Jade Goodridge, her custom service skills and professionalism was one of the best experiences that Ive had since shopping at Brandsmart and that was definitely not my first time shopping there. Thats not to say that Ive had bad experiences there before, is just that this young lady was soooooo pleasant, helpful and very patient with me from day one. She was very attentive to my needs and concerns that I had while choosing the right appliances for my kitchen. She went above and beyond my expectations by helping me until I found just what I needed to fit into my stressful space in my kitchen that I was working with.Overall....this is my first time ever giving a public review because I just could not go on without recognizing the service that she rendered to me. I must also give Juan (sorry I did not get his last name) in that same department for assisting me when Jade was not there during the time of my frustration, when I had to make some changes to my order he also went beyond his time to make sure that things were adjusted as far as the refrigerator size and measurements.I am very grateful. Now Im enjoying my new kitchen and new appliances. Thank you Jade and Juan for your awesome quality customer service. Blessings to you both always. :)

Alex in the appliances was awesome! He helped us find a dryer and washer and had so much patience for all out questions. He didnt stop looking to see what was in stock and even ran to make sure they had a certain set in stock. We are more stock to surprise my parents with a brand new set of LG washers and dryers.

Usually the service is good. This time I went to buy a range. I was looking for new but I came across a floor model. I asked the salesman some questions, he answered but didnt really care. I asked if some marks on the range were scratches and he said no tape marks. I asked if he could get something so I could wipe it and check and he said its a floor model you get what you get. I know that, I was trying to inspect what I would get before I committed. He made me so mad I went to home depot and bought it there. Paid a little more but it was worth it. I told him I had been looking at the range for months and was ready to buy. Maybe he was having a bad day but I dont spend my money on bad service. I too work hard for the money I spend to help pay his salary. I dont hold it against Brandsmart. I will be back and will purchase if the service is good.

I got an email about sales on housewares, I needed a blender since I broke mine and havent been able to replace the vase. I love Oster so I was trying to find the perfect one, it seems they were missing a display somebody asked if we needed help. This lady was a life saver finding my perfect blender super fast . Great employee

Good assortment of appliances. No longer the best value but competitive prices. Need to simplify shopping by accepting payments with the associates versus going down to a central cashier. Also, for back order items, should not charge the customer until product is available and ready to ship.

My aunt was able to order fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a stack washer dryer for a good price

Have been waiting almost 5 months for a fridge the sales rep said would come in two. When I called customer service, they told me there were 14 other people waiting for that same fridge before me...the sales rep must have known but instead said there were only 3 people waiting on one. I have been since trying to get assist, either get my money back or something comparable but when I call the store it rings and sends me to the call center, after 15 minutes the call center finally answers and directs my call back to the store and then again I waited and waited and came back to the call center...when I got customer service on the line, the lady didn’t help me and instead put me on hold and again I made the same loop to the store and the call center and still had no help. This is infuriating to say the least. Never shopping here again

Good selection! But hard to get someone to wait on you! When u buy an appliance you tell them when you want it delivered they tell you oh we cant do that but we can on this da y...soooo they want to deliver when its convenient for them!!! Wont buy there again...

Do not buy ANYTHING from this store. We purchased a dishwasher with an extended warranty. The dishwasher broke and we are now waiting over 3 weeks for them to repair it. They keep telling us they are waiting for a part. The warranty clearly states that if you cant fix it you will get us a new one. I highly doubt its a part they are waiting for because when the technician was on site, he said he couldnt repair the dishwasher. Had to bring it to the shop for them to find someone who knows how to repair it. Horrible customer service and definitely not honorable to their warranty commitments.

So I arrived around 2:15 pm and there were many salesmen visibly present and unlike my previous visit on Monday I was actually acknowledged by one of about 5 or more I passed on my way to the refrigerator section. I knew exactly what I wanted from my previous visit so I asked one of them to assist me in finding out the availability for that particular model. His name was Alex and he informed me of the various charges and that it will be available to be delivered on Monday. I was out of there by 2:45pm after cashing out. I would say I picked the best time of day today! Everything went seamlessly as I hope the delivery will too. I will be updating soon. There are a couple areas worth some attention to detail! Acknowledgement of customers is a must on every visit from your door person to salesmen and cashiers! Today your door person said nothing as I came in, only one sales person out of 5+ said hello good day and blessings on my leaving!! Your cashing area is very clustered and I cant imagine if there is a sales rush in there all cashier are in a rectangular area that seems too close for comfort. I would reconsider removing some cashier booths to more social distance space for employees and customers way too congested and cluster phobic for sure!! And your cashier yelling next with no eye contact, no greeting and ignoring you when you ask a question was sad!

If you very carefully put things in your pockets, they give you a 100% discount you dont even need to go to the counter

Brandsmart used to be better than other electronic stores, but oh how the mighty man have fallen. Im actually disappointed that I can never find what I want here anymore.

BrandsMart the company has good deals. BrandsMart in store experience real bad. Feels like the floor sales are typical looking for the upsell. The clincher is the check out area. If your applying for their financial offers be prepared to meet Ivonne(however its spelled) the manager tell me why she looks and acts like the slug lady from monsters inc... story short she acted disrespectfully towards me and my mother and made snippy remarks with her co worker about us right in front of me. BrandsMart deals great 👍 BrandsMart store.... Maybe shop online or try a different location.

Samsung Tablet $80 higher than on sale price at Best Buy. Sales clerk not very helpful. No accessories available for purchase either.

I purchased an 85 inch samsung TV put a 5 year protection plan and cracked screen insurance on it and am now being told that the cracked screen protection is not on my device. They now want to give me my money back on the 5 year protection plan to remedy the situation but that doesnt fix my broken screen. Clearly someone isnt training their employees correctly and now I get the s#!+ end of the stick.

The prices are great. The sales person that dealt with us was horrible. So if you like great prices and are willing to deal with useless and rude sales persons Brandsmart is the place to shop.

Bad customer service. Product signed at $54.88. Rang up at .$69.88. Told by cashier to see sales person for ticket. Told by sales person that price can only be adjusted by manager even though it was advertised at $54.88. Lost my business and I plan yo let my friends and family know. When will retail get that we have a choice!!!!!

Salesman was great. The pickup in the back was not organized and the associates in back not professional.

Display wrong prices. Mr. Remy supposely the manager (he said that he is the manager ) is rude and inefficient. His body language saying his name when I asked I will never forget. The salesman(very nice person) and the cashier knew that the price was displayed there, supposely wrong, they tried to warn him but he irreducibly did not accept and simply said it is not this product and did not try to solve it, leaving me in front of the cashier and left without solving my problem. when i asked to call him back and asked, you wont do anything to solve this problem? he replied, I cant do anything. Worst customer service you can experience if youre not local to the store. They lie about refunds, delivery dates, and product availability. If you dont consistently follow up youll never get any progress on your order or refund. Sad to see this store lose quality over the years. Its worth paying more at a reputable store to avoid the headaches with Brandsmart

Seems sales people are more concerned about having conversations amongst themselves than with the customers. Things have not changed 😕 I guess once unconcerned sales people always unconcerned sales people. Once in a while you will come across a good one but very far and few between.

The staff helped us out tremendously at Customer Service and in the laptop section. They were willing to listen, answer our questions and to work with us as much as possible. Throughout all of this they were always respectful, polite and kind. Truly, truly appreciate them for it.Mohamed (hope I spelled it right), and the 2 sisters who look alike especially come to mind (I apologize that I forgot their names, they were so sweet. I think the older one was Betty). They were wonderful.But we spoke to several different employees, including managers, desk staff at the counter and sales people. Everyone was helpful and pleasant deal with. I have to give credit to Brandsmart, their staff is phenomenal and I appreciate the great job theyre doing.

The people were nice. I even sat in a massage chair for 15 min. The salesman were nice even there, wish I could afford a 4k chair.The store has a little bit of EVERYTHING!!! you can get a mattress and bed frame, to cups and knifes, a cheap microwave.They have brands Ive never heard of, but even the good brands have great prices!!

The store has a lot of electronics including TVs, camera systems, household appliances, kitchen items, and a lot of gadgets. They also have furniture. I didn’t give it all 5 stars because the pickup process in the back of the store can be annoying. At times there’s a line and you are waiting in the hot sun!

The most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.I bought a brand new stove just to have it delivered broken ! waited well over 20 min on hold waiting to talk to customer service only to get hung up on twice !! I will never buy from here again. And the system in which they use to get your information is out dated to the max. I think I seen a macintosh computer when giving them my home address and information. system is at least 15 years old. I really wish I can say something positive about them but I simply cant. I had an excellent experience searching for a washer and dryer at this store. Carlton is great! He was such a big help! We were so indecisive, and he was very patient with us. He explained our options thoroughly! Additionally, we ran into an obstacle, and Carlton helped solved our problem. I would recommend my family and friends to shop at this particular Brandsmart store due to the help we received from Carlton. Very poor service, the purchase of refrigerators and stoves paid for the agreed door-to-door service and the delivery was not given at all. I canceled the order and they tricked me to refund you tonight and someone called but didn’t call me the money It’s not refundable, and there’s nothing to buy. The salesperson in the mall just collects the money and doesn’t care about you.

Helped my folks buy a TV there when financing the people at the store put down the wrong address and phone number despite having the ID and paperwork filled out with their actual actual address.Didnt realize until a week later when it wasnt delivered when they said it would be. Turns out they dont have it in stock and didnt contact us because wrong phone number was filed. Thank God the TV didnt get delivered to the wrong phone numbers address. Either way calling over the phone was no help. They had to go in person back to he store to fix everything. I understand the phone number thing was a mistake that can happen but promising a specific date so we could coordinate installation and other things now messed things up. On top of the false delivery/stock promise why ask for the drivers license ID and fill out all that paper work if ur not gonna verify the phone number / address in your system doesnt match the ID and paperwork is beyond me.Such a headache.

I had a horrible experience at one of a well-known competitor last year. It took me almost a whole year to replace my dishwasher because of a horrible experience I had somewhere else.My mother was with me while I was shopping around for a dishwasher. She recommended me to come here because its affordable and she never had an issue with them after purchasing multiple appliances from here. I went there, ordered a dishwasher and had the installation completed. No issues! And the person installing the appliance did not damage anything unlike the other place. 🙃

Don’t shop here. Customer service is terrible especially if you’re a Minority. Buyers beware! Ordered a $535 dishwasher online for instore pickup and the store didn’t allow me to get my item. They assumed a brown guy was up to something. They also wouldn’t refund me. It took me 2hrs on the phone with customer service to finally get a refund. I went to Best Buy and had no issues. Go to Best Buy people!

My husband and I spend a lot of money buying appliances for our home at randsmart but the service is always the same. The sales people forget their roles. Firts, they have to judge you first before they even say hello to you. You have to dress certain way, look certain way, and they can even tell if you have money or not. I will never, ever shop there anymore including my friends. I work as a nurse, after a hard day from work I decided to change my uniform and go shop for a washer and dryer with my husband. I got there no one asked us if we needed any help. But the salesman where joking among themselves, so we asked them if they are salesman, they laughed and one of them start to ask . no managers to help. They are all the same. Wasted our entire time. We went to home depot and get the appliances.Brandsmart should be closed down .

Brandsmart normal everyday products are good to purchase but if you try to purchase a mattress with them it is not recommended.We purchased a mattress in August 2020, paid nearly $3,000 for the whole set and even purchased a warranty. In Feb 2021 we started experiencing sagging issues on both sides of the mattress. We had a technician come look at the mattress and he said there is an excessive amount of sagging.Later in his notes he puts .5 inches of sagging, when it is clearly more than that. We have not been able to get any assistance on this matter. We have called many times to different departments and sent emails. Everyone we speak to tells us it is the wrong department or that they cannot do anything.If we were to have purchased from Sealy they would of been able to help, but since the retailer is the one who makes the choice to reissue a new mattress they wouldnt. Very dissatisfied with the customer service, the product, and the physical price that is being paid for this mattress.If anyone wants it they can have it for free, we will have to purchase a new one, not from Brandsmart.

I went to the store on sunrise and flamingo last week to purchase a washer and a dryer.i walked upstairs 5 salesman were having a conversation among themselves, I spent about 10 minutes taking measurements and trying to decide on a purchase, not even one time they asked if they can help. I wanted to speak with management,they call her she never come out.i left the store and went to home depot. I will never buy anything there again. Ive been going to that store since 1999.last week was it for me, many salespeople but they are useless .

This place is massive. I wandered in just to check out the laptops and was impressed by the amount of things they can fit into the space. Whether you need a laptop, tv, couch, grill or new kitchen appliances, there is a section for you. Due to the sheer volume of inventory, you should do your research before you visit, especially for a large purchase.

Guy kept trying to sell us the warranty for a TV, even though I said no like 10 times lol, but it is there job so no worries, he was also very nice. They have a good selection of electronics. Kinda pricey in my opinion, but still worth a visit, as I found a nice smart 43 inch roku TV to buy for about $200, they took off 30 dollars per there sale.

I try to get the warranty of a DVR I have a receipt, and the person who work is more interesting in watching Futbol soccer than help me..

Went in to purchase a washer and dryer today (Black Friday 11/27/20), salesman Roy was very pleasant and knowledgeable, when I went to the cashier to pay also the cashier was very nice, she called her manager because she had a question and the manager/supervisor helping cashiers out, had the nastiest attitude, very rude with me and the cashier... I was so excited for my purchase but her nasty attitude made it all worse!!! Horrible she gives her employees and clients such nasty attitude instead of helping them out!! Hope she changes and improves her attitude!! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but at least brandsmart will be able to know who was on shift that day!! 4:30pm

There is a young guy in the furniture department named Kevon Carr who might just be the most adorable, caring, funny, and self dedicated kid i have ever met. We came in for one thing and left with 3 others he was so out going and well spoken and made sure he did whatever he could to make sure we were pleased. He was very intelligent with the information given, he was very patient with us, and he joked a little just to keep us entertained, and by just that i went in for a 40 inch Samsung and left with two 70 inch Sony tv’s and a 9.1 JBL sound system. People like that deserve to get recognized, so for that Brandsmart you guys have yourselves an AMAZING salesman.

The prices were good and the sales people were really nice but the manager on the washers and dryers section was not very attentive definitely some room for improvement .

Excellent brand selections.

Poor customer service. Purchased a dishwasher for delivery. Delivery driver called and indicated he only has the connection hose; no dishwasher. I then called the store manager and she felt it more important to focus on her desk work rather than to help a customer. I indicated to the associate I would wait on hold. After 43 minutes on hold I finally reached another customer service agent --- Manager would not answer -- who then transferred me to another customer line where Im #15 in line. I will never shop her again.

I got a portable A/C unit. There were other sales there too for tv and grills. Brand smart got a 90 day plan so you can put money down and pay off the rest in 90 days or less.
