We had someone to come and measure. We unfortunately missed the sales guy call after he got the measurements from the person who measures due to having to have emergency surgery we called back 3 days later at first they said no one can help us because the original sales guy wasn’t going to be in for several more days, so we called back to ask what the square footage would be, so I could simply do our own quote since we are on a time frame and they said they wouldn’t give us the square footage and they tried to look up my fiancee’s information to see if they could give a quote, but he was not in their system???? Its been over a week since the person came to measure!! When we are spending 5000+ Dollars on flooring I am not going to go with a company who seems to not even keep record’s properly!! Would never recommend this company!!!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere!

Love this team! Justin is amazing and always comes through in a pinch! He has consistently provided professional, timely service with great pricing. I have used this company for all my flooring needs for a year and will continue to do so.To add to that- the quality of the products they use really does stand the test of time. I have had multiple tenants on carpets they replaced that still look new.

They only get two stars for not hassling me over a refund. Their measurements guy royally boned my family on our project. We moved our entire home out over the weekend to prepare to find out the product we ordered weeks ago wont work. Its beyond me that the age of our home (1921) was not taken in to consideration. We are ignorant. Youre the professionals, supposedly. If you have an older home i recommend you shop elsewhere as the entire experience with GF has left a miserable taste in our mouths.

We worked Initially with Karla Wicks in sales. She went the extra mile for us to purchase our carpet and then followed up to ensure that everything went well. We experienced a slight hiccup with the floor transitions and she went to top management to get a quick resolution.Then Larry Craig the Installation Manager found a very experienced carpet installer to help us resolve our carpet transition issue. Larry was very responsive to our needs.Ruben Romero the installer came right away and looked at the problem and knew just what to do. He jumped right in and replaced tack strips and added more padding and then re-stretched the carpet. Ruben has been doing carpet for 25 years and is a very professional installer.I would highly recommend Great Floors for your upcoming floor covering projects. Came in to purchase laminate flooring for my business in Lacey and saw an employee at the front desk not wearing her mask except to greet customers and to say goodbye. When I confronted her she took her mask off and told me I was an awful person and tried to attack me? To me this is not a safe place to shop if they’re going to not follow CDC guidelines. The assistant manager intervened and he told me he was not going to fire her even though when she took her mask off she mentioned she had had Covid which then exposed me and other customers to her germs. He gaslighted me and made me extremely upset. Do not shop here if you want to give your money to a business that’s going to treat you with even an ounce of respect. How have these people not been shut down?!

Zero quality product, installation, and staff response.Explicitly told Larry during the quote, all old vinyl layer had to be removed due to a mold issue.Job order when installers arrived only quoted for removing the top layer.Product chosen was wrong, as the sales department mislead my buyer, saying it was water proof. The product they sold her was particle laminate when it was supposed to be lvt. We already had a product selected... they sold her a worse product that cost more.Installation was so shoddy I have trim with a gap between it and the floor.I vehemently request anyone reading this to find another source.

Lori helps me every time I need to shop here. Low pressure sales.They have low-cost carpeting for landlord needs, in many colors and styles, and sell carpet padding by the square foot off of large rolls instead of pre-packaged. Drive around the back and they load it for you. I am completely satisfied with the quality of even the low-cost carpet.

In the 30 years that we have owned our home, we have had dozens of professional plumbers, electricians, carpenters, installers, and so on work on the house (including one fully extensive remodel).We have never been more pleased with the process and the result as we are with our very recent experience with Great Floors.Jonathon Bingham managed the whole process, from choosing the materials through installation, with an extraordinary amount of knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness. He was also a pleasure to work with, both friendly and pleasant durning every single interaction.The carpet installers (Medina Remodels) were fast, efficient and very good at what they do. Outstanding work. They were a pleasure to interact with as well.Finally, the flooring installers (Euro Flooring) were perhaps the best of all. They are more than simply tradesmen/installers. They are artists. Vladimir Parshikov and his crew had to deal with complicated custom cuts around our large-stone fireplace, along with a challenging stairwell and multiple odd angles involving nearly one thousand square feet. The results are literally seamless. Their baseboard installation is also flawless. They were here each day on time and worked quickly and steadily until nearly 8 pm for three straight days. They actually did some work that we hadnt even expected, simply out of pride in a job well done. And again, an absolute pleasure to interact with.This is the first review that I have ever written. The courtesy and rare professionalism of everyone involved has compelled me to do so now. I highly recommend Great Floors, without reservation, for any flooring projects that anyone may be contemplating.

While most companys are providing excellent customer service in spite of COVID-19 Great Floors is using it as an excuse for horrible customer service. When we asked about the difference in product the the sales lady actually shrugged her shoulders. We went with a product we already knew vs trying something different because of lack of effort. She used phrases like if I get around to it. It was shocking. She didnt called to say our product was in either. I assume it was because she didnt get around to it. When it was brought to their attention that was when they used COVID-19 as an excuse. We would have gone elsewhere if it wasnt for time constraint. They do have a nice selection if you are already knowledgeable. If you need expert advice then google it before going to the store. They obviously dont know or dont care.

I recently had my floors done by Great Floors and they did an awesome job. They were fast and their workmanship was second to none. I love my new floors and they went above and beyond to accommodate my ever wish. Thanks Great Floors.

I have been shopping for flooring for the last two months and this place was by far the best service I have ever received. Bill really went out of his way to find a very obscure color that my wife wanted. While most stores were quick to give up, Bill found it and finally brought my two month quest to an end!!! Thank you Bill.... Now I can finally relax... Yeah!!!

We took a long time deciding which flooring to get. Laurie and Kelsy helped us and treated us great even when we kept changing our minds. We finally decided and then the install day arrived. We were treated to the best installers ever! Richard and Clayton were fantastic to say the least. Im fussy or so I thought. These guys were super fussy and we couldnt be happier with our new floors! Sales person was not good. Never called back, never emailed back. I constantly had to call and ask over and over my questions. It was VERY clear once they knew what I was looking to order that it wasnt a large enough order to matter to them. Communication lacking big time, quality of product terrible, although not their fault, I would have appreciated being told it was not the best quality product. Floor is now installed and the terrible quality is very apparent so ive emailed and called to get advice and seriously no email or calls back. Its like pulling teeth with this company. Will not buy from again.

Replaced existing carpet with laminate to match other floor in our house. Had a hiccup with the install. Tom worked very hard to make it right and regained an almost lost customer. We will use Great floor again in the furure for flooring needs.

We have used GREAT floors twice now . Both times they came when they said they would and the product and the install was very good

Highly disappointed in their willingness to return extra material! Still in unopened box. Over the last two years Ive replaced every inch of flooring in my house, purchased from here. 5 different types of flooring all together. This last time they had said to order extra heavy just incase. Thought no big deal thinking I could return the extra. Not the case! They lost a customer for $160 bucks. Ive got two other houses to do flooring in and I wont be spending a single dime there! The only reason their getting two starts is because Thomas tried diligently to work it out.

Knowledgeable sales staff, huge selection of stock carpet, hardwood, laminate and vinyl.

Came in to look at laminate for some countertops. The salesman didn’t really acknowledge us, and when he found out what we wanted, escorted us over to where the laminate was, and left, even though we had questions. He “answered” our questions while walking away without looking at us. Not professional.

They did some insurance work to repair my damaged original pine floors, and messed up so bad that they had to completely cover up the floors with hickory. They also got stain all over my baseboards but denied it
