I purchased a portable speaker through Kalektronics. One of the main reasons I purchased it was to bring to the beach and camping and have a fun way to play music. The battery was advertised to last approximately 6-9 hours. Within 45 days the battery only lasted 3 songs. I thought perhaps I didnt have it plugged in all the way and re charged it. Went to use it again after it was plugged in and charging for several days and gained a full charge. And again the battery only supported approximately 3 songs before it died and shut off. I contacted the company and they said they were only willing to do returns within 30 days. I assume and hope I received a dud and was hoping for an exchange. They were unwilling to work with me and offer an exchange or refund. I am very disappointed. I would not have splurged on what I hoped was a nice speaker just to only be able to use it plugged in. And even further disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered 2 Therall Joint warming wrist support.I received 2 and got 2 boxes the problem is one box was empty. Could someone please get back with me please. Disapointed in Glen Allen Va.

I found them easy to work with. I had an issue with the camera, and they were there to help me. No issues. I think the guy that helped was Chad. Kudos guys for all your great stuff.

Christmas gift came in a trashed box, held together with tape, and no packing material for shipping. Everything was moving around freely. Was told, via email, that they had no phone for customer issues. Was offered a new brown box with a picture of the item on it. Beware of this business.

Roku express miss power wire can not use. Try for days to get information on returning item. Walmart had this company on there website never order from Walmart again.

Item i bought from them did not work and i had to pay for return shipping. waste of money and waste of time. do not buy their refurbished items that they call bulk packaging

I found them on a flyer. The item i got was damaged and they replaced with no issue!
