Honest-1 Autho Care lives up true to their name. They pulled the carfax report that I had got the wheel alignment done 4 months ago and alerted me that I did not need this service again so soon.

Not sure how the replacement of a cabin air filter would require my immediate attention, as stated by the service center.Also, my oil level was too high after the oil change, requiring me to go to the hardware store and buy 1/4 inch plastic hose to siphon the oil out until I reached the proper level.

From the first phone call, to the moment I picked up my vehicle, this was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with anything relating to my vehicles. It is almost always a hassle or some ropes you have to jump through but this was literally just the perfect experience. Clear cut, to the point, polite, timely, wonderful people. Took my truck here for what I thought was going to be a 4 wheel brake job. They did a FULL system check and found that my breaks were OK, but my battery was low on power and needed replacing.So they told me the GOOD news (brakes were ok), and asked for authorization to replace the battery. Very professional and trustworthy. I scheduled my car for an oil change, and received periodic reminders right up to the day of the appointment. When I arrived, all employees were masked, the service counter was shielded, and the entire transaction was contactless.Most impressive was the way they inspect the brakes, fluid levels, battery, belts, and bulbs, and text a link to a report with all results and recommendations. In this case there were no other issues to address, but it’s really nice to know it’s been looked over. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I was thoroughly impressed with this shop. They did several things that I have never had before from a mechanic. They gave me my car fax report which was really helpful, they printed off my service schedule, and they offered a free coffee/snack bar with good snacks. I’m definitely coming back again. I lost my job. Then my power steering went out in my car. I was at a lost for words. I was quoted by another mechanic a crazy amount that kept changing. I called here after several Google searches. I felt like I could trust them. They were so understanding of my situation. They repaired my vehicle. It was expensive but they tried hard to work with me. I wish I had a million thanks I could give them for their above and beyond performance. I’m broke again but I have my car back so I can go to CDL school. When my job gave me two day notice that they were closing and then my power steering went out. I was devastated but a friendly voice and encouragement were my silver lining.

I’ve had my car serviced at Honest-1 in East Cobb for several years. Now that I live in Johns Creek, I am getting my service at their Peachtree Parkway location. The place is clean and neat and, with more bays, I can get an appointment quickly. They have always been above board in letting me know exactly what is needed and when. They’ve never tried to “oversell” as other shops have done. I trust them wholeheartedly with the care of my car.

Very pleasant and transparent with diagnosis and cost. They actually took pictures of the part(s) needing repair. My AC compressor went bad and the repair was going to be costly. The dealership agreed to fix it under warranty despite the vehicle being 2k. Miles over the 36k. Limit. Otherwise I certainly would have used Honest-Auto Care. I highly recommend them.

I took it here for a check engine light and ended up needing spark plugs wires and ignition coil I originally went in knowing it could be spark plugs because my car was stalling at 40 mph and it was real shaky also going up hills. They fixed it and I now have my car back. I will be returning for future fixes

Amazing service, ULTIMATE TRANSPARENCY, from offering me a ride to the rental, to frequent professional checkins, to photographs of every step and every issue they would find. They sent texts and emails with links to photos and diagnosis they offered explanations as to the severity and why it was important to fix. The diagnosis had my tech and my advisor’s name. I brought my car in because of the lack of heat and a general brake inquiry. The heat was just a filter and I had my brake fluid changed. I couldnt believe the type of service I had. First, it was awesome to see that the front desk techs are on top of masks & sched. appt. around social distance.Justin and the other handsome gentleman was passionate about ensuring that I was accommodated from the time that I arrived until my departure, a surprise snack was left on my console for the drive home, love it!After reading all of the positive reviews I just had to come in and see for myself what all the talk is about. After having my car serviced, I am upset at myself for not coming for my previous service, I would have saved about $200. My 2010 Honda Accord not going anywhere else - you deserve an honest review for an honest service!

Car started showing white smoke and overheating. I have my personal mechanic but he is very busy and usually have to make an appointment ahead of time. Called Honest-1 and they said they will get to it that day and resolved the issue. They also surprised me a with a simple thing as some goldfish in the car as just a free snack. Overall was very pleased with my first time here.

Had a great first time experience! Check engine light was on, code was pulled and it turned out to be a loose hose. The tech fixed it at no charge and I was on my way! Ill certainly be bringing my vehicles here for service going forward.

This place is great. Excellent service, reliable and honest, just as it says in the name. I came in there with a former truck and they found something dreadfully wrong. Instead of just doing what I asked when I came in, they called me into the garage, showed me what was happening and said I needed to go to the dealer as it was a major issue that should be evaluated for warranty. While the staff was very friendly their repairs where very expensive, the diagnostic fee doesn’t go towards your repair if you get your vehicle repaired there, and they charge higher labor when dealing with insurance or warranty companies. I the repairs the estimated were 1707 I got for 1k

I went in for a standard oil change. Mike, I think is the guys name said youre here for a engine replacement jokingly when I dropped my vehicle off. Fast forward 3 days later, I broke down on the side of the road. Car was towed back to Honest 1. Guess what the issue was... I ended up needing a new engine. Coincidence??? Who knows but it always makes me wonder, then the same guy says good thing we have cameras. I didnt accuse you of anything sir. Fast forward after getting the engine replaced the shop could not and did not provide me any information on the engine that was installed. How do you perform a engine replacement and not have paper work authenticating mileage, engine type, etc. I called in over a week for this information and kept getting the run around and never received it. I will say that all of my other dealings that I had with this shop were pleasant but this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont return.

Very friendly staff. Went in for a oil change. Met with Butch and Michael. Both very friendly. Butch is very engaging. Wait time was decent. Besides oil change a few things were suggested - got two filters and wiper blade replaced. No pressure tactics.Facility is decent, with snacks and beverage available while you wait in the comfortable lounge. I will happily go there again.

I have been a client of Honest-1 since they opened a couple of years ago. Much like the Liberty Mutual commercial you only pay for what you need. Their mechanics are excellent and the managers are certainly customer focused.

Excellent service and honest folk. My oil change and tire rotation was expensive but par for the course with a Jaguar.I came late Friday evening and they got it done. They even stayed past closing time and let me pick up my car at about 615pm.They gave me a quote for brak pads and rotors replacements and let me know how much brake pad I have left.

Their specials are just to get you in the door unfortunately. I mentioned wanting to use a specific coupon on the phone while making the appointment. I was notified after the oil change was done that the coupon does not apply to the oil my car takes even though it was synthetic (the same as advertised in the coupon). Even after a “courteous” $20 off my oil change costed more here than anywhere else I’ve been. Nice, clean place, too bad I don’t plan to come back here.

Good customer service, went in because my headlight was out and needed a new bulb put in. The guy behind the desk took me in immediately and had it taken care of in less than 10 mins and they didn’t even charge me because it was a very small issue. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Honest and clean. First, I was put off about having to make appointment. I figured ok why not... I went back 2 days later. While I was sitting in the spacious, clean and comfortable waiting room equipped with coffee and cold beverages, I realized this was great! I didn’t have to wait for 3 or 4 customers before me to get their cars fixed and/or serviced. They were ready for me. I was in and out in no time - it’s the best.Friendly and courteous staff. I wasn’t there to spend a lot of money. Just oil change and emissions (with a coupon!!) and got the ‘gold star’ treatment.By the way you can get your car in if needed on the same day but, you just may have to wait a bit.Definitely would recommend Honest 1. 5 star service.

I had my car in to replace the engine mounts and to get a tune up. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I met the owner and had a nice conversation with him while I waited and enjoyed the complimentary snacks and sodas. The week before I took the car to another shop and they quoted me $200 more to do the same work. Honest-1 will now have a repeat customer.

This was my first visit and I was impressed. Mark was very informative and helped me make decision. The waiting area is nice and clean and they have small children play area as well. The service was quick. Mark took me inside work area and showed me the concern areas and explained cost effective solutions as well. A snack bag in the car was waiting for me.

This shop should change their name to the Dishonest one. They charged my son $ 436. 01 cent to change the rear pad and rotor on a 2016 Toyota Camry. It cost 41 dollars per rotor minus the shop discount. The 2 rotors cost less than 82 dollars, yet they charged him 436 dollars. Another shop just gave me a quote for less than 260 dollars, go figured. Please keep your money in your pocket and run away from these guys.

When I walked into Honest A-1 Auto Care in Johns Creek, I knew I was in the right place...like being in a Chick-Fil-A without the chicken! I had front brakes and rotors replaced. Butch, Mike, and Craig were very courteous. To my surprise, they explained to me that only my front brakes needed replacement (with rotors). Over many years and numerous brake jobs, I have always had both front and back brakes replaced together, assuming that was the protocol. Thank you or being honest, Butch!

Their nice little Front office is Cool to hang around when you have to work out of office. their nice little treats always brings smiles on me while driving away. If there is something that they cannot do at the Shop they donot hesitate to provide you information to get to a place where you can be serviced by other vendors, that almost gives me a reason to go to them either to get things fixed or to find someone to get it fixed. They are honest, give them a try.Update: I had my second maintenance service in Honest-1, they did full inspection and didn’t suggest anything else other than oil replacement, I had totally different experience in other dealerships, with newer car, where I always had to decline some recommend services. I had a fair and honest service, once again. Very satisfied.

They had to deal with the car wheels scraping against the rotors where it wouldnt even roll. Yet his crew managed to move the car safely and fix everything!
