Had what I needed very nice guy working.

So went into this place twice today once in the morning with this blue hair colored girl kinda rude in the way she spoke and just really trying to get me to leave but on the other hand my second time coming in I found two very well mannered young men one slim and one heavy set they were both amazing and had great customer service because of them I will definitely have my friends come here but only in the afternoon because mornings i don’t know what’s going on But I would of never came back if my vape hadn’t died but because it did it changed my whole view of ASAP and I’ll definitely be coming back to spend more

I visit this asap weekly and its by far my favorite location

Amazing location and a great prices on cigarettes! One of the few places in town where I can get everything I need without having to break my bank. This review has been 5 stars for a long time now.However, due to poor customer service, this is no longer the case; as such 4/5 will more accurately depict my opinion of this store after tonight.Ive been going to ASAP on Orange Ave. for over a year at this point and have always been warmly greeted and assisted. Tonight this wasnt the case.I was greeted coming through the door as per usual. I had my eyes set on a pen and had asked if they could take 10% off the price to bring it closer in reach of my budget. The person attempting to assist me gave a response; We dont haggle here. I felt confused and had to ask how long a policy change such as that has been active, being as I was in the store a week prior and had been offered a deal below sticker price. He promptly rephrased stating No, I dont haggle.While this wouldnt pose a problem normally, at ASAP for the past 1.5 years Ive been going there, Ive never had a situation where I was unable to haggle.What made the already unsettling service even worse however, was when he explained; If youre looking to buy glass, Ill haggle. But if youre coming in to buy only one item, Im not going to haggle over it. He then told me I could ask the other person working with him if hed haggle; so I did.The other gentleman at the counter was much easier to talk to. While he said he couldnt do anything more subtract the sales tax from the product, he was at least willing to recommend other products by the same brand that I had expressed interest in; and in turn was able to put a charger into the deal as well.Conclusion- Told for the first time 1.5 years that there wouldnt be any haggling.- The explanation as to why that was; only purchasing one item that wasnt glass.- The associate had referred me to SOMEBODY ELSE instead of assisting me in the same way that the other person was able to. Perhaps take a page from his book, eh?Overall, while I will still continue to visit ASAP, I will take that associates advice to heart and ensure I approach somebody more helpful in the future.

In the last weekTerrible selection for glass. If you are are looking for something cheap and quick this is the perfect place. No customer service. The man behind the counter didnt even seem to care to have to help anybody. Almost every product HERE you can find down the road at a different smoke shop for a much better price. These people seem know nothing about the type of products theyre selling making it hard to feel confident in purchasing.(Update Owners response is aggressive claiming Im one of his competitors.) Ill make sure non of my friends or family come here again.
