A very affordable place to get furniture, junk food, and some kitchen supplies and chachkis. Overall a wide variety of mercendice at affordable prices, the service is friendly as well.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked a worker if I could let my emotional support dog inside the store and he agreed as long as the dog was carried and was not disturbing anyone. One of the the first stores I’ve seen that have bamboo toilet paper which is very helpful to the environment.

I love to stop in this Big Lots a couple times a year. Usually around Christmas time! The staff here has always been nice and helpful and I enjoy shopping here.

The employees and store were wonderful. However, when I got to the register to pay I was planning to use my Big Lots Credit Card only to find out that my credit amount had been lowered from 750.00 to 220.00 so I only had 9.00 available credit. How embarrassing! I have never missed a payment and I always pay card off sooner than it has to be! I used another card to pay for my purchases but it makes me hesitant as to whether I will continue to shop at Big Lots!I have purchased many big furniture items like a patio swing and a recliner etc. $220.00 doesnt get it!

Most of the time its pretty good with a good selection. I have never really had any issues when shopping. I was a bit disappointed that they got rid of the cold goods items. But overall its pretty clean and nice for a discount retail outlet

Cant beat the prices for well known brands, from sheets and comforters to kitchen essentials. The pet section has a great variety of food, treats and toys for your fur babies! All the safety precautions are in place to make your shopping experience a safe one.

I went in to ask for help to return an item that has a life time warranty.. I was told by Justin to just call corporate office because I dont have a receipt I had my lease iD but he made me leave and call corporate I called corporate twice they could not give me the information so I had to call the company I leased it thru they couldnt transfer me back to corporate and then they gave me the wrong information so I had to call back finally I got a survisor he gave me the information I needed but now I have to call the store and really dont want to deal with Justin hes rude and doesnt seem to want to work and he is the only manager on duty

Hadnt been to big lots in a while, years. Going to go back and take a closer look. Needed a toy for my great nieces birthday, they had just what I needed at an excellent price. The shelves were well-stocked, the items were arranged nicely on the shelves floors were clean and Free of debris. Plenty of parking out front, and easy to get to. I will be going back.

I just had the worst experience with a store that I have ever had here. I was moving and needed a new dresser. I waited 30 mins for someone to help me and finally asked someonecfor the mgr. He asked why and i told him. He said he was on lunch and the other guy was by himself which I had seen. Why on a weekend when anyone with half a brain knows is the busiest time for shopping and in a dept like furniture where a transaction is not quick would you leave an employee by themself? I work in retail mgmt and know when you send someone to lunch you make sure you get them covered. I was in the middle of moving, I dont have this kind of time to waste. Needless to say after 30 mins and no one seeming to care I walked out and will not be back. I will just stick with Walmart.

Its a big lots. They have a lot of random stuff. Some prices are good and some prices are high. Know competitors prices befor you buy. 9 pk command hooks $1, at Wal-Mart $6.98. Beware!

Lacking of late. I miss the old merchandise this store used to have it went the target route and tried to turn into a grocery store. Not the big lots I remember. They dont even carry portable greenhouses anymore. Real shame

First time visiting Big Lots since it was relocated to Mahan Dr. Totally impressed by the layout, products and price offered, and exceptional level of customer service. I found some products priced better than Walmart, Target and even Dollar tree. I was assisted by Tye and appreciated his level of professionalism, patience and willingness to assist locating products. Thank you Tye for making my return to Big Lots a pleasure. I will frequent Big Lots in place of Walmart in the future.

I was there shopping for a flashlight. The associate in the area was completely rude and did not try to find the item. I end up finding it myself. So I continued to shop and contribute to GMaps and was ask to help. In the furniture department. The customer could not coordinate the color scheme. So I figured out the color of the wall, floor and the picture help smooth things out. I suggested matching the pillows and area rugs to a color contrast in the wall or picture. Matt was also relieved that he had some help with the scheme of things . Closing the sale is as important as scheme of things. I was also offered a discount as well . This Big Lots location is great for the strip mall area. Keep it up BL

Love Big Lots for little stuff that I dont want to go to Walmart for. Furniture is great for couples or single people and as, starter furniture. Would not recommend the furniture if you have children. Just dont last long. And last time I bought groceries, everything was passed expiration. Explains why everything is discounted... now I know better. Check expiration dates and only going for household items, like shower curtains or rugs.

I remember Big lots when I was staying on Pensacola street in 2005,they are friendly and they are always ready to help you with what ever you are looking for.I bought a sofa and a love seat from them,after that thats when I make it my first furniture store to go and get my furniture from.they always ask you how are you doing today and they greet you whenever you visit them,it makes me feel right at home no liethey have wonderful people working there all the time.I want to tell them thanks for their kindness.

Sometimes you can get great bargain here.Theyre like a cheaper mini Walmart, the selection is limited but the price is really good. they even have Ashley Furniture for a much better price.

The prices are fantastic! I recently bought a bathroom rug and it is of great quality. The cheap ones always move and are crooked but this one is perfect, it stays put! And it was only $16.

This is the newer location and the store is much bigger than the previous location. this location is extremely clean and well-stocked its easy to get in and out of this plaza which is located off of mahan Drive and capital circle.

I just love this store but none of the employees are ever friendly or go out of their way to help or anything at all. Ive been many times and will still go bc of the good deals but not impressed with the employees at all.

Employees were polite however faulty procedures created long and very slow lines. You really need a different process for customers returning items. Also prices didnt seem much lower than other local retailers. Bought photo frame, the next store I went to had same item for $2.50 less.
