I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic from your store on 4/16/2021. I just wanted you to know that I came in with an open mind willing to let your sales team direct me in the right direction with the means in which I would purchase the car. Thanks to my sales man, Boris, that changed quickly. If I had more time to look for another car I would have because his blatant lies to me were ridiculous.It start and ends with the vehicle itself. After confirming the advertised price of the vehicle I asked him about the how Ram Certification works. He quickly changed the numbers around and said that I must pay an additional $1000.00 over the agreed upon price. He said it is like that with all certified cars.Needless to say I did my own investigation and found that when dealerships set the price of a Certified Vehicle the price is the price agreed upon or advertised....no extra fees are charged.Not only that there were wind deflectors that were on the car I purchased. I noticed that the day I test drove it the deflector was bulging because someone at your dealership stuck a showroom flag on it incorrectly. I brought this to Boris attention and told him that if your service guys remove it the wrong it would break. I also told him that if that happened and the deflector was broken the day of delivery I would want it replaced.When the car was delivered I noticed the wind deflector was indeed broken. When I told Boris it must be replaced he said that It was broken the day you drove it. Luckily enough I took a pic of the flag and deflector with him in the picture - that was the only way I got him to agree that your service people mustve broken it when preparing the car for delivery. I also asked for the splash guards and never got those either and the car was not completely clean upon delivery either.In the end his lies and attempts to fraud me out of additional monies cost your dealership two referrals I sent elsewhere to purchase Rams and your finance guy the opportunity to do the financing. Again I ultimately wish I had more time to purchase a car because Boris made this purchase an aggravating experience.The sad part is I was drawn to Salerno Duane because I cousin was a sales person there some years ago and always spoke highjly of you guys. As I am reading all the reviews, I can not give them more than 1 star. I made an appointment to see and possibly get a deal on a new lease. Upon arrival, I was informed the dealership did not have the car in the lot. Perhaps there was a miscommunication and I could live with that. The fact that not one person apologized and tried to make an attempt on possibly making things better is what upsets me. It tells me that they do not care about their costumers!

This dealership has the worst service department I have ever encountered. I have been there 3 times for service and each time was a nightmare. The first time was for a noise coming from the rear axle. They replaced the bearing on the left rear wheel. As I was driving home I heard a noise coming from the right rear wheel. I returned the car the next day and they had to replace the right rear bearing. Five days later the repair was done. On my second trip the car was there for three days and was not even looked at so I took the car somewhere else and it was repaired the same day. Third trip was to have a window motor replaced. Once again the car was there for three days. I do not know if it was repaired as of yet because I am writing this review before I go pick up the car. If you call the service department be prepared to wait approximately 30 minutes on hold. I will never go back here again. I worked in the service department of car dealerships for over 10 years and this is not how a service department should be run.Good news is the car was fixed, however the “mechanic” did not replace one door panel retainer. Now I have an ugly hole in my door panel. I will replace it at my own expense rather than go back there.

Service was not good at all and they did things to my vehicle that I did not ask them to do. 46k miles on my Jeep n they were to change spark plugs and boot kit that should of been covered under warranty. . Charged me 3 hours of labor for one hour of work. . Shame on them.

I had a very good experience when purchasing my jeep gladiator. I went in not knowing if I wanted the gladiator or the wrangler. Our sales person, Boris, was very helpful. I was able to drive both vehicles, and Boris was able to answer all my questions. He really knew the vehicles well. You know when you go in to a car dealership and ask questions and you know the sales person doesnt know what he is talking about so he just gives you an answer even though you know that answer is wrong? Well Boris had no problem saying if he did not know something, and his answers were knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact model I wanted with all the features I wanted. Price negotiation was very fair, and I feel I got a good deal. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

Francisco, the rep, did a great job. Didnt oversell it (even though I knew all along I was buying the Gladiator), and was very helpful in providing me with information regarding options to the vehicle. For other car dealerships out there, the main reason I bought this car at Salerno Duane was because all the reps helped each other out. They didnt dismiss me just because they werent the primary rep. Other dealerships, when they found out I talked to one of their other reps first, would have anything to do with me. They just said, Joe Schmo is not here. Call back later. We had a great experience buying our 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The staff was friendly, especially Francisco and the finance manager. What a big difference it was buying a car from them than the last few places we went to. We got a fair price for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler trade-in and a fair price for the new Jeep. Pleasant experience from first email. Arrived at dealership to find the car we were interested in front, center and clean. Even the tires were spit polished! To me thats extremely important. Never felt pressured to purchase at all. Our salesperson Boris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased the car, had it paid and all paperwork done within 2 hours...we drove it to my daughters place of work (it was for her) and she loves it! While waiting for the transaction to be completed I walked around a very clean and pleasant showroom, and found a very nice complementary beverage station for customers. Noticed all interactions with other customers and staff were just as pleasant as our own. Highly recommend this dealership.

Very very bad dealership very dirty place inside the Ford dealership. Salesman young man did not know how to handle customer service. Manager was not available. Salesman wanted $445.00 a month for a Ford Escape to lease it. Manger did not come outside he hide him self. I don’t recommend my customers and former employees to lease or bye none cars from Salerno and Duane. Very irresponsible people. No customer service no manger available. It’s a total failure.

Worst customer service I have experienced in dealing with a car dealership. I have left several messages and emails trying to get assistance in brining in my lease and picking up a new one. No one has called back and finally when I did get someone on the phone, they basically said they couldn’t help me unless I went in person. Very dissatisfied.

When I first noticed the oil consumption problem with my new Jeep, workers at Salerno Duane told me that Jeeps burn oil more in the first 15,000 or This is normal for Jeeps. It wasnt until I spoke to John, that I actually got some help and support. John heard my big concerns about my cars engine and told me we could do the oil consumption test. Every time I brought it in, John was very helpful and was able to document the problem. When I was waiting for my Jeep to be fixed, John continually apologized for the extremely long turnover (over 3 weeks with no car) and helped me get my car back.

Came to Salerno Duane with my husband to get him into a new Ram Truck he’s liked for quite a while. This is the second time we buy from this dealership after a smooth transaction last year for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have to say, our salesman Sal went above and beyond to understand our needs and respect not only our budget, but what we requested when we discussed the purchase. He was attentive and always professional and made sure to take the time he needed to work with us. Probably one of the least painful car purchasing experiences ever.

I just got a new car with them and had the chance to have Jonathan Martinez as a salesmen .And i could not thank him enough for everything he did for us. This car was a surprise for my wife who always wanted a jeep and receive a car with a bow on it and Jonathan made these 2 wishes come true. Even tough it was raining when we picked the car he went the extra mile to have the car in a spot where my wife could not see it and put the bow at the last minutes. I had the best experience in all my years purchasing cars with Paul Shorrock my salesman and Mike the manager. Very straightforward, honest, stand up guys. Went in to buy a new Ram 1500. From the time I entered to when i left with my new vehicle Jonathan Matinez was helpful and was very low pressure. I even had to leave in the middle to go to an appointment and they didn’t try to push me to purchase right away. This was a very different experience than I had working with the other local ram dealership. I was recommended to go here by a friend that had a similar experience. My salesman Paul Shorrock was awesome! From start to finish he made the process smooth, easy, and painless! I went in knowing what I wanted and Paul helped me to get exactly what I was looking for. He never once tried to sell me on something else or tried to get me to buy something I didn’t want. When the car was ready for pick up, he called me right away, got me in for an appointment right away and when I was there for pick up, he kept the end of the process nice and quick. Our lease purchase went as planned, no surprises. I didnt love the one sales person who said ready to be wowed, when we really werent wowed at all since their price was only a few dollars less per month that the one I came in with, but they did beat the price and overall it was fine. Kire, who was the second salesperson to help us and closed our sale, was great. I would absolutely go here again for a car but stop in at other dealers first to get prices and then let Salerno beat it. Also worth your time is to look at the Jeep website or google for incentives then make sure to bring it up after they give you their best price because every dollar helps,

My family has been customers of Salerno jeep for years and has referred many friends and families to Salerno. Since being under new management service has been terrible and every single time you call you get sent to voice mail or told “we will leave them a message” and no one gets back to you. It takes continuous calling to even get a hold of the person youre looking for and no one seems to have any answers (and the only thing they seem interested in is your money and want nothing to do with you after you invest in them!) kind of pathetic because every time you go in there there is at least 6 people at their desks yet you cant seem to get a hold of anyone. Terrible customer service.

George was helpful, funny and knowledgable! He related to us on a personal level which is what made this trip worthwhile. We didn’t think we would be leaving the dealership today with a new Wrangler! But he worked with us to ensure we got a good, if not best deal!
