This company is a complete scam, theyll take your money and thats the last youll hear of them. They lost their accreditation with the BBB and are currently under investigation with the Alabama State District Attorney.Theyll give you excuses for delays, then claim then shipping company lost it, then stop returning calls. When you call them again, theyll say youre harrasng them, when you demand a refund theyll tell you to talk to their attorney wholl offer you half your money back... but that wont come either.Theyll claim to be a struggling company but theyre taking money and giving nothing, its called FRAUD. Do not do business with these hillbilly criminals

We ordered a 15hp Kohler motor was told we would receive said motor in 3-4 days. After almost 2.5 weeks of trying to get someone to call us back a motor finally arrived. The WRONG motor arrived!! We have called and spoken to several people and every time they say we will call you right back and that call never comes. So right now our insulation business is stalled and our contractors are not willing to wait. We still have the wrong motor setting in our shop. I would highly recommend you do NOT do business with Capital Machine

These people are total crooks! They sold us 2 machines, one arrived and within 3 months broke down, when it went into repair we discovered sub-standard parts that were installed in used condition! We canceled the 2nd machine so wed not get stuck with another lemon and after months of promises for a refund, nothing has come.Weve since learned that this company is under investigation by the Alabama District attorney office for fraud. There are several lawsuits against them, they dont pay any judgments since they have no money in their account and yet they continue to take orders and screw people out of money. The company, run my Misty the pig Mays, is now a scam operation where theyll ride what remains of the unsuspecting previous customers until they finally get shut-down, whereupon Misty will contend its a failed business but in fact shes just taking money and not fulfilling orders; theres an ocean of screwed, lied-to and ripped-off people coming after this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. Do not go near them with any payments or orders in hand. Alabama District Attorney sent us a kiss off letter and suggested we find a civil action attorney. The Capitol web site still stands and no local judicial action is being taken in favour of the plaintiffs unlerss there is a class action suit we do not know about.
