I happened to be in the area and was told to go to the front office came in was greeted at door by a gentleman extremely nice but went downhill when I reached the top of stairs the receptionist was put out must have stated a half a dozen times appointment only. Which was odd since I was the only person there zero cars in your front parking lot and these days you should be grateful and show better customer service for who took the time after a warehouse employee told me to check your company out. The receptionist them called a female on the phone in front of me and she was less than receptive she wouldnt even come out of her office to greet me so if this is how your staff is trained during a challenging time every employee and owner needs to be more flexible and absolutely grateful anyone took the time to visit your business because you have missed the opportunity to remodel my KITCHEN a lucrative sale. Actually feel sorry you have staff members that represent your business that way its a direct reflection of Innovation Cabinetry and your business think about that when they your staff turns away potential clients when you have zero customers at your business Customers are your business. To anyone that reads this hope they think about giving their business to a company that cares about there customers.Thank you for saving me from disappointment

Can’t buy unless you have a contractor license. The cabinet shelves are peeling, not even 2 years old. I do like the look of the cabinets I just wish they were a little better quality. Great for house flippers.

Marisol helped us design our kitchen and Michael Capdavilla did an outstanding job installing the cabinets last week. We went with the Pearl White cabinets, they turned out great.

We love our Innovation Cabinetry cabinets! They helped us with product selection but also spent the time looking at our floor plan and brainstorming the best layout and design. We’ve had the cabinets for almost two years now and they have held up great in our busy family kitchen.

Innovation has high quality cabinets (all wood, dovetailed soft close drawers, etc) for a very low price point. They are wholesalers, so if you are purchasing from them you should be a knowledgeable contractor and everything will go together easily. If you dont know what you are doing, I would suggest using one of their affordable, quality installers. My account manager is very knowledgeable and helpful, and always gets back to me quickly. It is great to be able to offer an affordable, high quality cabinet within a day or two to my customers.

Worthless. Wont take responsibility for shoddy designs. Sales people are useless. Their quality leaves alot to be desired. Tried to discuss with designer but would not take the time. If your builder recommends them you need to run. High quality? Came unassembled in box marked Made in China. Look at photos of shipping boxes.

Worst customer experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The company I work for does tens of thousands of dollars in business with these people and they never are helpful with their customers. They Nickle and dime you over things they forget, and will scoff and laugh at you when you drive to their inconveniently located warehouse, and because of the traffic, if you arrive on time or one minute late even with prior notice they just slam the door on you even when they are all just sitting in their chairs. I will never refer or recommend anyone to purchase cabinets from this company. The cheap price isnt worth the lousy customer experience.

I hired a contractor from Fort Myers who sells the cabinets from this company. I do like the cabinets, however, the sides of the cabinets had holes in them from the nails and the veneer was peeling off. The side panels cover it up well. The doors are beautiful. Again the contractor I hired did a horrible job installing them and I am now on the verge of a lawsuit.

Very poor customer service as well as sub par cabinets for the price . Invitation cabinetry sent me the wrong product time after time throughout my project and refused to refund them for the correct product . Very poor experience all around .

I hired a cabinet contractor named Michel Capdevilla from Capdevilla Kitchens Inc, that sells the cabinets from Innovation Cabinetry in Tampa, Fl. The cabinets are very well made and are high quality. I am a General Contractor and in the past have used other cabinet contractor but Michel Capedevilla is the best installer I have used. He is very maticulous the way he does the installation and has great ideas. I highly recommend him. He has done various jobs for me and the results are outstanding.

Bought cabinets through my granite contractor. Terrible quality, junk from China. Poor instruction, wrong instructions or missing all together. I called to ask a question and they are quick to try and get you off the phone. The instructions do not show where to mount the drawer slides and there are multiple holes, she told me to watch the video!!! OK, so I watch and guess what?? It doesnt answer my question. To top it off when I asked for touch up to fix defects on two pieces she says I can buy a touch up kit for $15. Sorry, I learned my lesson. Be ready for aggravation if you are putting together or installing their junk.

Quality is good for the price. I will come back for my next project.

Ordered my cabinets and everything was exactly as I ordered. The cabinets were a bit of a pain to build and needed to be tweaked to work right. Other than that, no complaints.

Terrible HR and customer service. The fat lady at the front desk is useless and loves to play stupid when you ask your questions. It all comes straight from chinese sweat shops anyway just ask an employee

It s worst plate in the town to shop for cabinet kitchen and bath. The price is hight compare with another cabinet whole sale and very cheap cabinet. I order some kitchen cabinet is brand new on the box but most of them crash and den and i came back i return they tell me i have to buy touch up kit for brand new cabinet . I never come back to buy anything from them again

Cabinet faces cracked at all the joints. Was told that they are not to be used around moisture and heat. They are my kitchen cabinets. Make sure you read their warranty its a joke.Adding to the junk that these cabinets are I looked at my cabinets this morning to find that the center sections at starting to split. For the amount of money for the cabinets youd hope the warranty would cover these problems, but it does not. DO NOT buy these cabinets.

The best cabinet in tampa market and good price

Terrible service. They make promises (lie) to get your money then do not come through with anything they said before they got your money . Cheap cabinets came in with dents all over them. They dont stand by their word at all and use Home Depot name for sale tactic. Dont fall for it.
