When I arrived for my appointment I must admit I was a bit skeptical because my stylist was not black. But Ashley was awesome. I absolutely lovemy hair, the color and the style!It is the best hairdo Ive had in years.I will definitely be back!Thanks Ashley!

I used to go to this Place years ago back in 2008 and may I say my Hair wasnt that great or Healthy my Mom used to bring me here and once I got Older I stopped going Because these people Broke my Hair off When I went here my Hair wasnt growing Due to the lack of experience plus they cut my hair to much and I had perm damage so Now that I dont go to this place my Hair is more healthy n natural now but in my Opinion if u want hair lost and hair damage and over cutting with the scissors this is the place for u. This is the worse place to get your hair done. The manager Michelle is not experienced, neither are the stylists. They have subpar products and they damaged my hair consistently. Horrible service with hair color and keratin treatment. These guys should not be allowed to touch hair chemicals, they have no idea on how to use it. Jc penny needs to work on hiring experienced stylist that can really protect and treat the hair.
