are different so I couldve been wandering around in the section but he even knew the row it was in if the section. Great! The manager also double checked on me to make sure I was helped. Great customer service here so far.Update : from 5 stars to 1. I actually went to the best buy in Murrieta first but had a horrible experience there so I returned to this one hoping that it would be flawless like it was in the past.Wrong.First, the guard at the front directed me to the place I needed to go. The girl in Murieta tried to solve the problem herself and she wasnt even really looking. At least this guy had the presence to realize he only has one job. But he told me to sit and wait. I sat and watched several employees pass by me chatting with each other about personal things. I guess half the store was on break. I wish the store manager would watch the video. But I sat and waited patiently. Suddenly, from the BACK of the store, an employee is walking up with a customer. So, how exactly did that happen? Phones arent in the back. And I was there for awhile so I know they werent there and then left to check on something. But I was still patient. Then I see another employee with another customer come out of nowhere. This felt like it was a joke. I sat and waited and waited. They were both just chatting away, living their best life. After awhile, I looked over at the guard that told me to sit and wait. He knew EXACTLY why I was looking at him and he looked me right in the eyes and shrugged his shoulders.This after already having a bad experience at the other location.So if this wasnt bad enough, the issue that I was there for was brushed under the carpet. My screen protector, which was 40 bucks, is visibly worn after only 1 month. When the woman finally finished with her customer, I showed her and she wiped it with a cloth and it seemed to fix it. But, this was the same thing that happened with my last screen protector. The crazy thing is that I have a lifetime warranty on it. So I dont know why she didnt want to fix it but just like I thought, after some time, the imprint on the face is back again. Im not sure how or why this happens but its happened to every one Ive bought. Which is why I bought the one with the lifetime warranty but it was almost like she just wanted to get me out of the store and not fix it. What a joke.This is why I would rather buy things online. Customer service is trash and a waste of time. Half of the employees there were not doing anything. I can bet this raises costs for products, right?? Imagine not having to pay 10k employees or utilities or property costs!! Imagine how much cheaper electronics would be. *******think about it!! What a waste.

Great store. Go to for computers and phones. We love the easy access to the products to handle them to see if we will like them. Prices are fairly competitive. The price match is usually a joke because ever store receives a slightly different model so they will usually not be able to match any competitors prices.Slow store so you can get service easier. Black Friday was very chill as well.

Pretty decent stock for a Best Buy. Store is clean and not very busy. Staff is always present, but not very helpful. Most other Best Buys have employees falling over themselves to help, but not this one. So, if you hate being approached for customer service, I have the store for you.

Too long,Didnt Read: Jerry was extremely helpful and pleasant to myself and other customers and I plan on coming back here for my future electronics needs. Shout out to the customer service rep with the black and red hair, she was very sweet as well.I recently was at this location for the release of the special edition Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch. I was up very early to wait outside because there was a limited stock and I wanted to ensure I was able to get my hands on one. I showed up super early at 5am (5 hours before opening) with my camping chair, book, and coffee and waited for the store to open. At one point the day time employees showed up I was approached by one asking what I was waiting for, who I learned later was Jerry their GM. I let him know and thought that was the end of it. He returned shortly to let me know the Switch I was looking for was in stock and waiting at the customer service desk along with matching cases that where also being released. Jerry returned outside to also assist an elderly customer who had driven a long way and had what she was looking for ready and waiting for her in a shopping cart when the store opened. When I went inside to buy the Switch it was exactly where he said it would be and I was in and out in under 10 minutes thanks to Jerry and the customer service rep with the black and red hair. Thank you so much Jerry for making my trip worth the wait and pleasant despite the chip and rain.

This specific Best Buy I wanted to go to. Not like I HAVE to go to. that being said it still doesnt hurt to take at least 3 mg of Xanax before walking through the front door. I always find really good deals here on clearance. The staff members are not friendly or helpful. Which I prefer to the regular unhelpful friendly staff members at most Best Buys. I always get what I want when I go there even when they tell me they dont have it in stock and it shows that they have it in stock online. Then i find it in the shelf. Love it. At least they can all talk to each other through headsets. Im pretty sure the whole store intercom worked better. I wish for once i would run into a educated person there. Cheers
