It’s not my store to go to, but my teenage adult kids love this store, this is where they can find their clothing with their favorite animé characters. As a mom, I don’t like the material it’s not that comfy for me, and it’s a bit pricey too, so, that’s why I’m only giving it a 3 star.

Every time I come here, the customer service is amazing. Always greeted into the store with great employees. Plus, they always inform about all promotions and deals in the store. Store is well organized and clean. One of the best hot topics Ive been to :)

The Sophie gurl is pretty poggers

They have so many little cute things! Very kawaii ❤. I bought my sister this pretty little Pokemon backpack. She loves it. The florals are so pretty; the little pokemons blend in charmingly; and the metallic pikachu insignia is perfect.

Of course you know the store is small, and the had an employee blocking the entrance only letting a few people in at a time to allow for social distancing which was a plus for me. It made it easier to roam the store without bumping into anyone

The Governors Square Mall Hot Topic is so great they are super friendly and actually helpful, unlike the Valdosta store location who I watch the female Manager tell an older customer that he could not enter without a mask, the man told her that he had one lung and was unable to wear a mask because of it restricting his breathing. She said well you cannot come in without a mask. That is discrimination against a handicapped individual. So we no longer shop at the Valdosta location. Go to Tallahassee for all your Hot Topic needs.

They had two of the three items my daughter was looking for. Young staff could have been a little nicer to the young shopper.

You know whats funny about this store? That its still around. But honestly, it isnt necessarily on the pulse of what is cool anymore and I do see more people my age (which is to say late 30s/early 40s) than younger folks but they have some cool shirts, a good Funko selection, and I found a badass ugly Xmas sweater there.

Expensive but thats okay I guess.

Great place to shop for popular culture logo clothing and accessories. They always have some type sale going on, so ask when you go in. There is also a rewards program you can sign up for. Located in Governors Square Mall Dillards wing downstairs.

Good merchandise, helpful staff, clearly priced items. And frequent sales. #1 stop for any number of interesting items. Including: harry potter, anime, stranger things, band tshirts, etc.

I love the clothes here but most importantly I love the staff. Everyone in there is helpful and plesant. I dont feel like a customer in there. I feel like Im hanging out with friends.

Service was great! Actually know someone who works there that went to school with back in high school and she was amazing. Lyric Davis was friendly and very helpful with me and my boyfriend find certain stuff in the store.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, definitely the reason home is where the Hot Topic is.

Its always cool to go into a hot topic, but they never have anything in a larger size. Might as well just shop online. Customer service was meh. I felt like I was bothering them during their conversation. 🤷‍♂️😒

Ive always come here and loved it although its not as cool as it used to be aesthetic wise it still offers super cool merch but at a very high price. However that do have a huge sale going on right now!

The sales clerk was terrific at steering my 5-yr-old granddaughter away from the products that werent suitable for her and toward the ones that were. Much appreciated!
