Kacey’s the best! Stored my items for a month while moving out of state. I had to get the climate controlled unit (1/2 price promo!) for my own peace of mind during the summer heat. I was confident in First Rate’s ability to keep my items clean, safe, and secure. This is 100000% the best storage facility in Stockton.

I just got a unit with First Rate Storage yesterday. I trully was satisfied with every aspect of the facility. It was extremely clean and has a very modern/new look and feel to the entire property. I got a great deal on a 10x10x10 (length, width, hight) unit. The Manager Kacey was very helpful and kind. She also has an amazing personality. It honestly was the best storage experience I have ever had from A to Z. Im glad I went with them as my choice.

I have rented a few storage units over the years and I have to say this facility is the best well kept and inviting location I have been to. The staff is extremely friendly and informative about all the units and deals they have going on, they will even give you a tour to help make you feel more comfortable with your decision. Even though I didnt end up needing the unit I am definitely coming here when I do and referring this location to anyone in need of a storage unit. Thank you for all the help!

I went in to pay my bill and asked were marissa was thinking it was her day off and Gilbert went on to tell me how she was such a terrible person and he helped get her out to get himself in, which is none of my business but I also don’t think it’s right to laugh about something like that when my experience with her wasn’t such. Nothing against anyone I just don’t like drama and that’s what it seems happens here. Good climate control units though?

The manager is very friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need and are looking for. I would recommend this storage unit to all of my family, friends, and associates. Very affordable and great customer service.

This storage place is very clean and well maintained, The staff was polite as well. The best thing about this storage place is the price it was reasonable for the size compared to other storage unit got a 5x5 for $75 a month. I just wanna say thanks and I would recommend anyone who need a storage place for there stuff to stop by First Rate Storage and check them out for your self.

I stopped this new storage facility on Pacific Avenue today and spoke with store representative Felicia. She was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I was impressed with the cleaness of the facility as well. I look forward to moving my things in the beginning of January.

I have a unit here. The customer service is amazing and always helpful. The only downfall is the doors have contined to be broken since i moved in. They are really nice its just a little frusterating at times.

Marissa and Felisha came in and introduced themselves as the new management team for first rate storage! They are super sweet and knowledgeable about the new property. We will refer any tenants that we are unable to accommodate her at Advanced Mini Storage.

There was this gorgeous girl that helped me and this place is outstanding its clean New and very large.

Marissa came in and introduced herself as the new property manager for First Rate Storage, she was very pleasant to talk to, I will definitely be referring any customers that are asking for climate control and inside units as we do not have those available at this time.

My wife and i had a storage here and agree it started great, leaving wasnt as pleasent, and thats the nicest way to put it. I dont agree with leaving with the same review- im sorry. Hopefully you get it together.

I am moving from Oregon to California from college, and I need to find a place to live. I am staying with my parents as of now, but needed a space to put all my belongings when I bring them back with me, until I find a place to rent of my own. I only had so much money, and First Rate was willing to work with me on the down/deposit..not to mention, that they also had alot of sizes of storages to choose from...I guess they just opened up? Plus, as it turned out, the first month ended up being rent free, so I ended up lucking out... but the manager lady was soo nice and very pretty too!! I think her name was Marisa? She was so kind and calmed me down, because I was so upset that I didnt have enough cash to rent, but needed my belongings in a safe place, and she did a first time special rent for me!! Not to mention, I was still kind of getting used to the California fast pace, but she slowed way down for me and made me feel very comfortable for being not only a first time storage renter, but first time living and moving to California..I recommend anyone who needs storage in this area, to come here and ask for her! Shes amazing!! Thank u so much Marisa and First Rate Storage! Its soo much appreciated you have noo clue!!! ❤❤❤ Now I can start my new journey of life, without worries of where my stuff is, and not worry if its safe and sound, as well as access it easy, wherever its at, especially being around the corner from my mom and dad...thanks again!!!
