Negative stars! Time and time again after dealing with them about tools I need they let me down. didnt call me back when they said they would. Had me pay first then receive an item I didnt want so, we had to void the transaction. Waste of time. I wont ever go there again. Shop on amazon for tools people. they take forever to help the customers too. Terrible service. AWEFUL

Friendly staff??? FARRRR from it! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect, ignorance and downright rudeness in my life! The mouth of the woman, Heather?? maybe...behind the desk...AWFUL - no idea how she even has a job. The man...didnt catch his name obviously didnt want to do his job.....hilarious!!!! Listen, Im used to dealing with rude people in Construction but they are on a whole other level. Not only that, they did NOT honor their quote prices, more expensive than Home Depot so it took literally throwing a downright fit to get them to honor THEIR quote!!!! I couldnt believe it! Then, they didnt have one item in stock so had to order it...didnt charge us for it...and we actually ended up not needing it. When the item came in...they called EVERY day..NASTY messages...so to appease them and get the messages to stop I went in there today....It was the WORST experience ever...being told they dont know what Im talking about, they didnt process that order yadda yadda yadda....I said well youre calling every day so it has to be up here. Finally, the o so happy lady (sense my extreme sarcasm) throws them on the counter and goes Damn right were calling every day theyve been sitting here forever (2-3 weeks is forever fyi)...so then I ask how much and they both...with backs turned to me said ITS PAID FOR!....HA well fine then I will take my FREE clips. I will go pay $3 more for a piece of wood somewhere else just to avoid dealing with them and giving them our money!

Wow, a lady who is on the front desk, super nice, but there is a little hairy that was accommodating something, it was up to me, she answered very badly.
