Worst 711 i have ever been to. I wanted a sandwich pressed and literally left it barely long enough for the paper to burn. But I told him to take his time cuz I still had to pump gas he said it was ready. I told him that it wasnt even cooked yet and he said it was. I go to my car and of course when I open the sandwich everything is still cold. I went back inside and ask for a refund, and he got the manager from the back who then said he was going to fix it for me. I said I didnt want it but he insisted. However lol this only took one more minute and the sandwiches still cold in the middle. Im annoyed.

I went to put gas in my car and I parked at pump # 10 there was no one outside to put gas it was 8:05 am I went inside to pay and told the cashier $ 20 at pump # 10 I went out to put gas And I didnt go back to tell her that if it didnt work and she replied rudely that she had heard in # 5 seeing her that I was only there to put gas, it seems to me that if she doesnt want to work or doesnt like her job she shouldnt

Awful customer service. Took my son and his friend for national 7-11 slupee day which in on 7/11 from 11am-7pm. We arrived at 6:50pm and they were excited for the free slupee but the store representative(middle aged man) behind the counter told us “no more, it’s closed and we have no cups”. First of all, it’s not 7pm and I look over and see cups and afterwards he tells me if I want to buy a slupee. Really, you just told me the you had no cups when they are free and now he’s telling me I can buy one. With that kind of service I’m surely not coming back to the store or getting gas there. Taking my business somewhere else.

Located right on the US84. Not a big store but its nicely organized. Gas prices are a little higher than the other competitors near by but overall a satisfying experience.

Go to the Mobil across the street! The pump once charged me a buck and the cashier was very rude. It upset me enough that I went back and paid with loose change. It may sound vindictive, but she deserved getting fired. She made it almost impossible to contact the manager.

Nice cashier, but this location is not a 7-eleven.
