Great customer service, always! You can tell the store and employees are managed very well, they are constantly patient and respectful every visit. I dont feel like Im bothering thier employees if I have a question. They know their products info and location well.

Ive been going there off and on for the last 8 years Miss Dorothy gives unlimited customer service to me shell go as far as going all the way into the computers all the way up to Canada to find me whatever products that I need Ive been in business here in Hillsborough county for 20 years little small business and it doesnt matter that Im small to her thats dont have to be a big corporation to get customer service there very satisfied recommend anybody to go there they have outstanding products up to date products and if they dont have it theyll get it for you I give it a five star rating

Horrible place never ships on time prices keep going up now a minimum order delivery charge. I just spent $520 and got charged delivery also tell you it will be to you tomorrow and it shows up 3to7 days later with no answer

Absolutely the worst distributor it the area go to anyone else. Terrible customer service, never send to proper amount of what we ordered, or send the completely wrong thing. Do not recommend

4 stars only because they have government/bank hours. But as long as you are not trying to figure out your hardware on install day, you can be helped here and get what you need.
