So I totally forgot about my geek squad appointment and just showed up 15 min late which I would have totally understood if they couldn’t take me but they saw me anyway and although they couldn’t help because of the type of insurance I had on my phone Ali gave me so much helpful information!! He really didn’t have to. I could tell he was super passionate about his job and technology and his positivity transferred. It was nice. Now I’d definitely know what to do for next time. Super professional and great customer service which seems rare sometimes.

What’s not to like about Best Buy? I’m a gadget and electronics guy. I love computers, video games, drones, hue light systems…they have all of that and more. I have been to a lot of Best Buy stores and I feel like they’re mostly created equal. This one seemed a little bigger and had all the usual cool stuff I want. It’s a good and convenient place to grab whatever you might need in electronics.

The worst customer service. The sales representative that helped me was more worried about the conversation she was having with her coworkers than helping the customer. I bought an iPhone case and protective glass. When I asked her help with which case she rudely pointed out that this was the display and glass. She couldnt ring me out but if I waited in line and came back to her shed put the glass on. So I did then came back to her she proceeded to open the glass and realized I had picked the wrong glass and went And got the proper size glass for my phone. She then proceeded to tell me that there was a $6.47 difference in the smaller size and it was my fault for choosing the wrong glass. EXCUSE ME but youre the professional. She said you picked it. Once I paid the difference she put the glass on. Any union members I suggest you go to Staples. Worst service ever

Decent selection of most electronic equipment. The employees are always friendly and helpful with questions. I would like to see a better selection of computer parts and music equipment, however they do offer the basics. Good selection of tv’s, appliances, and phones. The store is very clean and well organized. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. I was very happy with the tech guys and they were quite happy to see some high end equipment that I brought in to see about replacement parts.

Pretty good! Finally bought my TV Ive been wanting and it was pretty easy to walk right in and get what I was looking for. In a very strange turn of events, no one was rushing over to ask if they could help like usual, must have just been a busy time of day. (Noonish) At the same time it was kind of nice lolEither way, great experience with no complaints!

Not really a good place or location to find items you would actually be looking for at. Too heavy on the gaming systems that require way too much internet servicing to run and I recently found out that Microsoft will no longer produce any XBOX systems nor will the Sony Corporation put out another Playstation system after the PS5. And every time I have been at a Best Buy- the gaming systems just sit there in the locked cabinets fully stocked with no takers. If they want to make up the business- carry items and equipment that people are actually looking for.

This chain is ok at best and hardly ever the Best Buy option for things I buy so I end up here very rarely. I find fewer and fewer options every time I enter a store. I remember when this place had an awesome selection of music, software, car audio, appliances, and more. Now its rather depressing.

I found the major appliance representative or salesman was very knowledgeable about the product we wanted. There approval system is very quick. The transaction barely took 10 minutes. If you go to the Strongsville store ask for Nate.

Store is well stocked. I asked for the soundbars for the new TV I bought and was pointed to where they were at but no one around to answer questions or make any helpfull suggestions. Guess your on your own there. Went next door to Costco and got great assistance and got my boss sound bar there.

I would give them a five star if they were that great at selling excuses of why they cant get appliances, not every customer that walks through the door is ignorant to supply chain and you really shouldnt try and use your trained responses with everyone. Very disappointed that instead of listening to what we wanted you would try and just sell us something in the opposite spectrum.

Got to best buy about 40 minutes before they closed today, in hopes of purchasing a microwave. Found the one we wanted almost immediately but could find no one who wanted to assist us. So we finally found someone to ask to help us, but we were told the store was closed and we would have to come back tomorrow.Since when do stores not help the remaining guests in their stores that are in there before they close? Not to mention we couldnt get anyone to help us even before the store closed..Im very unhappy with the service in this store. Clearly they werent trained to help people here, and the one person we finally talked to was a younger employee and he basically shuffled us out of the store like he couldnt bother with us because he wanted to get out of work.I guess home Depot gets our money.Thanks best buy, you rock!

Our experience getting appliances through best buy has been absolutely ridiculous. The delivery company best buy uses is an absolutely terrible company. Now we have been given the run around for a day and a half and the store does not even answer the phone, sat on hold numerous times.

Clean and genuienly friendly... except the front of the store. I was not greeted when I walked in however, i was when i walked past the TVs in the back. I was looking to purchase a washer/dryer unit, however the employee helping me was not knowledgable and did not seem to want to help me as he was waiting on another customer. I walked out.

Went in on a Friday night to try to switch over from one service to another and buy two new iPhone 12 pros because they have a better deal right now. Signed up for everything and there was an issue with porting our lines over to the new provider. Told me to come back next day because they were closing and they could try again. So I came back next day to try to get the lines ported and order the new phones, again there’s an issue. There was a specialist that had worked for the phone company before and said that we need to go to the corporate phone company store to have them setup the accounts then come back a couple days later and they could order the phones then. So we did that, after spending 4 hours at the phone store we get it set up, numbers are ported and plans are set up, all is good. Went back to Best Buy Sunday morning when they opened to try and see if maybe it would work to order phones, they said there’s something with the account, that it still won’t go through with ordering and said I could try ordering online, that should work. Tried ordering online and guess what, still can’t order phones. Go back to Best Buy Monday to try to order the phones again and they tell me I can’t order my phones because it won’t let me “upgrade” and said I have to wait two weeks or even longer due to some sort of fraud protection, then I can order new phones. He also mentions that I needed to come back Saturday right after creating accounts at the phone store, (which we couldn’t we had something going on and a baby to take care of and they were closing soon), this is the same guy that told us to wait a few days and come back mind you. Of course he doesn’t remember saying that and acted like he did nothing wrong. It’s been a week and what I thought was going to be fairly simple and easy to do because I’m sure they deal with customers wanting to switch providers quite frequently, turned out to be more of a headache and a burden of my time. So when I am released from phone jail I think I will just be ordering my phones from the real phone store instead, because all of this wasn’t worth saving a few bucks a month. So good luck to anyone else that tries to order from BestBuy Mobile, hope you have better luck than I did!

I always use this Best Buy for electronic purchases. From laptops to cell phones. The staff here is very knowledgeable and honest. They help guide me in the right direction. The new tech service plan is nice. If youre buying a new laptop and need to transfer data and/or get new anti virus installed it is all covered.

Floor associates in the computer department lack general customer service skills. Stood there for 45 minutes before somebody ever said a word to me. I agree that they were helping other customers but both associates walk by me multiple times without a word. Otherwise visit was reasonable and was able to get what I went in for.

They have literally everything you can think of in the way of electronics and computers. They have TVs, phones, computers, printers, gaming systems, games, cords, cables, chargers, cameras, printer paper and any accessory that you would need for your electronic devices and their prices are decent.

Best buy is probably the worst place to buy anything with cash. If you buy anything over $700 even with a CASH receipt you cannot get your cash back! They write you a check which takes 10 days! Then the time to cash it. They hold your money hostage. This is absolutely an awful practice that they never tell customers about at the register.

Bought a tv, was Mislead on which apps it had on it, sold me a tv mount that’s way to big for the tv which makes the tv unbalanced and constantly have to make adjustments. Had geek squad come out they said that’s how it’s suppose to be...not to mention you can’t even use the hdmi inputs in the back because the mount blocks them...terrible experience all the way around.

Even one star is generous. The customer service I’ve received has been ridiculous. I have been trying to get a water line installed for 2 months. Their system allows them to schedule an appointment without assigning it to an actual installer. I have rescheduled at least 6 times and talked to 3 supervisors and still do not have a water line installed. Fine if you’re going in yourself to buy something. But don’t rely on their service team to get stuff done for you. The definition of it something can’t be done right it shouldn’t be done at all.

This is the 3rd time I comeback and return my dashcam Rexing brand. Hope if I install it again to my new truck it will not on and off again while Im driving, and it happened a lot of time specially if its too cold. If I could put a negative in stars it would be negative 1000! We recently purchased a tv from the montrose store and found out the screen was cracked and we called customer service, since each store isn’t handling calls, customer service directed us to the Strongsville location to return or exchange the TV because they were the only ones to have said tv in stock. However, the manager seems to not want to help as he claimed the TV came from a magnolia store even though it was the same tv they had and we did not purchase via magnolia product. (I am still trying to make sense of it) so instead of filling out a little paper work to take the product back they completely turned him away. Thanks fully the next store we went to they even went above and beyond and gave us a free upgrade and apologized for the managers neglect. The manager at this location who refused to help us was Shaun. Completely unprofessional.

Customer service was excellent. Went in to buy a computer for my fiancee. His inventory scanner said they were all sold out in a tri state area. He looks down and there was still 1 left on the model I wanted. He totally hooked me up. Answered all my questions and didnt rush me even after they were officially closed. Right now Best buy isnt buying a lot of used tech, and its easy for the geek squad to run into insurmountable snags when installing TVs with hidden in-wall wires. Otherwise, its nice to have a shop that consistently has the latest tech and appliances, including open box/used options.

Store was closed early. When asked if I can purchase a gift card online the merchant was not helpful. Figured out I did not have to wait in line. E gift cards available. Merchant could have avoided the stress of many by providing friendly information.
