My wife had been complaining about her current walking shoes for a while. So, I decided to check out Rack Rooms selection. Found a nice pair. However, the Buy One Get One 50% off made me spend more than I would like. Pleasant atmosphere. Cashier welcomed me upon entering and pointed me in the right direction. Selection was good. Overall great experience. Will visit again...

Excellent prices. Although they use the bogo gimmick which is irritating. Pay more than you should for one item or be forced to buy more than you need. Attentive staff which is a huge plus.Biggest issue is the very limited supply. I assume that is due the supply chain issues we experiencing

They didnt have many selection of different styles,or colors of sparies,and they only had one that was my size.It would be nice to see them improve this because overall I really like the store

My partner and I visited this location on Saturday, May 29, 2021 in the afternoon. Wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday. The store itself was clean and recovered, the prices of the shoes are amazing, and they have great deals. When I was in the store, they had BOGO free and BOGO 1/2 off.If you are someone who prefers receiving assistance or customer service in the store, you will not enjoy the experience here. The customer service was extremely underwhelming, especially from the store manager herself.We were not greeted in the store, even after passing by the store manager herself. She looked as if my smile acknowledging her presence was the most inconvenient thing that could have happened, and she still looked blankly back at me lol. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. Didn’t say anything at all.Later on, I go to ask one of the 2 people working in the store for assistance on moving a tag so that my partner could try on the shoe properly, and the store manager corrected me, saying she cannot remove the tag but she can relocate it. Seemed unnecessary and moot to the point of just needing to try the thing on properly, but sure. They were both working the cash register, and didn’t seem to feel called to multi-task effectively being the only Associates in the store to assist on things outside of checking customers out, so I waited for several minutes until the store manager finally asked if I needed something, I said yes, and then was made to wait another several minutes for her to ask what I needed and then had the tag removed.When it was time to check out with our pairs of shoes, she decided not to acknowledge my existence and was very friendly with my partner and smiled when engaging with him, carried out conversation, and disregarded anything I would add 😆.Ultimately and unfortunately, I would return to the store because of the product selection and pricing, but will continue to report any negative customer service experiences so that prospective customers can make an informed decision, and maybe hopefully the corporate office will feel encouraged to offer the store manager some customer service training so that it may trickle down to the associates of her store.

No cause why they asked me if I needed help, I described the item and they proceeded to shut me down and say they don’t have it without even looking. I went and found the item myself, because they did in fact have it. Bothered me so much I had to write a review...If you’re not going to help the customer, leave them alone lmao. Y’all losing money being lazy

Got a really nice pair of shoes for a very good deal they have buy one get half off and buy one get one free.

I came to rack room shoes on 6/8/20....a lady I believe the manager, wouldnt accept my hundred dollar bill from a cash checked, according to her UV light (which in my opinion she obviously didnt know how to read), I explained to her that every mark checks out and the holographic band in the front reflects as correct, as well as the hidden presidents face appearing when held up in the light. I was completely embarrassed, and ended up paying with a debit card, because she still thought I wasnt gonna have any cash, as well as placed my shoes back on the shelf when I was clearly using another method of payment. I later on had my bank verify that the $100 was valid, and ALL tests and prints checked out. I guarantee you wont get my business in hell.

Ive had to exchange shoes several times and the staff were so warm and friendly. With it being Christmas you just accept that they are tired and want to be home. But each time Ive been in they were super! Thank you Staff you made my day!!

Rack rooms okay in a pinch, especially if you cant order shoes off Amazon for some reason. I take my son in there and he gets whatever he wants. I really dont like how the employees follow you around like youre going to steal something however . It makes you feel really uncomfortable when youre trying to shop.

The selection of shoes is tremendous and the sales fit in anyones budget. I was able to purchase 2 pair of shoes for my grandaughter and she left extremely happy. I highly recommend shopping here before going to the expensive shoe stores.

Great prices. Especially with BOGO half off. I only wish they had a bigger color selection. I like bright colorful running shoes but they carry mainly black, white and neutral colors.

I go with a friend (they have her size). Theyve got cute shoes, but nothing in my size.

I loved going to this store because I have twins and the buy one get one half off always works out for us....BUT, if you go there with your children (mine are five) make sure they use the bathroom before you go. We were there and had picked out one pair of shoes when my little girl had to use the bathroom; I went up to the Assistant Manager, Valarie and asked if there was a bathroom my five year old could use and she flat out said no...I said really...? She again, no. So, I had to put back the pair of shoes one of them had picked out, leave the store, pack the kids back up in the car and drive 500 feet through the parking lot to Target so she could use the bathroom, pack them back in to the car and drive back to Rackroom Shoes to purchase the shoes. If my little one hadnt picked a pair of shoes yet, Id have never gone back in there. In fact, Ive bought my last ten pair of shoes there and will NOT be going back there....the deals are good but there are a hundred more shoe stores in Tallahassee that may be more flexible about letting a FIVE year old use their bathroom.

Great sales and the staff is friendly. I 2nd the review with regards to the bathroom. I personally witnessed a family of 5 or 6 people (they had 4 children) have to leave and go to Target before coming back to pick out their shoes. Super inconvenient. I had to use the restroom but didnt even ask because of seeing these children being told they couldnt use the bathroom. I will be going somewhere else. That is NOT good customer service.

Staff friendly and the store was neat and clean. (I have been there in the past where neither of those were the case). My biggest complaint was variety of shoe sizes. Although they have a large selection of styles, that dies no good if they dont have your size.

Friendly staff and the Buy one get one 50% off is a life saver with 3 teen boys with ever growing feet. Good selection.

Shity store I got a pair of shoes from here wore them out to my truck drove to work realize or something poking me in the side of my foot so I took them off put my old shoes on went to work got off this place is closed brought them back the next morning and they would not refund me my money because I wore the shoes technically even though I took about 15 Steps in them and drove my truck to work those were considered Wore. If I were you I would go to a better shoe store and spend my money.
