My brother’s and I have been in construction for over 20 years. This company has always went out of their way to extend extraordinary service. John, the branch manager and all of the staff continuously go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. It is also very comforting to feel safe when me and my crew walk into the establishment. Even though the CDC lifted the mask mandate as a guideline, they still have a corporate mask policy. As a small business that means a lot to my brother and I. We have to keep our employees working and out in the Field. It goes without saying that Masters cares about their customers and their employees. I highly recommend Masters to any company for their flooring and trim supplies.

Ive been buying here for the past 5 years and had always receive a wonderful service. Alex, Dereck, Yania, Marleidy, Lindsay, etc... are always willing to help and go the extra mile to fulfill our needs.I also feel safe going or sending my employees there because they have implemented safety measures and procedures since the COVID-19 issue started.

Not very friendly. After CDC came out no masks if fuly vaccinated, guy in office without a mask ordered me to wear one or leave.

These people used to be good do not waste your time with them i been buying from them for over 15 yrs and now they are a horrible business to deal with . The main reasons why business close . Bigger places have had to close bigger then them . Horrible horrible horrible .

Great products great service. I got some really nice flooring at low low pricing. Besides being a great deal the quality was excellent.

Extremely rude staff. Staff was uneducated in product knowledge and was more concerned with going on a lunch break than giving even mediocre customer service. Verbally called the customers request a problem the employee got stuck with to another employee. These ladies need an attitude adjustment and some training in better customer service. Highly disappointed.To the owner: I was not the customer in this situation. One of your customers picking up material shared their experience with me and I posted this review in lieu of them.
