My husband and I looked everywhere for tile for our kitchen. Our search ended at The Complete Tile Collection. It was a small job, but we received huge amounts of service and support. Alcedes has a fabulous sense of “what works” and the tile we purchased from him raised look of our kitchen up several notches. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! EVER!!!! Alicides is not an honest person and his people are hacks. I have plenty of pictures of the poor workmanship and thats only when you can get him to show up. You need to make 3-4 calls to get him to show up and all they care about is getting paid, not the quality or service. They make mistakes and he makes up excuses about how thats the way its supposed to look and wants to cover all his mistakes with molding. Im in construction and I had to throw him off the job as we even showed him pictures on line of kitchens similar to hours but he tries to BS his way through and tell you how your is different. Really!!! Its an island with a bar counter, how much different could it be. He installed slabs with gouges, back splash not cut straight. I had to install the molding over his mistake myself because he never sent anyone like he said he would, we even had him sign his name agreeing to fix the mistakes and he never came back. Also, dont sign his sales agreement as he want 100% payment up front!!! No way ever!! We hired someone else to finish the job and cost us more money but it was worth it not to deal with this dishonest man.
