Every year something goes wrong with my phone and I take it to Metro they attempt to fix it, saying its not under warranty then I have to buy a new phone. do they make the phones like that so they break down in a year

I wish I would of came to this store sooner. It is the only head quarters store around the area. Michael was very professional, and helpful. They helped me get my claim started and now I will get my new phone tomorrow! :) I previously went to two other stores who didnt help me at all! Ty Michael for doing everything I needed in less then 20 mins.

Zeehan and Michael especially what customer service? Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to print a bill with an agent. After not being able to help me tells me to go into a store. They were rude and wouldnt print a bill. Then began complaining corporate shouldnt of told me to come in. Its evident there has been staff changes, customer service is lacking.

I just want to say that I think this store has the nicest people working for them. They are very helpful. I really do appreciate how they treat people in there. They make you feel very welcome & they really care about their customers.

I agree this is the worst service Ive ever had through metro pcs, i bought a brand new phone from this store the girl who waited on me name Vanessa pretended to understand what the hell she was doing to my phone, i left and came back with in minutes because my phone was doing everything it shouldnt be doing, she told me once i get home it should be fine next thing i new my phone was roaming and telling me i couldnt use it, the next day i returned to there store twice in one day and 3 different people looked at my phone and then gave me a new sim card in my phone then said they would order me a new phone if this didnt fix the problem, next thing i new my phone was under wifi calling, i called metro and they stated they had not set up my phone the correct way, i spent $ 293 dollars at this store, when i called again about everything that had happened with my phone a man answered the phone and started getting smart with me and even told me he didnt care about loosing customers, so i felt some type of way about how they treated me as a customer in 2 days Ive been there 4 times about the same problem, I am a state worker and my client is who sent me there and she is 70 years old and couldnt believe this store would treat me this way, i dont want to think there store discriminate against women of color but they surly acted that way they took my money fast but the service at this location is awful, i for sure wont be back by no means for no reason at all ...

I am a MetroPCS customer and have been for the past 10 years. Anywho I had bought a phone that I had for maybe 2 years or so and it had stopped working so I went into the store to buy a new phone but the manager was so sweet as he took my old phone that was broken looked at it and actually fixed it so that I didnt have to buy a new one. And then my significant others phone was also broken and they replaced it for a near 15 bucks. You cant beat that as the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly the stores clean and they have a cool selection of low-cost phones in general

If you have ever had metro pcs, you know what goes on in these corporate stores. Here is an example : customer can you do ANYTHING for me? Employees Im sorry, there is NOTHING I can do for you. But I can sell you this phone that is outdated by 2 years for $149.00. Are you interested? NO

Go here for nothing. I went in for a simple screen protector, and to pay bill. The guy bubbled it all up and told me to come back in 48hrs it should settle itself. Hahaha. I call them because the bubble of course went no where. And get the Sir there is no guarantee on those. You have to contact the manufacturer.

Workers need more training. Managers are clueless and I am shocked at how they made management. The worker we had had no clue what she was doing. Messed up 3 times causing us to drive back up there twice. Pricing for everything is quite a bit more because it is a corporate store. A case I bought for $15 was $35 at the corp.store and they were the EXACT same!

My 2 year old phone broke (Shattered, unfixable) needed new one. The salesmen was polite and helpful. When you buy a new phone you need a case right? Dont wanna drop it getting out of your car when u get home...$25 for my phone case....thats how they getcha. And also looking at my receipt Im not pleased that I paid a $15 Device change fee when I bought a new phone from your store. That is the fee you get charged for bringing in a phone you bought somewhere else and them transferring service.

My phone number got hijacked. The franchise store basically told me I didnt have an account with them, nothing they could do. The corporate store solved my problem and were extremely helpful and concerned. I will never go back to a franchise store again, not even to pay my bill.

@Theresa Marie. This sounds like my experience with a supervisor named MIKE. The sad part about my first trip to this Corporate Store is this was my first choice. I’ve purchased phones at this location before. After my last phones second insurance exchange, I explain to Mike that coming to this area was difficult. Mike explained how he didn’t care about my inconvenience. After I realized this convocation had escalated to far. Mr. Mike suggested he should call the police on me. Confused by his response, I offered to just purchase another NEW phone. Mike came from behind the counter to try escort me out. I suggested to his co workers that was a bad idea. MetroPCS thanks for my cellular experience.P.S. I purchased a different model phone a few weeks l later. All I ask Mike for was a phone that works. Thanks MIKE

Friendliness and hospitality is kinda blah. Had warranty claim on my phone which itd take 3 days for new one to be shipped expect 3day for it to be inI gave it 4. I tried calling for most of the day and no answer so I just showed.....no replacement still

Terrible! They have no patience for customers, They rush you very rude and Its their way or the highway meaning they dont even try to help you solve the problem or listen to you they just do what they feel is best regardless to what issues you say youre having with your phone or account. If this is supposed to be the cooperate store they sure dont act like it so I have to drive out of my way to another cooperate store because this one is a hot mess especially the female supervisor thats on the heavy side caucasian woman like who hired her? She needs more customer service skills & training because everything with her as I dont know or No & Very Rude! Oh Yeah, she kept stopping to help out other staff and ppl that were after me because she didnt want to let go of control and let other co-workers help her is like because she was management she had to do Everything which had me their longer than I should have been. The agents here are horrible THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Please call corporate and make a complaint if you have or have had a bad experience at this store. I purchased a A80 Fierce from this store this was the biggest mistake I ever made. My experience with this store was horrible form start to finish. When I walked in to purchase the phone all of the sales reps were standing around playing in their phones. One young lady asked if I needed. I just said no didnt want to interrupt their chill time. I liked around and found a phone I liked. I walked over to the girl and let her know I was interested in purchasing a phone. She went and got the phone and activated it. I left the store with my phone and it was no good. The would not connect to any wireless network not even my home network, it took ever for it to charge and the speakers were bad. I took the phone back to the store less than 7days later. I explained the issues I was having to the sales lead Mike who also claims hes the manager as well. When I explained to him what was going on I also expressed that the issues I was having usually are signs that the phone is either refurbished or a display model. Any phone that I have ever purchased BRAND NEW charges in 30-45mins never had a brand new phone take two hours to charge. Mike then insisted that all phones take about an hour or two to charge. I asked well what about the wifi not working. He takes a look at the phone and agrees that there is something wrong with the phone bc he cant connect the wifi either. I explained that I would like to return the phone and get my money back. He then tells me that thats not an option and the only remaining option I have is to sell the phone myself on Amazon or eBay. He then asks for my account info and I give it to him. He then proceeds to say my name wrong and claims its misspelled in the system. He them requests my ID to correct the spelling of my name so I asked you cant correct the spelling without an ID despite the fact that I just gave you all of my account info.He says no. Im like well Im pretty sure it probably is spelled correctly and your just mispronouncing it. He then goes well your making some serious claims your saying we sold you a bad phone and that Im mispronouncing your name. I respond by saying well all of the above are true. Mike them says well if their true I dont need to help you, take your phone and leave. I ask to speak with the manager he then tells me that he is the manager despite the fact he name tag says sales lead. I go to my car and call the corporate number, I explain what has happened to the agent she explains that I have options via warranty for the phone to be replaced. She then has me to go back into the store. When I go back in Mike the manager takes another customer in front of me. Then a man named Zeeshan helps. I let him know I have corporate on speaker phone and they have directed to file a claim and have the phone replaced under the warranty policy. He then proceeds to yell me with a nasty rude tone just to let you know corporate does not govern us they cant tell us what to do. I asked the agent if she heard what he said and she said yes and to tell him that that I want to start a warranty claim. I told Zeeshan this again and he still being nasty and rude OK if you dont have the phone here youll have to go somewhere else. At this point Im pissed so I tell him to just see if another store has because Im will IMG to travel for good customer service. He refuses to do it til a co-worker tells him just see if they have it at another corporate store. He finds it at a store 15miles awaay but as soon as I walk in the store Im greeted by someone with a smile. I explained to them whats going on and they were extremely helpful and apologetic about my bad experience at the other store. They also agreed that the agents there arer rude and customers often complain about them.

BEWARE!!! Daughter bought a stylo 4 ..had a glitch instantly..they switched it out for a new one...same issue all within a 24 hour period..but our problem now he said.. Wont return the money wont do nothing just return to the manufacturer. Uhh, reviews even claim that the phone is garbage .we have been paying customers for ten years, .so just take the loss ..there loss, going to be canceling services today.. what a joke!

This place is horrible. ...I went two different metro pcs stores and not one could of helped me.But this store is post to be the corpoated store ...I let them know that my internet wasnt working. The lady tells me that u must of used all yr data.I told her i have unlimited data.She looked up my account and tells me yr right.Then the lady gives me my phone back and said i have know ideal why its not working. I asked her well what im i post to do .she told me not she wasnt sure and said there nothing she can do...😡😡😡😡😡DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEAL WHAT THERE DOING...METRO STORES HAVE THE WORST SERVICE .THE PEOPLE CANT HELP U AT ALL WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE...IM DONE WITH METRO PCS.

The staff here are kinda rude. Customer is always wrong here. Go HERE to get that nice downriver ghetto treatment. If you live downriver, you know what Im talking about. Nobody gets treated very well - anywhere at this store or most Downriver establishments. Just suck it up and accept your lot in life, unless you decide to branch out to somewhere higher class, like the northern suburbs, plymouth, ann arobr, etc. Otherwise - Enjoy.

FIRST OFF, I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS!! THE FEW POSITIVE REVIEWS MUST BE STORE EMPLOYEES OR RELATIVES OF THEM.... Store Sucks! Bought a new phone last month, had issues from the begining. Brought my phone back to the store I bought from and was sent to this corportate store. Basically I got a BIG FU and sent out the door. They tried telling me I had to buy a new phone when my phone was just bought less than a month ago. The customer rep was snarky, talked down to me and literally refused to tell me her name (her badge was covered by her hair and clothing). I went back to the store I bought my phone from, (taylor on Northline and Beechdaly) Emilio was kind enough to replace my phone with the store demo phone for the time being until my phone can be fixed or replaced. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS CORPORATE STORE AGAIN... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND METROPCS CUSTOMERS IN THE DOWNRIVER AREA TO GO SEE EMILIO, HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP HIS CUSTOMERS!!
