Great business. With covid and everything going on the initial installation took a little time but by no fault of theirs. Installers were smart and quick and did an excellent job educating me about care and maintenance of the granite top. After installation we needed a small peice cut and polished. Not only did they do it free of charge but it was also delivered. They saved my mistake and went well beyond my expectations. Thanks to their entire team and their professionalism and customer service.

Let me start by starting saying they deserve more than just 5 stars. Layla worked with me on having a piece of granite cut for bathroom back splash. very knowledgable as well. She advised me to trace my lines where I needed the piece cut. Recommended going on the non polished side, which I had not even thought about. Also, considering I was not really buying the granite from them, nor using them for any services, they still provided the upmost, and outstanding customer service. Very professional from the moment I dropped off my piece of granite till the timeI picked it up. Highly recommend.

Gail and the team at Ramos are exceptional. We had some issues with our initial countertops and they made sure that everything was absolutely perfect at no additional cost to us. The final installation happened yesterday and they are truly magnificent!

Did an unbelievable job in the kitchen had the Quartz counter tops and bar done. The quality of the product and the workmanship on the counter tops and installation was superb. There was an issue when they unboxed the sink it had a small dent not their fault from the manufacturer. They even agreed to come on a Sunday to install a new sink. Would definitely recommend top notch.

Only issue with Ramos was lack of communication with scheduling (I had to call and make sure the date was confirmed and another call I had to make to them regarding what time frame installers would be coming) no call when installers are running late. I was referred to Ramos Marble and Granite by Lowes when I was selecting my cabinets.I checked out their website, scheduled an appointment with Stephanie Stine.Once I got there she walked me through the showroom, explained the stone world at a high and easy to understand level, because up until that point, I wasnt sure if I wanted granite, glass, marble, gloss finish, leather finish, so she took the time to show me and explain the differences to me.she then took me outside where I watched actual stone being cut (very cool guy stuff) and walked me through a large selection that they have on-site.I checked out several slabs, and found one that I liked, and we set up an appointment for measurement.we meet again and discussed the price of the stone and I told her I wanted to continue to shop around, which she encouraged.After checking a couple of other places, comparing price per sq foot, and experiences, I decided to go with Ramos, now Ramos was not the cheapest price, nor where they the highest, but they were very competitive, so the competitive pricing, feel good interaction I felt with Stephanie, and the Lowes backing, made it an easy choice for me.once I placed the order, the lead time was 21/2-3 weeks so that gave me enough time to install my flooring and base cabinets.Ramos came on the day that had been scheduled, and installation was smooth, and easy, and no issues. I received a follow up call from Stephanie about two days later, she wanted to know about my experience, not only through purchasing, but also installation.So Stephanie, thanks for the easy transaction, and the patience while I shopped around, Ive recommended you to some folks at work so hopefully you will get some additional calls.I appreciated the follow up call as well.

Am very happy with the look of my newly installed granite. Ramos did a fantastic job of fitting my challenging 1940s-era kitchen. Had nothing but professional and courteous service from all staffers that I had contact with from Ramos.

I have worked with Ramos (and Gail, in specific) on four projects since 1998. I just came here to write about this latest project and am sure glad I did given the prior review.This last project was my favorite and again they hit a home run. Gail helped us pick out the coolest granite - absolute black brushed - which already people are raving about. The measuring was done precisely and we were told we had to do a few things so that it would go well -- they do not cut corners and know what it takes for the desired outcome.Gail also helped us pick out the perfect backsplash which was just installed over the past two days by a very meticulous installer (Paul). It is absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait to do the before and after photos. Gail and Stephanie did all they could to get things scheduled timely and the employees were always on time, polite and professional.Gail has seen thousands of kitchens and baths and she and Ramos are who I have always referred and to whom I always turn for any projects.

Good company,! Had an issue with my granite, and it was quickly resolved.

I paid for my granite and they said they didnt have it in stock so I had to drive to a lot of suppliers and the slabs looked nothing like the 3 samples I had seen, I had to choose a different product with additional price$. They then gave my appointment away without telling me so I had to wait an additional 2 weeks on top of the original 3weeks.They were rude and confrontational. Try to use a different company. No costumer should have to deal with this when paying thousands of dollars.*added- Stephanie was the worst. Like the previous Comment I can only think she must be related to the owner or she shouldnt work there. She was insanely rude, I thought countless times on whether or not to just pull all my money out and go somewhere else, but it was to late for me.All around bad experience go somewhere else.

I rarely do reviews but feel compelled to write this one as my experience with Ramos Marble and Granite has been fantastic! With Thanksgiving holiday just behind us, I am finding myself still expressing my gratitude for the things and people in my life that are so deserving.I am a licensed Interior Designer and work primarily with contractors on new construction and renovations. I, as well as my father Bob Bell of Bob Bell Homes, have purchased countless slabs of granite, marble and man made stone from Ramos for the last 15 years. Our sales rep is Gail Grafton and I can not say enough about her professionalism, loyalty, honesty and fairness. She has gone out of her way to help us as well give undivided attention to my many clients that I drag in and through the showroom.I have had a few, not many, clients that insisted on spending less or going with a different company for whatever the situation may have been at that time....every single time I have worked with any other granite company it was a huge mistake! This falls in line with the old saying...you get what you pay for!It is an honor to work with Gail Grafton at Ramos Marble and Granite and I will continue to do so for years to come!!!!!

No communication, not professional, excuse after excuse. Took forever.

We had such a phenomenal experience with Gail Grafton at Ramos Marble & Granite. My husband and I were building a new home and had been provided 3 options for countertop fabricators by our builder. After discussion with and consideration of each, we decided on Ramos and are so happy with our decision. There was admittedly a lack of return calls and emails at the very beginning, but once we got the ball rolling, everything was smooth sailing. Their prices are competitive and service is fantastic. When I got to our house the Friday of Memorial Day weekend knowing the countertops had been installed and saw that a polished steel grey granite had been installed when the only selection that remained constant from day one was leathered steel grey granite, I threw myself into a tizzy. Tuesday morning, Gail was on it and said she knew we wanted the leathered finish but it somehow didnt make it onto our proposal, so they would swap out the countertops at their expense. Now THAT is customer service. We have a combination of quartz and granite throughout our home (mostly quartz) and were fortunate that Ramos had a good selection of remnant pieces for our smaller rooms. Overall, I cannot recommend Ramos (and particularly Gail) more enthusiastically.

My husband & I recently built a new home. Our builder, PG Builders, uses Ramos as their stone supplier. Therefore, we went to their showroom multiple times to pick stone & review layouts for countertops throughout our home. We were paired with Gail Grafton as our customer service rep. We both found her to be unresponsive, condescending, & somewhat passive aggressive. Which explains to some degree several of the problems we had due to lack of listening on Gails part.Problem 1: A small marble countertop was ordered for my sons bathroom. It arrived with the markings that I specifically told Gail I did NOT want during the layout process. Her response: I couldnt remember what you said, so our fabricator just picked a part of the stone to use. It was replaced a month later and in that process their installers ripped out the counter top without turning off the plumbing. It literally rained through our downstairs can lighting from this error.Problem 2: The same marble was ordered for my master bathroom. It was delivered and installed about a month before move in (sometime 8/2014). The day it was installed I told our builder there was scratches all over the stone. Builder informed Ramos, yet no one came to inspect until a week after we moved in (end of September 2014). They then claimed they were not responsible for the scratches and charged our builder to install another piece. Took well over a month to bring the final stone. This final stone was delivered 11/12/14 and again was all scratched up & sealant applied incorrectly (milky residue). I was then told by the builder, Mike Pupello, and installer that too bad; you are the only person who sees the scratches; and I was going to have to live with it. However, I refused to live with these scratches since I spent thousands of dollars on this marble and I hired a third party company who removed the scratches with a polishing technique in place that took only 1.5 hours to complete.3rd Problem: We picked what we believed to be a quartzite counter top for our kitchen, laundry room, mud room, butlers panty and jack n jill bathroom. It was extremely expensive but we fell in love with the look of the stone. It appeared to have the look of marble, but we were told was hard like granite and much more durable since it would be used in the common areas of the home. After living with this stone for 2 months we are already seeing etching and permanent rings on the surface. Turns out according to the 3rd party I hired to fix my master bathroom marble, that my supposed quartzite is actually marble. While, this is hard to verify because upon researching the matter there are many conflicting opinions. Based on our experience with the stone it definitely seems to have the properties of a marble and absolutely would not recommend using it in a kitchen or high traffic place.Bottom line is that our experience with this company has been terrible from start to finish. Their employees provide horrible service, yet charge a premium. Would not recommend them to a single person I know and have no idea how they have an A+ BBB rating.
