Boot barn is the only place i go for my boots, was greeted as soon as i walked in the door by katlin. She made sure i was helped the entire time i was in the store. Great boots and very helpful staff

Apparently theres a boot shortage right now. But boot barn wouldnt have made you think that! Their shelves were well stocked. I was looking for womens work boots, and I found them. They fit great. They offer boot stretching before you leave the store (cant return them if you do that, though). The lady there was very helpful and friendly. Mask wearing was not enforced during COVID.

Im giving it a 1 star because how hot and humid that place was. I was in there for 30 mins shopping for boots I was sweating.i almost just said screw it and leave.only reason I stayed and did a purchase was the awesome customer service I received.get the ac fixed because you have awesome employees!

It took a while for someone to approach me and ask if I needed help, but the young lady that did was very nice and helpful. She made me feel welcomed and help me with what I was looking for . Im sorry I didnt get her name.But I dont forget faces and I will look for her next time. I bought a beautiful pair of boots for a fair price. Thank you

Just waited patiently while an employee Kaitlen talk to her friend for 10min without ever acknowledging me. She looked back at me several times and continued with her personal conversation. Unacceptable!!

Zero customer service. I said good morning to the two ladies at the sales counter, they acted like I was invisible. There were only two other customers in the store. You will have to get on your knees on the floor to see the selections on the lower shelves. Goodwill store has better service and maybe selection. The ladies didnt even notice when I left, I wont be back.

Great place for all you western wear

Terrible customer service and rude. I tried to return boots for possibly a bigger size and because I had put them on they would not return them. I purchased them the day before and they did not have any signs of being worn such as dirt or scuffs on them. I don’t think I was being unreasonable because of the condition of the boots. I have shopped here before but will no longer will.

I bought a $40 belt that was too small and tried to return it the next day, only to find out that Boot Barn wont return items without the tag, even though I had the receipt. What kind of store treats its customers that way? It was my first purchase at Boot Barn and itll be my last. There are way less expensive stores to shop at anyways.

Great source for quality western wear. Stetson cowboy hats, Resistol cowboy hats, Montana Silversmith products, all types of boots. You name it. Ive picked up cowboy hats, bolo ties, hat brushes, etc. Theres an employee there named Alex. Try to have him help you out if you have any questions. VERY knowledgeable and patient. Just a good guy. Highly recommend this Store.

I chose Boot Barn for some wedding attire. I bought my wedding boots from them and my husband and groomsmen got their vests. The manager, Mandy I believe, was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful with ordering, delivery, and all at a great price! These are all items well be able to use more than once, as well. Big thanks to them for helping our wedding day be perfect!

Was alone the whole time. Had to search to find an attendant to ask questions. Answers to my questions were vague and made up. Would rather someone just tell me they don’t know them lie. Went to check out and no cashier. Had to go find someone to check me out, attendants attitude made me feel like I disturbed them from what they were doing to assist me. Over charged from the listed price of my purchase and had to change it after I pointed it out. Not a good experience. I did get a pair of boots so I’ll give two stars bc they have a good selection.

Usually everyone is eager to help but not today. Today there was only 2 sales women. When we entered the store, one sales women was on the register helping customers the other, brittnai, was busy with her phone. We were the 45 min, no one checked on us or asked if we needed assistance. Very disappointing because we love shopping there.

Way too expensive and limited on the wide width.

My husband and I went to get him a pair of boots and unfortunately we did need to return them on another day. I had also applied online for a position. The store manager takes care of returns and he was on a conference call so he was very short with us, seemed agitated at having been interrupted from his call to take care of us. I asked him about the job application and was cut off and talked to very rudely.Thank you for your crappy customer service. I would never treat a customer bad no matter if I was on conference call or not. He needs to take some classes on how to treat people and customer service.

Nice boot selection but their clothes are incredibly expensive even the childrens clothes. Sometimes youre followed around your entire shopping trip as of they think youre going to shoplift.

We were happy with the service and price while in the store. Left the boots there to get stretched overnight. They never called us or followed up. $200 sale. We went back 4 days post sale only to find that they didnt stretch the boots. Left them there again and they didnt follow up again. The 2nd time we went up there the boots were correct. Follow or cistomer service post sale needs work.
