Ive been a patient of Dr Koehler for years. Every appointment Ive ever had has been handled promptly and efficiently. The staff is helpful and kind. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Koehler. Hes extremely knowledgeable. He explains whatever issue your going through in an easy to understand and concise manner. His caring, compassion, and professional always hits the mark and then some.

Great experience over all. Nice modern equipment.My one complaint is that some front office staff were not wearing masks when I first came in. It was first thing in the morning so its understandable but still, in an environment where people are going to be right in your face it was a little surprising.

I have been going to Normandy Optical for a few years. Always wonderful people as well as Doctors. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

My initial visit was fine, overall everything went well. The employees were a little weird and unprofessional and the doctor told me it was okay to drive home on a sunny day after she had just dilated my eyes... but It wasn’t a big deal. The problem came when I refused to purchase over priced contact lenses from the Normandy location in Sterling Heights. The tech quoted me over 1,000 for a year supply of contacts in which I responded with no thank you, and asked for the prescription to be printed out.. He was hesitant, but gave it to me.. I went to purchase contacts online and when the online contact company called the Normandy location in Sterling Heights, a few days after my eye doctor appointment, someone there told them I was not a client and did not receive my eye Prescription from them and they could not verify my prescription. The online company, had to cancel my purchase, until I can verify my prescription.. as of right now I am out of contacts and will never go back to the Normandy optical Sterling Heights location.

This was my first time getting a eye exam. The staff here was incredibly friendly and easy going. The doctor knew all my symptoms without me even saying them once he checked my eyes. They also were great on helping pick glasses so I didn’t look silly. Will for sure recommend them

I had a great experience with Dr. Kohler. He was very thorough and explained everything to me very nice, helpful staff too!

I needed to visit a doctor immediately and they welcomed me in. Doctor C was very knowledgeable and helped me with my situation. The staff was very friendly and polite!

I went in for an eye exam for glasses as well as contacts. I had never tried contacts before and found out on this day that I probably never will get them, as I get very squimish touching my own eyeball. It took forever to get one contact in my eye. Dr. Koehler was more than patient with me and encouraged me through the process. He was very nice and understanding. The rest of the staff are also highly professional and friendly. I would recommend this place for their services.

I don’t even know why this place has 4.7 reviews and if i could find below 0 stars i would of rated them that. It is one of the worst places with garbage customer service, their associates especially (Daleda) who doesn’t know what respect means offer the lowest level of service. Please don’t waste your time or money going there.

In and out quickly, friendly people and decent prices for frames!

My family just moved to Michigan from California and needed to find a new eye doctor and what a find!!! My daughter & I went today and saw Dr. Blazius. He was wonderful. Very thorough, very informative. He explained things that no doctor had ever explained to me about my eyes. Then his wonderful assistant Brenda helped us pick glasses. Brenda was a pleasure to work with. It was like shopping with a longtime friend. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Normandy/Garfield Vision Center.

Not a big selection. Front desk told me I would have to pay for glasses repair even though I am under warranty. They just tell you whatever they feel like, not accurate information.
