I had a major transmission fluid leak and took my Infiniti to a shop around the corner. The mechanic did a patch job. The leak was slowed but not completely stopped. My trans began to skip gears as the leak persisted. I took my vehicle to Douglas and was greeted by Anne Marie, one of their service advisors. She was nothing short of excellent in her knowledge of the problem, solution and above all her friendly and reassuring personality. She introduced me to Benny, the tech who serviced my vehicle. Meeting Benny reaffirmed that Id come to the right place. I could see and hear the concern from Benny that another tech outside of Douglas would have done such a poor job. He remedied the trans leak and my vehicle is riding smoothly again. This could have been a major financial setback but it was caught before it was irreversible. Thank you Douglas Infiniti for taking pride in the service you provide!!!

First of all, I own three Infiniti vehicles and owned two Nissan Maxima cars before that. I ordered a wheel, wheel locks, and valve stem caps from this dealer during the customer appreciation sale. The parts manager Don Nicholls canceled my order stating that the wheel wasnt original equipment on my vehicle and said I should buy a wheel that was 10Xs the price. Classic bait and switch. The wheel I ordered is the exact same wheel that is on my vehicle.
