I was able to try on the wigs and the staff did not bother me. Also, the two employees were very helpful and the one that cut the lace for me did a thorough job. I would definitely purchase other wigs from them in the future.

Very unorganized! Please do better with presentation most of the weaves in the packs on racks are not in order and/or in the right spot. That’s one issue. Another, there’s not much of a selection to choose from in the store it’s always something that’s been out of stock for months or been sitting around for months getting dusty(PUT IT ON SALE IF YOU HAVE TO). I literally came to this store when I first moved in the neighborhood my first impression nice location decent spot but messy inside not a good look! Please try restocking, adding more selections as well. I’ll be back there in another 2 months hopefully something changes.

Only a two star because of the convenience of the location to the shop I work at. Pricing is a bit high for some things, but they always have a new selection of products, some in which you can find a deal. However, The customer service, or lack there of, of the young lady at the front with the Hijab has always been horrendous! For years, she has constantly been nothing short of being rude, displaying no manners, and has a nasty sense of entitlement. Today was the final straw, and I nor any of my clients, family, or friends will support this business until management rectifies the issue at hand. I adore the gentleman owner and the Jamaican lady. The stylist is always cordial, but threats and disrespectful behavior should not be tolerated. CYDB!

Too small and everything is crammed, but it has a little of everything. Nice wigs, but I wouldnt but wigs there. There prices are too high. I think they charge more to make up for sales and less traffic. Its conveniently located next to Ross and DollarTree. Every time I went in there, I purchased something small like makeup. The staff are nice and friendly.

Trying to give a generous review here. i think this is a minority woman owned. good thing there right.. so i drove pass everywhere else to get there...store dated, needs some paint organisation .prices not good after purchasing a few items ended up somewhere else to look for that one product I didnt get and guess what better prices by half in one case. unfortunately all prices and product sales are final i dont think they even do returns!!

African American Women come here with Majority Jamaican Women frequently going here get hair Appointments done. Tell them Paulet, Duluth, or Jackie to get your Hair done by Keri for Special.

Staff is no help. The lady at the register gave me an attitude because apparently I interrupted her side conversation when trying to ask her a question about a product in the store. Will never go back there!!

Two vexed looking women were at the register gossiping. Instead of helping me, one of the angry women told me to bring the merchandise up to the register to find out what the price was. I left without making a purchase.

These people are so rude. I went into the store and the lady stood there with her ear piece in completely ignoring me as i stood there waiting stairing at hair behind the counter. Then I asked someone else for another product she told me to look on Isle 8. I was at the back end of the store where the numbers weren’t visible from the isles. She said “you’re on isle 6 now go down two isles”Went back to the lady up front to purchase my item. She was too busy having a full on conversation in arabic to tell me my total. I asked her the total and she gave me an attitude telling me she already told me the price. Very poor attitudes and customer service. Never going there again. Theres a much better hair store in the Dominos Plaza across the street where everyone is pleasant and helpful. They will get my money every time.

This is a fun place to explore for all of your accessories and products for hair, nails, etc. They also have things like shoes - Im not sure why, but they do.If you do your own hair color, its nice to find hair samples showing what it looks like when finished, rather than just a nebulous pic on the box. However, you wont find the boxed kits with the premix formulas. You have to pic the color, brush, processing formula and whatever all separately and DIY.And if youre looking for something different, this just might be the place to find it. Yes, we were in search of a snood (you might have to look that up in your Funk and Wagnalls, but we actually found one!

Terrible customer service.!!!!Went there to get Yaki hair. Lady waiting on people was also on the phone. She couldnt wait on me for speaking to person on other end. When i complained to one of the owners she said the lady was on an important phone call. I said then she should go to the back and not hold a full scale conversation in front of customers. Owner then stated there were really not many people there. I can understand the worker not knowing better but the female owner? Needless to say i wont return and will call the owner and report my dissatisfaction.

The staff here are lying manipulative thieves.Please report this business.
