This establishment is getting worse by the days all the money that someone spent in their store hair and weave and all I wanted was just one shower cap, to purchase one with three bundles was $2.99 but he opened up the pack and decided to charge me $1.49 for 1/3 of it which is just stupid when customer service should just consist of giving a customer just one shower cap with all the money that I spent in there, I even asked if I could get the it for a $1 and he said no this is not the first time with this store but this is my last time shopping there! They give who they want deals and discounts but to be honest everyone should matter and get the same treatment!!!

First of all I love this hair store this is definitely my new favorite beauty supply store.. They have so so soo many great wig options for me to chose from.. I just love them

1st time ever I was NOT Satisfied with the customer service here. Im not sure if its under new management or whats the deal. There was a total of 9 people in the store waiting to be served & 6 of us needed Assistance. There was only 2 gentleman in this whole store which is usually swerming with employees, & neither one of them offered Assistance even after being asked multiple times. I tried to sit & wait but after 20 mins. I left along with 3 other Patrons. Im very disappointed.

Kind people felt bad but no refund or exchange. I will try product in different formula. Give them one more chance. If that is a bust will not be able to buy from them. I cannot waste money. Very nice employees and owners.
