We had 2 specific areas on the car that were problems because of 2 accidents. They were very professional about their estimates and paperwork that were delivered email. The work they did was beautiful plus they detailed the car while they had it. It looked like a new car. The timing was perfect. The people working there were professional and very courteous. This is the second time we used this business. We are very happy with them!

Had a great experience with them for fixing up my bumper after a small accident. Really polite people from the moment I walk in and very cheerful. No huge repair needed fortunately but they handled it quickly and taught me a few things about how to do it myself next time. They also pointed out a few things under the hood that I should pay attention to. They even cleaned up the paint on the bumper even though I said I wasnt too concerned about it at the beginning. Great service and smart people, would come here again and highly recommend.

Over the years (around 2001-2012), Ive had 3 repairs done here. Im writing a review now in 2021 because Im scrapping a car now & they helped out a lot with that & even cleaned off a hit & run tire rubbing (on our other car) for me on the spot. All the repairs have been excellent looking work & fit (as a non-professional, all I can judge by is how it looks when theyre done). No paint flaking on their work even after years (I had cheapo body work paint flake off within a year). Theyre also extra nice & helpful here: went out of their way helping me dispose of my totaled car (dug up maybe 5 salvage yard contacts for me to try).

These guys are awesome. I have had 3 auto body quotes from them and they have been very very competitive. However the main reason I like them is that they are very pragmatic and will advise on what repairs might be needed and what we might be able to ignore or postpone.

Large pieces of paint began to come off the body of my vehicle within just a few weeks and becomes worse with rainy weather. The work is guaranteed but even just the thought of returning has been sickening.I found them to be untrustworthy and yet seemingly trustworthy.

They took such great care of me! They gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off, and they picked me up at my home when the car was ready. They kept me updated on the status of my car via text. When I picked up my car, all the damage looked like it had never happened. AND they had washed my car. Its a family run business and they (as cheesy as it sounds) took care of me like family. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Took my daughters Mustang in after someone bumped into her rear bumper in a parking lot. Georgia Paint and Body had good reviews so I took it to them. So glad I did! Not only did the work look flawless, it was the little extras that wowed me. The car had been professionally detailed inside and out. Leather seats cleaned to a beautiful shine. Floor mats cleaned and car vacuumed better than Id ever seen. Old fashioned service you rarely see these days. Highly recommend!

This had to be one of the most genuine and honest body shop places around the Atlanta area. They were great about explaining the process, parts, and how they would repair the car. The prices are true to cost and very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone that has a dent or needs a body repair (car body repairs only😂😂) dont bother looking around. Call Georgia body and paint, they are the only people to trust.

I just went in for an estimate. I didn’t realize they closed at 5:30 and showed up at about 5:29, fully expecting them to say come back tomorrow. But they happily told me they wouldn’t mind doing it. It took maybe 15-20 minutes, and they gave me some really great advice on how to handle the repairs going forward. I will be using them in the future!

I recently had Georgia Paint and Body Work fix my Subaru. The family run business was a delight to work with. They were able to negotiate to get all Subaru parts, which was my request, and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The end product is that my car looks brand new. They even buffed out an old scratch on the passenger door when they waxed the car. Great job.

I dont want to give any star to this bodyshop. So if you go through insurance and have accident covered by insurance, DO NOT go to this body shop!!!! Trust me, they work with insurance company, to pick up this is not covered, that is not covered. And then what, when you got your car, they told you, oh this is not covered by insurance, we will not fix it. Hello, this is bodyshop is totally the dog of the insurance company (especially State Farm!!). Do not go there if you dont want to have the same experience like me! My car has back up hit, need to replace the bumper, they just fix, not replace, even not repaint, oh talk about the repaint, they refuse to paint!!Because WHAT! It is not COVERED!!!

Amazing!!! My car was in a minor fender bender and Ga Paint and Body made the process of repairing my car so smoothly! They were always checking in and updating the status of my car! They even buffered/polished out a few scratches that were not related to fender bender! They worked with the insurance company and dealt with the “at fault” driver’s insurance company. My car looks better than new! I highly recommend Ga Paint and Body and will definitely go back for any repairs!

I have used this paint & body shop several times. The staff is great.I had situation where I really needed to get my computer out of my car rental. My husband and I went there on Saturday and there was Dave working. Dave was able to get the door open so that I could get my computer. We tried to see if we could buy lunch for him but he turned us down. We really appreciated Dave in letting us get my computer.

I highly recommend Georgia Paint & Body. My daughter recently was in an accident with her Toyota Corolla and there was significant front end damage. Luckily my daughter was not injured, but the car looked pretty bad - basically the front of the car was smashed in with the front right corner of the car taking most of the hit. In less than 2 weeks Georgia Paint & Body fixed everything and it looked better than before the accident. Price was reasonable too, not to mention within their estimate. The whole staff was wonderful to work with and very prompt in following up with questions while providing good advice on how to save money without cutting corners.

I took my late model hybrid to Georgia Paint & Body for some minor work. I found the staff friendly and professional. I was concerned about the paint work since it was a two step finish and hoped the body work would be be invisible. I was not disappointed as the paint-finish matched perfectly.The body work was excellent as well. In addition the project was completed in one week as promised. I highly recommend this company.

The metal work and paint job on the vehicle was excellent. The shop even cleaned the car inside and out which most shops do. They cleaned out a pesky spot on the drivers side. Coordination with the insurance company could of been a lot better. The only issue which I noticed was the desk customer service lady was a little biased to certain cultures. i noticed preferential treatment to some. I thought it could of been a bad day for her, however when someone called about the vehicle and why wasnt our party informed that the vehicle was ready. She used an outdated number from.? The insurance had the accurate number but she left a message and didnt follow up with us until we called a week later asking about status on the vehicle. The front desk lady Amber got very unprofessional an appeared to get a bad attitude when we just asked why didnt you follow up since you havent heard from us? You just dont leave a message an never follow up if the vehicle is ready and your dealing with insurance and rental car issues. We felt like we were getting treated in a prejudicial manner. I dont have to tell you how perceptions and bad publicity can ruin a business. Everyone should be treated equally, and i was in there a few times and noticed some were treated better than others from the customer service part. The work on the vehicle was excellent no issues there. But other issues can ruin a business. I do reviews for every business I visit. You never know who you are servicing.

These guys saved me $600!! Theyre so friendly and patient. Initially went to another place first because it was closer, and this place was 15 minutes away, but it was so worth the trip, and the good reviews hold true. The other car shop told me the scratch on my front bumper wouldve been $600 to repair, but the manager at Georgia paint and body took one look at my car, grabbed some solvent, and polished it good as new (and it was a preowned car!). They didnt even charge me anything. The manager said even if work was required, it wouldve been around $500 which is still cheaper. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

What a great facility to work with.I brought my vehicle in for an inspection of a competitors recent work that I was having problems with. Let me say, GA Paint and Body could have said no, they would not be interested in inspecting someone elses recent work, but they didnt. I brought my car in to have them replace my back light that I had busted and I had mentioned it was a lease car that I was turning in and when I went to pick it up not only was the price very reasonable but they had fixed a couple of little things that I was going to have to do, they also washed and vacuumed it. Hate to leave a bad review but others should know... I have an 06 Tacoma that needs fresh paint. Also interested in replacing headlight/taillight lenses and other plastic and rubber parts that have sun damage. I stopped in for a quote. Without looking at my vehicle the blonde receptionist said I should go to Maaco. Would not even provide a quote. It will not be Maaco but I will find another company.
