Great customer service. I was able to take care of everything over the phone. When I got to the unit everything was perfect. I especially appreciate the fact that the access to the unit was a strait shot for the moving trailer.

A family member of mine got a storage here and I went to help them move stuff in. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. She got her in the right fit and the price was reasonable. The property was clean and security seems great. They have cameras and each person has to have a code to get in. The units were even alarmed. If I ever need a storage I will definitely store here.

I saw a quote online and decided to reserve a space. I called to let them know I was driving an hour to get there. I didnt know it at the time, but I was speaking with a call center. When I arrived, the office was closed. I was able to speak to the district manager Nicole. She was SO accommodating and sent Genevieve over to help me. Both of these ladies gave me the best customer service I could have asked for. Moving is really hard and frankly sucks sometimes but when people like Nicole and Genevieve are there to help you in your transition, it makes the process more barrable. Nicole and Genevieve, thank you SO SO much!

I purchased this facility in Stockton about 2 days ago. Star was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unsure of my needs I said I wanted to purchase a 10x10 and I was in a hurry. She said ok, I provided a copy of my homeowners insurance and she recommended I see the 10x10. I was so appreciative she had me check first because I would not have enough room if I did, I went with the 9x15. It was enough for all our boxes and bikes. The facility is the cleanest that I’ve seen and has no odor. My facility is inside, and there is always a dolly available for use! Another perk is that there is stag on site 24/7!! I’m glad there is a clean, safe storage facility to assist us during our move.

Great staff, great location, very secure. On site manager is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Onsite rolling carts make the job easier and better.So the storage areas were super clean no sign of bugs, no sign of trash. We love this place and would recommend it to anyone.Customer service was outstanding manager called me to make sure there wasn’t a goof up because I had two units reserved. There was no good up! Fatima was good. Made everything at ease, showing the place, explaining costs with in between jokes. This was my first time to get a storage recommended by my daughter Jannel, as she says it is safe, good price for what the offer was, plus the senior citizen discount and extra hours to put things after the closing time. I give 4.5 rating for her as we still need room for improvement.

Their call center and managers respond very quickly, and keep on top of notifying you when you have a reservation.I think it’s great that they provide an assortment of trolleys around the storage buildings, although I sometimes wish there was one more of the large cart.The storage options are reasonably priced compared to most other storage facilities.I especially like that they are putting some of their proceeds towards replanting forest that has burned down.

Nice greeting as I walked in, (Ophelia) helped me out showed me the space to make sure it fit my needs for my things.The other young lady (Omari) helped me to finish up the paper work went through policy and signed.I was very impressed how the two young ladys work as a team and they get the job done.I would recommend this storage unit to all and they even offer climate control storage spaces if that fits your needs. I’m not sure how to start this but let’s just say this place made our day. Anthony had the best customer service a gal can ask for. They close at 6p, I got theirs at 5:55p, at first he advise us they were closed and we understood. As we walked away, Anthony made our day and decided to serve us, it was a breath of fresh air especially when we was having a rough day. He open the door and went through everything with us without sounding rush, because he was technically off at 6p. He did not have to do it, and we were so thrilled that he did. The staff is very friendly and was extremely helpful with all of my questions. The young lady that worked there made the process quick and easy for me. She was more than willing to show me any of the units I was interested in. Also, I noticed right away it is always very clean there, inside and outside. I also really appreciate the dollys and carts they have for on-site use, they are free, very convenient, and made my move even easier .

After waiting the whole morning for a damn U-Haul truck I was hesitant on going in to get a storage because of all the time wasted.
