I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at TRUE automotive. I took my car in because my car was smelling like oil and they told me to bring it in! Chris was able to get me in a loaner car while they inspected my car to determine what the problem is. The loaner car was excellent because I was still able to complete tasks, not be stranded while my car was being serviced. Again, Chris was a huge help! He answered all questions and explained to me what was happening in laymen terms! I would 100 percent recommend this business and staff!

Sloan and the team at True Automotive in Suwanee worked on repairing the tire on my wife’s 2020 Honda Pilot. They were exceedingly professional and respectful of our time. Lance did a great job making sure my car was checked and fixed throughly. They worked with my warrantee company to get as much covered as possible to make sure my out of pocket costs were minimal. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but worth the extra time to get quality and trustworthy service

This shop is full of car enthusiasts who just happen to be knowledgeable techs and service managers. It’s been a great experience bringing my older BMW in there to keep it well maintained by experts. Not the cheapest shop out there, but you have to account for the fact that they warranty their labor and parts for 3YRs/36k miles. Glad to have a shop like this locally.

I just went in for an oil change and Lance showed me that the previous oil filter was incorrect and leaking. I was glad I brought my car in as he did a total check and explained everything to me. I was sent home happier and without spending a fortune! I will definitely use True for future automotive needs!!

Excellent and professional service. Prices are reasonable - not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. Their mechanics are honest and they even take photos of any problem areas. Invoices are sent by email and services are performed in a timely manner. They can service my Chevy but whats even better is that they know how to properly service my BMW too. The only negative I can think of is that they are not open on weekends, but then again, there arent many local shops that are.

Had a bad experience with Euro Fed and decided to give these guys a try. I heard they had a very good Mercedes tech there so I let him go through my E Class to see what needs it had. His list was comprehensive and complete but I decided to have him just do the transmission preventative maintenance at this point in time. I was pleased with their pricing and results. I highly recommend them for anyone with a Merc. Ask for Shane. They have three other locations in the Atlanta area.

Took my vehicle in for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and possible brakes. I dont know about you, but I was shocked when they told me brakes were fine. Most shops would jump on the opportunity to replace brakes as I had mentioned that I thought I needed new ones at 44,000 miles.I did need two new tires. Price was comparable to Mavis where I originally purchased.I feel TRUE is honest and dependable. I believe they want you as a customer for life and not a quick buck.This was my second visit and I will continue to use them to service my vehicle.

I will NEVER take a car to this place again. The only reason I am giving them one star is because they were courteous. They recommended expensive repairs that it turns out I didnt need. Read on... I took my Audi in to TRUE for regularly scheduled maintenance as I hoped to save money and Audi no longer offered discount multi-service packages for the mileage on my car. TRUE gave it a detailed inspection. I was shown some oil residue at the valve cover gasket and told I should have them both replaced. They said they would combine the labor with a spark plug replacement, which they said was almost due (turns out that is actually 20,000 miles away) so might as well do it now. They said they smelled coolant when they opened the hood. I paid for a pressure test, which they said indicated there was a problem. They showed me some sort of residue with a flex camera and said my engine was leaking coolant somewhere behind the water pump, and they needed to remove the supercharger and change the water pump, pulley, belt, and some bolts. Around $2000 of repairs total. I was advised by another mechanic I have known and trusted for many years to take the car into the Audi dealer where I had been taking the car for service for the last few years for diagnosis and potential repair. Guess what? The Audi dealer found NO PROBLEMS! They told me they would have loved to take my money and do some repairs, but nothing was needed. Draw your own conclusions.

I ran over a cement turn curb in a new freight area. It had just been built and wasn’t marked or painted in any way. I took my car to a garage near Mall of Georgia. They told me my car was totaled. Then friends advised I take it to Scott Johnston at True. They said I could trust them. I did and they managed to get me back and running for $99.00. My was saved. I’ve been back and had some work done and am more than pleased and happy. The name of the repair shop fits perfectly. I know I can TRUST their word and workmanship.

This was my first time at True Automotive in Suwanee. I came to have my oil changed, tires rotated and all the other fluids in my truck replaced. They were able to complete the entire service in one day. The staff was professional, friendly and did not try to upsell for additional services I did not need. Dropped off my 2010 Volkswagen GTI to have the dreaded timing service done. Sam took great care of me and Kevin did a fantastic job working on my car. True Automotive stands out to me among all other shops because they take photos of what they are doing and show you and actually keep you updated as they do the service, which is a great peace of mind.

I took my Mercedes SL550 in to have some work done on the car. After I picked the car up I noticed a large scratch on the front bumper of the car that was not there the day I took it in. I took photos of the front of the car the day before I took it in and there were no scratches. I took more photos of the damage that was done and confronted the salesman Sloan about the damage and he denied any wrong doing, he then turned it over to his manager and I supplied him with the photos and the manager tried to imply that the damage could not have been done by them. Then the General manager of that location called me and said to bring the car in and they would get it repaired. We took the car in on Wednesday at 9:30 AM and the GM said hed have them look at it and hed get back to me that day. He didnt call until Thursday afternoon about 3:30PM. He wanted me to come back up there and show him what damage they had done. I told him to look at the photos, at the car and he would see what was done. He said that there was considerable damage done to the car and said they didnt do the damage and wanted me to show him exactly what had been done. I was furious. I told he there was NO damage done to the car until they smashed it in. We picked up the car and now will speak to our attorneys about this. This place is a complete scam job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!

There was not one single person on Staff that I wouldn’t give 5 stars to! Friendly, REAL car enthusiasts who know their stuff & are willing to help you get the repairs you need! My specific mechanic as well, Evan, was the bearer of bad news with multiple things about my car (Used 2008 BMW 328i), but I wouldn’t have wanted it from any other person! He brought me out to my car each time, to show me what was truly going on with my car (and being an enthusiast as well, I know he’s honest, plus I could see everything with my own eyes!). I’ve now taken four cars to them for everything from a simple oil change to major repairs. They are completely transparent in their pricing, VERY communicative, professional and courteous. And I’m proud to have the designation as the only customer to have given them a Christmas card in 2020 ... I believe that will change in 2021 as more people are bound to be grateful for their great work. Take it to TRUE!

I brought my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V into True Automotive in Suwannee for an oil change (they had a GREAT deal going on too) and to mount and balance front tires on my car. They were AWESOME. The service writers I talked to, Sam and Sloan, were very courteous and professional and took me out to see my car with the tech performing the work on the lift. The tech that did the work for me, Lance, was super thorough and gave me a heads up on some issues that are arising with my car. The best part is that no one pressured me into any unneeded work right now! They just showed me what was going on and let me know that I need to fix it in the future. Their location is super convenient to the town center and I found the place I’ll always try to take my car.

Overheating engine. They checked several possible causes and found a leaking head gasket. They were honest with me and gave me all options associated with that type of repair. The mechanic took me into the shop and explained everything in detail. Also, Katherine came in the shop too and kept me informed both in person and via the phone. TRUE Automotive was amazing! I took my Dodge Charger to a few other auto shops for a check engine light and they couldn’t help me but True showed me exactly what was wrong and they took care of it within a days time. The folks at True Automotive are fantastic, I brought my BMW E46 325i wagon in for an inspection and they found my coolant leak that I was unable to find. I have a 3rd party CARMAX warranty for my 2012 Mercedes GLK350 so I dropped it off at True Automotive Suwanee before it expired at 100k miles. Within a day I had a full report on everything my car needed and the front office staff had contacted my warranty company on my behalf. In the end they ended up getting several thousand dollars worth of work approved for my car. I went ahead and had them do all the maintenance and when I got my car back it was like a brand new car! The office staff was courteous and professional and kept me up to speed. They also put me in a new loaner car so I had transportation while I worked. Honestly, I’m sold for life. If you have a car this is the only place you should be going. Skip the dealer, skip the box stores. No one does it like True. Give them a call and schedule a free car inspection and see what they’re all about. You won’t be disappointed!

I know True Automotive mainly work on BMW, Mercedes and Audi but I happen to take in my ford F250 diesel for a full service. They did an excellent job. In all the years I have been going to dealerships True Automotive is by far the better deal for service, customer care, and a better price. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Great people! Great work! Went in for back brakes because the were grinding. Ended up w new control arms and lower ball joints on the front and the back brakes. My 2004 Dodge Ram has always made squeaking from the front end. Even though we took it several years ago to the place we bought it from and they said they fixed the ball joints. Now it’s completely quiet. And I can stop on a dime too!

I actually run into this store for a road emergency, a few screws dropped from the front wheel defender. People there are very friendly and timely prompt. Jonathan and Nick not only quickly fixed the problem, but also pumped air to all my tires. All services at no charge at all! They said its a small job for them (solved my big problem!). Highly recommended.

True automotive is one of a kind and best in their class. They conducted a diagnostic check on my car and found a slew of issues with my car. They didn’t push me to fix ANY of them and instead informed me of my options and what was most pertinent to fix first. They caught an old air filter that slip my mind when I was only there for an oil change. This totally saved my engine and any major repairs in the future. I’ve never met an auto mechanic shop that earned my trust so quickly through their genuine concern for my vehicle. If you want a trusty mechanic, true automotive will absolutely take care of you and will never urge you to make unnecessary repairs.

I have a friend who took her car in to a dealer for warranty work, but learned that she needed TimingChain/actuators + Struts/Brrakes for $3300.. So I brought the car to True Automotive (new group for me) and they did their own diagnostic and broke down charges for my approval. Katherine, my Service Advisor and ebullient angel, was very attentive and accomodating. The prices were reasonable and the mechanics notes were clear and lucid. I believe that they are knowledgeable and reasonable. Looks like a good auto repair option for the Suwanee/SugarHill neighborhood..

I trust you will be very happy with your decision to go to True Automotive! Our alternator went bad on a trip through Atlanta, 2.5 hours away from home. It was challenging to find a mechanic that would be closer to our home base of Anderson, but had a solid reputation through Google reviews. From my first conversation with Ian at True, I knew I made the right call. The were so accommodating - not to mention, a couple hundred dollars less expensive than the Honda Dealership. I was amazed by their use of software to keep me informed (regular text and emails) and the personal phone calls to update me along the way. My husband and I have commented that we might need to drive over an hour for future auto repair needs - because we were that impressed. True made what was a very stress filled situation, much easier through their kindness, regular communication, and excellent repairs.

I was recommended to this shop by Jonathan Hill. I brought my 2013 Fiesta in to have the brakes checked. My car was quickly diagnosed by the mechanic and Jenny gave me an estimate for the work. Jenny and Richard in the front office treat you like family. Even though they have loaner vehicles I waited for my car to be repaired. They were quick to replace the brake pads and rotors. Wonderful staff and Scott is a fantastic mechanic. I highly recommend this shop. You won’t regret bringing your vehicle to be pampered by this very knowledgeable staff!

True automotive was great! I took my car in during lunch time for an oil change but I couldn’t sit and wait for it to be ready so they took me home and later delivered my car at home for me! I was very impressed as I was a first time customer and will definitely be coming back!

These guys do solid work, but customer service is where they really shine. They make you feel like the most important customer, all with a genuine smile. I have changed oil and replaced break pads and rotors there.UPD: I would encourage everyone, however, to ask about their rates ahead of green-lighting any additional work. The last time I came in for an oil change for my Nissan Altima and brought my own cabin air filter, they charged me $65 in labor to install it, which didnt seem very reasonable, as it is literally a 5-minute task.

This is a great group of people! There was a small miscommunication about the service I wanted done for my car, and they fixed the issue immediately. Everyone here is actually really nice and tries their best to keep you updated on the service of your vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Overall ok. I took it in for a noise coming from one of the wheels. The source wasnt diagnosed, still there. Im guessing its not an issue and hoping thats correct. A couple of separate issues were identified. But the service reps are very good at their jobs. Ill be back.

Normally don’t leave reviews online, but this shop deserves to be recognized more than anyone. AWESOME is the word is would use to describe my entire experience. Awesome people, awesome service, and awesome environment. I was met with friendliness from the time I stepped in the doors to the time I left, from every person there. Jenny and Richard provided outstanding service and the techs in the back are all full of knowledge and professionalism. This will be the shop I refer and vouch to everyone i know. Amazing place. Owners are family oriented. Staff is friendly and takes time to figure out whats wrong with vehicles, mechanics are fast and dependable. Great addition to Suwanee.
