This store won our loyalty in one visit. Running a store in retail myself--- I get how hard it can get... but the three women on staff when we came in today had everything down to a frikkin science. I wish I could bring the staff I work with to this store just to show them what teamwork makes the dream works truly means.We spent a couple hours there (gotta find the perfect bed if youre gonna spend 1/3 of your life in it). Three months ago I purchased a mattress at Sawgrass location. When I got the mattress it was defected. They made an exchange and once again it has the same problem. Andrea Groce the manager told me that I was gonna get a refund.Its been more than a week already and she doesnt give me any solution. Horrible customer service. My worst experience as a consumer.

So we tried out a series of beds with more of an intermediate firmness to support my spine properly. Needed a last minute box spring and these guys saved us! I’m not the type to leave reviews but I went yesterday to buy a tempurpedic mattres and Guillermo helped me and my boyfriend and he was so amazing. He helped us out and made sure I was getting the mattress and base I wanted and gave us the best deal! I wouldn’t go to anyone but him especially because I hate pushy salesman, which was not the case with him whatsoever. 20/10 such a good experience highly recommend.

This is the 3rd mattress I have bought from Mattress Firm Sawgrass. Everyone I dealt with here was super friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. (Shout out to Melina, she’s a gem.) This last purchase took some back and forth on the phone, solely on my part (My Grandmother could not make up her mind) but I received the same excellent service every time I called. I hope this company knows what an awesome employee they have in Harry, but if by chance they don’t I would love to steal him for mine!

For the first time in years. I can honestly say I had one of the best experiences with a Bed Company. The gentleman explained every difference between the three beds that I was looking at. And explained it to me. The reasons for the thickness for the purple beds and every combination that there was for the beds. And motorized platforms. Delivery was easy. And everyone was polite and cordial. I would recommend shopping there every time.

I visited this Mattress Firm location earlier today and walked out within an hour with an amazing deal on a new Purple mattress, mattress protector, purple pillows & a delivery scheduled for 2 days later. Mattress firm has a good method to assess your needs.. they categorize your pattern of sleep side versus straight on the back versus flipping often and post sleep effects like pains in the neck or shoulder or back. Their personnel have good knowledge about the mattress types thT should suit our body ..I liked their variety that goes on display and they encourage to let, sleep and check if we like it ..They are good with pricing and price matching ..Thank you for helping me choose something that suits my body and sleep pattern..

I visited Mattress Firm at Sawgrass Mills this week looking for a good quality inexpensive mattress. I was greeted warmly by Dion, who guided us through the store with ample knowledge on the merchandise in relation to my needs. He was able to provide good insight about the different mattresses depending on feel and size. I was very pleased with his excellent customer service skills and his efficiency in completing my order.
