Honest, attentive, precise, accurate, and good-willed.Ive stopped by Mavis a couple times for tire repairs due to punctures in the past. Even though I know its how any tire shop attracts potential business by providing free tire repairs, I appreciated how quickly and attentively they took care of me.Upon the installations, I already had tires ordered by a 3rd party and I brought them to mount them on my car. Shortly after dropping the car off, Cody called me up promptly to let me know that my car was too low to get it up on the lift and the corporate wouldnt allow my car on the lift per regulations and policy. I was somewhat at loss for words because I was pressed for time, but Cody offered to mount and balance the tires at a discount if I took the wheels off and brought the wheels back for them to just mount and balance them.All this took less than 5 hours between me taking the car back home, bringing the wheels back, and me picking up the wheels. Mount and balance were done in less than 2 hours.Having good employees is not easy to come by. Having good employees that are willing to work with customers is near impossible thesedays.Cody at Mavis left me satisfied and Im not one to easily be happy with customer service. I highly recommend everyone give business to them.

Such a great service crew!! I needed a few things done and I was fortunate enough to not need my car back right away so I told them there was no rush, but they called me 2 hours later and told me it was finished. Very time efficient. Very nice crew

Thought I might need a new tire as it would not hold air. It turned out that I had picked up a nail. Mavis was able to repair the tire in less than 15 minutes, even though I was early for my appointment and there were 3 other clients who came in when I did. They did not charge me either; guess because I have purchased from them at other times; did not buy my current tires from them as they came with the car. They are courteous, fast, and reliable. I have never felt that they tried to take advantage of me. I will definitely go back and use them in the future.

My daughters car had a slow leak in a tire and after several attempts to add air from Mavis, it continued to lose air. The guys were great and quickly set her up for an appointment to inspect the tire. She simply dropped off the car and they found a nail and patched it FREE OF CHARGE!What a shock! She was expecting to hear that she needed a new tire! This business operates with true integrity and I would recommend them to everyone who wants an honest evaluation of their tires and service! But thats not all! When I drove my daughter to pick up her car, MY CAR suddenly showed a low tire indicator light! No problem! Sam quickly filled all 4 tires in less than 5 minutes!!WOW! I have had countless positive encounters with this Mavis location over the past two years and they always go above and beyond. Today my daughter had a flat tire just before close on a Friday. Without hesitation they promptly took my car and patched the tire so I didn’t have to leave it until the next day. I usually work with Cody and he has always provided friendly, fair and quality service. There is such great value and comfort in having a neighborhood place for car service!

Our car was having some shaking in the steering wheel at different speeds. After having some front end work done at another garage, I knew the tires needed replacing and an alignment was needed. I called Mavis on Tuesday. They ordered the tires. I made an appointment to take the car in on Friday of the same week. Everything went great. Cody and the team at Mavis did a great job. Rick, the assistant manager, was a bright face when walking in to the store. He was extremely helpful from the very start of me trying to change my tires. Even though I am younger, he spoke to me like a adult and threw in new windshield wipers in addition to a fantastic price for changing my tires. Took my SUV in to repair a flat tire. They estimated an hour but they got it done within 15-20 mins. They were courteous and friendly. The manager (Rick) did not even charge me to fix the flat. Wow. I had bought tires from them before. You can bet ill be going there again.

I found out that I had a nail in my tire when I had may regular service done at the dealership. The dealership recommended to replace the tire for $221. However all it was needed was a patch. Mavis took care of me in under an hour and did not even charge me for the flat repair. Thank you Mavis!

Great price and service, completed the work in the time stated (1 hour), relieving me from the stress of a highway blowout and AAA tow. I usually get used tires one at a time, but for only $40 more than I usually pay per tire, plus an alignment, the difference in handling is remarkable and I feel my family is much safer.

The service here was amazing, they got everything done professionally and timely. They also showed me how to attach my spare tire onto my truck. Ill be definitely using their service again.

UPDATE - I contacted the number they gave and customer service said the Regional Manager Paul was going to contact us. Yeah - still waiting …WORST Service ever. They overpromised twice, ended up not having the tires and then some rodent got into the car that was on the lift and ate part of the seat. They have not done anything to rectify the situation. After pressing for answers, we found out from the Assistant Manager that they have been having complaints about animals getting into the cars ....... Go at your own risk!!!!

This location was previously Kaufman who we used to service all of our family vehicles. When it changed to Mavis, we stuck with them and glad we have.
