As first-time home buyers of a residence that hadn’t been updated in over 20 years, and under a severe time crunch to demo and install before moving in, we could not be more thrilled that we selected Go Mobile Flooring! The thought of packing along with planning renovations can be overwhelming, still we shopped around different flooring companies, researched specs on tiles, learned all the right questions to ask. Reiner, Xandy, and others were part of our demo crew; they carefully moved all the appliances and protected the cabinetry/countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Soon, over 1500 sq ft of tile and carpet had been removed and our new tile arrived. Knowing our timeline was tight, Eric continued to communicate with us openly and honestly every single step of the way. This type of transparency and customer service is nearly impossible to find anywhere else! He added extra crew members and was on site himself as the grouting and baseboard install took place. Eric’s attention to detail and determination to ensure the job was done to the highest standards really met and far exceeded our expectations!A house is likely the largest investment anyone makes; investing in the right services for the updates to turn it into a home is equally important. Professional, courteous service from start to finish. The sales rep (Michael) was super accommodating and patient, even with our indecisiveness. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. The guys who did the demo and installation were on time every morning and worked way past normal quitting time. Very poor overall experience. We had them come do about $10k worth of work. We had a specific issue with our tile on one of our balconies. They explained what the installer had done wrong and explained what they would do to fix it and ensure it didnt happen again. Less than two years later, the exact same problem happened. It took almost 8 weeks to actually get a real reply on what we could do to fix it. And when they did get back to us they gave us a quote for about $2000 to fix it. Had multiple exchanges asking how we could count on it being actually fixed this time. Owner was copied and not one time even communicated with us. Bottom line why would we pay another $2000 to them to have them fix a problem we had already paid them to fix? When I asked what would assure me I would not be back in the same situation yet again, they really had no answer. I have written maybe 2-3 negative reviews in my life, but extremely disappointed when a company doesnt stand by their work.

Go Mobile Flooring was a great decision on my part. They were extremely efficient & professional in all aspects of the process. Being from out of state and in town for my rental, I found myself caught in a bind as my laminate flooring was in need of removal & re-installation after a tenant moved out. I reached out on Thursday noon & within hours, I had been met by Joey to assess the situation. Taking a few notes & measurements, I heard from Joey within a few hrs later. He was able to locate materials & was able to get installers scheduled over to my residence the very next day. I was overly relieved that this job would be able to get accomplished before I left town on Saturday. Jenny coordinated with me the next morning to give an ETA of installers & followed up to see if everything was completed to satisfaction. We did a lot of research and took several quotes before we decided to get our wood floors redone and put carpet in the master bedroom. We had a few options that were cheaper, but I didnt feel comfortable with the feedback others had given. We had one salesman come out to our house from another local company and he was very high pressure sales oriented. That was a total turnoff. I saw the reviews for Go Mobile Flooring and they seemed very real. I liked how people knew the owners names and how they seemed to feel comfortable dealing with them. After someone in my office said he also used them for his flooring, we decided to pay a little more for the quality and peace of mind. I can tell you know that I am glad we did. They asked for half up front and half at the end (standard). Our floors look amazing and the carpet is incredible. Joey and his team were easy to text for questions and he helped us be mindful of our budget. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done with a very reputable company. We honestly couldnt find any mistakes. It is hard to find such honest people in the construction industry. Call Joey and his team, you will be happy.

I contacted Go Mobile Flooring to install hardwood floors throughout my house and tile flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Joey was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and came out multiple times to bring different flooring samples so I could feel comfortable with my decision. Their pricing was comparable to other companies. The install crew did a fantastic job. They completed the work in a timely manner and were respectful. However, the demo process was a little more than I was expecting. I had tile that had to be removed and my house was a mess. Depending on the size of your job, I would recommend staying in a hotel for the demo process if you need tile removed or look in to a company that provides dust free tile removal. I also never met the foreman/project manager on my project. He did call to check in after the job was complete. Otherwise, the process was pretty smooth and the finished floors look great. I would recommend this company and use them again.

We had 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms done in luxury vinyl. The install crew was excellent— very helpful and careful in moving our furniture. Also worked well with us as we needed to coordinate plumber to install the toilets right after job was done. Very professional from start to finish and it looks beautiful! If you need further verification, then heres more: I have come to rely heavily on Google reviews when researching businesses for services like this and I chose Go Mobile because they had nothing but 5 star reviews and I am now happy to add to that list. Every aspect of my experience with Go Mobile was nothing but fantastic. First the salesman came to my home with their mobile show room/van. What a brilliant concept! I didnt have to go to a showroom and better yet, we pulled several samples from a huge selection right out the van and put them on the floor to get a quick look at things and see how the colors and textures would look in my home. We made a selection in just minutes. Joey, then quickly and efficiently measured my whole house and sent me multiple quotes on various options that same day. There was never any pressure to buy and I felt that the pricing was competitive with anybody else. I was able to schedule any day to start the project and I was also able to stay in my home while the installation took place. The crew arrived on time every day and couldnt have been more pleasant. More importantly they took every measure to avoid dust and damage to my house by putting plastic over virtually everything! FYI: It is a very loud process but I was still very happy that I could remain in my house. At one point an electrical breaker blew out from the power tools, but they fixed it on the very same day, which I only mention as another example of the fantastic service. I must note that the job took a few extra days beyond what was quoted, but there was no extra charge and it was totally worth it because the new hardwood floors are stunning, the craftsmanship is stellar and the product is top notch!!! Was short 3 pieces of flooring do to a contractor screw up. Joey went above and beyond for me. Scoured the warehouse to locate me the pieces I needed to finish a job so that I didn’t have to order another box of flooring and spend double what the flooring cost in shipping. He then offered to drive the flooring to my house because I was stuck at work and my wife has 3 different doctor appointments that day. Joey is the man. Ask for Joey. We contracted Go Mobile to remove old and install new hardwood floors, counters and backsplash. The sales process was excellent. Joey was our first point of contact with the flooring and he did a great job in providing us guidance on the process. The removal process was difficult, but through no fault of Go Mobile. Our condo association imposed strict guidelines and the team did a great job in working through the challenges. The end product turned out great! There were a couple of trim pieces missed and a few small dings to be fixed, but those were handled in a very timely manner.We had some challenges getting the counter consultation set up - this was a different team and Im not sure if there was a communication breakdown at Go Mobile of if the counter team was just slow to respond. However, once engaged, they also provided very good guidance and brought us samples of what we thought we might want plus what they thought might be good options.The removal and install was a bit rough. There was actually some damage done to the new floors and also a few scratches on our also newly installed cabinets due to what appeared to be carelessness by the demo team. They actually didnt initially do anything to cover the floors - we had top suggest and then do it ourselves. In addition, our oven door was damaged when moved. The project manager did respond very effectively with solutions and suggestions and at the end of the day, we love the final outcome.I would suggest that there be better over sight on the install and demo teams. On the counter project in particular, the team was very young and seemed unclear on proper handling of certain aspects of the project.Again, we are very happy with the end result.

We are super-pleased with our new floor. Nestor, the installer hired by GoMobile, was first rate. He sweated over the details and worked overtime to make sure that the installation was right. These folks know their business and work hard to deliver the quality homeowners expect but too often dont receive.

We worked with Go Mobile to redo floors throughout our entire 3300 sq ft home and to reface/refinish our stairs. Joey was very helpful in working with us to choose our floors and get the tear out/installation done very quickly. The floor installation was high-quality and professional and the new floors have completely changed the look of our home. We did however have some frustration with the stair project as it was done by a different team than the floor installers and scheduling/coordination was not well done, causing some issues with other vendors who were trying to work around the promised timeline. Also, when installing the floors on the second story, it caused some screws to pop out of our ceiling. I was told this was a common problem but wish they would have fixed or flagged this upon noticing it would be an issue. In the end, the owner ensured any issues were fixed and that we were happy with our project. Overall, we would recommend them to others.

STAY AWAY - HIGH REVIEWS MISLEADING. HERES WHY:My wife and I had took time in trying to find the best flooring place for the best price, because of the great reviews we decided on Go Mobile Flooring even though they were not the cheapest.We had them at our home April 2018. They sent in a primarily non-English speaking team to our house. Our supervisor was a guy named Tony. He always talked down and talked over us as well as ignored many calls and even setup a meeting with us in which he never intended on going to.The tile laying portion ran pretty seamlessly up until they started grouting. The mostly non-English speaking team they had working at our house left a sole person to do the grout, who did not speak English. As I went to check up on the progress i found he had ruined the grout in 2 of the rooms claiming in the few words he knew that he never worked with that type of grout before. Yay...After they finished all the grout, the two rooms were still a disaster. After much complaint and calling twice a day for about a week they finally somewhat fixed the grout and scratched my tile in the process. During this process they asked us to crawl around looking for spots we didnt like - thats your job Go Mobile Flooring, you do tile!They continued to push us off as being dramatic about their low quality work. Saying things like, most of the room is covered with furniture and rugs and if you see a defect you dont like, mark it and we will fix it.They neglected to clean my floors after installing the grout which we were told to clean ourselves by the supervisor. I scrubbed that floor twice, my wife once only to find out it was actually supposed to be cleaned professionally to get rid of the residue. Seriously? Why was I told to clean it myself??Well guess what, all my new base boards they installed which I had painted were scuffed up by the cleaning process because it was supposed to be done immediately after the installation of the tile and before the base boards.They didnt really end up fixing the grout, it is all multi colored and not uniform. Also looks lumpy in spots. They broke one of my BRAND NEW ceiling fans i just had put in and told me that I should try fixing it MYSELF, when I couldnt they refused to do anything and wont return my calls. The fan still wobbles to this day!! Oh and btw, the workers lost yhe cradle to the remote for that fan and when confronted about it denied they ever lost it, so that is still missing!I dont recommend these horrible horrible people to anyone and if anyone is ever seeking floor work I tell them STAY AWAY!My wife and I worked harder than these people in the hundreds of phone calls and crawling on my hands and knees looking for defects in THEIR work. Unbelievable how bad these people are, I think all these reviews are FAKE.Bottom line: This company is horrible at doing flooring and the people that work there are LIARS and have proven that they are not trustworthy or reliable in any way. The owner must be really proud to read this review, since i made it known I was posting it and would gladly take it down if theyd at least acknowledge the terrible work they did for me and fix my fan.

They did an excellent job, from the information provided by the account manager, to the project manager and the work done by the contractors, they are a grade A operation.

Joey helped set up the quote and was very good about answering all questions - rip out and install only took 2 days and it look good...great value and service...highly recommend.

I just had these guys do my condo in Channelside, top notch world class professionals from beginning to end. Ricardo came by and showed us his samples, plenty to choose, tons of choices. We went with laminate instead of wood. So then, not only did they have the best samples to choose from (way better then Costco for sure), they were reasonable, flexible with worked with my schedule. They did the whole condo in one day, so way ahead of schedule (it should have taken 2 days). The place looks awesome, and I will use them for the bedroom in a few months, and probably have them refinish my kitchen doors. I give these guys 6 stars if I could, I know I got really lucky choosing them to do my floors. Thank you Go Mobile Flooring!Update 8/27/2019. Second home finished with this floor contracting company. Ernesto and Raoul just finished our house in the Burg today. Both stories, and stairs. Handled it like bosses. They refurbished parts of our subflooring due to moisture damage, joist replacement, and changed out or flimsy stairs (19 steps). They (Eric and Jenny) kept us informed every step, I never doubted thier professional suggestions and felt at ease the whole time (which never happens, lol). Top tier floor contractor, huge selection, competitive prices, lightening quick execution.

I asked for a flooring and cabinet estimate two days ago and still cant get a hold of the estimate to start the job. Bad for business
