Family run business One of the best overall customer experiences Ive ever had. Not only did Rich fix the problem I brought my car in for, but he went above and beyond and provided me a solution to another issue I had not even told him about. It was an easy fix that I didnt know about. Other places would have charged hundreds or more. Rich took care of it without any additional labor charges. I recently needed my fender painted and based on the positive reviews took it to Right Choice. It was the right choice. Richard gave me a great price and had it ready 24 hours later. One of his customers was in the waiting room and sung his praises as well. I totally recommend!

Perfect example of you cant judge a book etc. I didnt know what to think when I drove into this place. A back lot with no flashy showroom, small parking lot etc. But let me tell you the work this place does IMPRESSIVE. The owner is an old-school artisan and he took a used Audi A6 with moderate damage down the drivers side and a missing front bumper and made it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It was amazing. I will definitely be going back and recommending these guys to anyone needing body work, they are awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with The Right Choice Collision Center in Suwanee, GA on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. I needed some repair work done on the tailgate of my F150 4X4 Platinum. I dealt with Richard Sindicic and was very pleased with the business for the following specific reasons;1. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take to complete the job. He finished the job ahead of schedule.2. He told me that he would attempt to fix a few things cost effectively rather than just buying all new parts for the entire tailgate. He did just that. He fixed it without spending a fortune on new parts that werent necessary (but he could have easily convinced someone that those parts were needed and charged far more for parts and labor).3. He gave me a quote that assumed the best case scenario. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the actual cost was below the best case scenario estimate because he was able to do the job without extra parts and labor. Who is ever this honest?4. He was friendly and sincere in his desire to do a good job and take care of the customer. He was a pleasure to work with.Unfortunately most businesses dont do things the old fashioned way; an honest price for an honest days work, a friendly and honest attitude, and a desire to deliver what they promised. This isnt the case with The Right Choice. I found them to be honest, sincere, friendly, cost effective and they did high quality work. I was very happy with the finished product.I would highly recommend this body shop to others because of my personal experience dealing with them.

Love This Place ALot & They R So Nice

I have taken my cars to them for over 15 years. They have handled it all form dents to pretty good sized wrecks. They are simply the best. They are honest, have integrity, explained things in detail and delivered when they said they would.

I had a scratch on my wifes car. Two other places was wanted as much as $2200 to fix. The right choice did it for half that much and did a great job. My wife was very happy, since it was I who scratched the car

Exceptional work and the owner is a great guy...extremely honest owner and staff. They will be fully engaged and give you exactlty what you want and ask for. They wont try and take advantage of you or upsell you.

Its not a good thing to visit an autobody shop as much as I have in the past ten years. But this is my regular spot. My mother has a Nissan Altima and she has ripped close to 10 side view mirrors off coming in the garage. So Richard is a dear friend of mine. They have always given me the best deal and the service is always done right and done fast. If you need some body work done, go out of your way to come to Right Choice.
