My wax specialist is Cat (Caitlyn) and I highly recommend her for your first time waxing. She was very personable, productive, and informative. She would explain step by step what she was going to do and kept asking how I was doing during the service. She is hilarious and makes the time go by fast!

Caitlyn is probably the best person to go to for your first Brazilian wax, she talks you through everything, keeps you distracted if you’re nervous, and makes the whole experience a lot better just with her personality. I highly recommend seeing her for your first time and any time.

I was skeptical to get someone new because i usually go between two other people who wasn’t available at the time. I just want to say the service was AMAZING. Nakita was very knowledgeable and nice. She recommended products and educated me about exfoliating. Now I have three people I can go between.

Ive had my eyebrows and lip done for years now and this was the worst one. There is still hair everywhere she waxed. For the price, I would expect better results. Ive used other European Wax Centers and had great results, but I wont be going back here or probably to any European Wax Center because there is clearly a lack of consistency.

I decided to try a new wax center ( ONLY bc my wax center didn’t have available appointments ) I was with Cat, communication was A+ butttt WHYYYYY she didn’t clean up all the wax. When I finished running errands, I came home to use the restroom and wax is in my panties. & she didn’t do a whole 🍑 strip 😑😑😑😑😑 disappointed

I’ve been getting waxed for years and this was the worst one I ever had. They use HUGE strips. The wax kept breaking. She didn’t even try to cool the wax down b4 she put it by my sensitive area😫.

Strongly recommend Tierra and Taylor. I have been to the both of them. Very friendly and down to earth. I have the best conversations with them. I recently wasn’t able to go to neither one and decided to put “any”. Will not do that ever again. Will stick to my normal. I went to Nikita and had a awful experience. She didn’t talk much. And she left a lot of wax on me. Ended up having to rip the wax off at home and let’s just say the worst pain doing it yourself. :(

Staff done a great job with ensuring they kept the facility sanitized after each client. The waxing services were not time consuming, the Wax Specialist was very welcoming and professional. I would recommend having a better location for clients to place their clothing as the TINY shelf was not client friendly. Also, when services are complete part of the services should be to remove pieces of paper and/or wax from the clients area. Clients want to feel smooth and sexy, not like the Charmin Bear.

Taylor is THE BEST. She is the only person I will ever let touch my eyebrows, during covid I was looking rough. Once things finally opened back up she got me all the way together. I love my brows and how perfect she shaped them. I promise you won’t be disappointed, BOOK HER!

I had my first time visit at European Wax Center in Summerville on yesterday. The ladies greeted me when I first arrived. I had the pleasure of having Erica as my wax specialist. Abby performed by Brazilian wax. She is professional and made me feel comfortable. She gave great tips for care of my special area after waxing. The waxing wasn’t uncomfortable or painful as expected. She guided the through it as well. It was a great experience.

Upon me walking in, I was greeted with smiles from both ladies. I really like that customers were given mask if they didnt have one themselves.I had a full leg wax for the first time. After 15 years of having my brows waxed I have NEVER had such a horrible experience! After she waxed it felt like she took a razor to my brows. All I can say is it looks like a lawnmower went through my left brow. The right isn’t much better. Thank God hair grows back.Next time I’ll make sure to wait on my esthetician who was already booked at another location. The girls upfront asked if there was anything they could do.........No, I don’t know what you can do after a disaster like this! Shouldn’t have paid but didn’t feel like the drama!

I got a Brazilian today and it was the worst Brazilian I had ever received. The lady performing my service was 15 minutes late. The room was not adequately cleaned prior to the service so when I laid down, my leg got completely covered in wax from another client. Additionally, the lady performing the wax put such large strips on my skin that my skin was burning at the end of the session. I have been waxing for 4 years, and I know that you’re supposed to use 3-6” wax strips, the wax strips that this lady was using was more like 10” long and 4 inches thick. I will never use EWC again.

Only one of models posted on here looks like me, so I was a little hesitant. I always check the photos to see what a company considers beauty so I thought it was a subliminal message. Overall experience was nice. She had trouble getting my “stubborn” hairs so she KEPT re-waxing my entire chin. My chin is irritated and broken out now. The consultant was VERY nice. I may try other areas to get waxed and stick to known regime for face (threading).

Unfortunately I did not have the 5 star experience like majority of those who visited EWC. Today was my first brazillian in months and I was left with a lot of wax residue, a patchy job and highly irritated skin, which is A-typical for me. While the young lady that provided my service was very nice and personable, there was a lack of professionalism.

Today was my second experience getting a Brazilian wax and on a scale from 1-10 the pain level was at a 1. A zero really. 💁🏾‍♀️ There was very minimal pain thank God. 😩🙌🏾 Lauren did such a phenomenal job I had to schedule another appointment with her. 🤗❤️ Tierra Ravenell was my first experience and she did a phenomenal job as well. All in all, every employee that I’ve came in contact with has been very welcoming, positive, friendly, kind, and professional. If you’re contemplating about becoming a regular client at a particular European Wax Center, this one is it. 🥰
