OK I don’t typically enter a business looking to give it any kind of bad review. I think management here really needs to break open the piggy bank and get some new carpeting. It looks like overtime there has been some cleaning products filled and completely damaged the carpeting and it’s never been cleaned or replaced. Even a fresh one with a piece of cardboard laid over it. And let the staff know that a store should never be this dirty. I did notice a couple employees running around working very hard so I’m guessing they’re very short handed. I’m sure this is a good store but it looks like they could use some help and a little more caring from management about how they present their store. I’m thankful day did have a working restroom but that was almost as scary as the rest of the store.I love dollar tree but come on people.

Sorry to hear the Lady Karen died that worked at this Store for years… She was an extreme hard worker and usually was understaffed.. May God rest her Soul!!😭 She use to Greet you when you come in the Store. Now it’s Nothing just come in!🌷🌷🌷

The dollar cards are cute and affordable.Lots of good things. Today they needed more check out people as one woman had an issue. There are goodparty supplies and cleaning products.

The employees here arent too bright... They were confused on why they couldnt tax a TAX EXEMPT ITEM.......

This is a wonderful store and the staff is phenomenal!I stopped in to purchase a jumprope for my daughter and went to the register to pay for it... I was behind a store employee and she turned around, smiled and asked me to let her see the jumprope. I handed it to her and she placed it on the belt and paid for it. She then asked the cashier to hand it back to her. After which she handed it to me, smiled and told me, Happy New Year! I had the money to pay for it in my hand but she wouldnt take it. I smiled, thanked her and left the store feeling great.I dont know the employees name but thank you once again! I would have given you a hug but couldnt due to the current state of affairs. Locked doors early. Myself and another customer pulled in the door and the employees inside looked at us and laughed about it.

The store was well stocked & organized BUT the check out line was 8 people long in front of me. Fortunately, after a while, they opened 1 more check out.

Great service... I do not recall the name of the young lady that checked me out but she was incredibly personable and professional... She deserves to be recognized for her service. If store #429 on Tennessee St is an example of Dollar tree customer service policy and procedure than the corporate standard is extremely below average. I was basically stalked by the store manager Pam because I carry a backpack for personal convenience and asked to leave my personal property unsecured in an environment where she fears theft. Instead of focusing on being a representative of Dollar tree managerial personnel it was her remarks to deny my right as a customer and I quote follow me around the store if I refuse her request. Where as her priority should be the maintenance and organization of the store her ignorant attitude and behavior is reflective in the presentation of the store she operates. I am adamant this daily harassment of loyal customers be investigated and cease immediately.

You can find some great items here. Perfect place to start shopping if you need things for kitchen, organizing totes galore stocking stuffers. Parties and supply they even inflate balloons, cleaning supplies. One stop shop for many needs! Seriously they have bathroom supplies, gardening stuff. Kitchen wear great cups plates everything, even pet stuff! Auto stuff light bulbs medicine food candy cards!

Assistant manager was extremely rude to employees. Short and snappy talked down to them . was asked by employee why baskets were placed at end of her register that she tripped over, asst. Manager said because Im the asst. Manager and thats the way I do things. Very curt, short and snappy when answering her. Refuse to go back.

Was only here for a short time, but I found everything I was looking for would have liked a little more time to look around but I had to go. Shelves were neat, staff was friendly and helpful. There is one closer to home but I think Ill go back and check it out on the weekend.

This Dollar Tree was one of the nicest Dollar Trees Ive been in there all well-stocked usually it was very very clean they let me use the bathroom in the back they had several people and everyone was working a lady filled several Bloons I needed filled there and they just really really took care of me the staff there for their courtesy or customer service was above good theyre doing an awesome job and I know that stems from management thank you Dollar Tree

This is one of only two or three Dollar Trees in the Area that I feel safe at, as for the dubiousness of the parking lot. Both of em far west of Town you are literally taking your life into your hands if you go there. So, its a shame that indeed often I cannot find everything Im looking for. I went there recently in fact for specific items and at least 30% of what I went for...standard in the more dangerous stores was not there. Its a drive for me so I was disappointed that I had to fill my spending quota with my other things I sometimes buy. That was okay but I left frustrated. Since its the only one I dont worry about going to, itd be nice to have it well stocked as well as safe, the food aisle was wiped out when I went. I have not found employees to be mean or unnattentive however in fact Id say its as friendly as it is safe feeling. Its in a really good area so it should be the best one in town. Just sayn!
