No wonder this business is about to go bankrupt. They wont return or give me a store credit for a box of Manila folders without orginal receipt. Wont even look up with my credit card information that option is not available.Like an old school business.Will never shop from you guy s for my business. Amazon is much cheaper anyways.When we try to help the local business this is what we get. Amazon returns are much more easier. Who wants to hang on to those paper recipes.

I was overwhelmed and just was having a bad day..Just had a bad experience at My Home store Madison Heights of 6yrs..Went to Sterling Heights and Nate or Nick (Not sure of Name) listened and fixed my problem in 20 minutes with no problemThis is My New Home Store they are Friendly, Fast, So Helpful, Understanding, Patient, Everyone had Smiling faces, Stocked up on Everything..Thank you Guys 😘😘

I purchased a Logitech M310 mouse from this location three days ago. After getting home and trying the mouse on two of my computers, and changing out the batteries, it was determined that the mouse is faulty and not working.I brought the mouse into the store today with my receipt to be told this product is on a non return list.So a faulty product that they sold three days prior is on a no return list.This store has lost my business on all future purchases.

I wanted to do an even EXCHANGE on Avery Labels (same cost, same brand, just different size label). They could not make it happen, even though they had all the info on my rewards account. The system would not let them do it. Store Manager could or would not find a way to make it work.

They didnt have the chair I wanted so they called another store and I went to pick it up no problem.A week later, manager Alexa called me at home to tell me I didnt pay for the chair at her location so I needed to come in and pay. Accusing me of shoplifting! What on earth gives anyone the right to do that. Will never be back. Check your cameras!!!!!!!!! Calling corporate as well, this type of behavior cant be tolerated.Update....not even a phone call but an emailed apology saying thanks for letting them know about my situation. Really.......

Excellent store. Has every office and school type supply you could ever want to buy and more. The store employees are pleasant and quick to ask if you need help finding anything. I always end up buying more items than I went in to buy because they have great merchandise at great prices.

I ordered 50 copies of a book, and after more than 1 month waiting and after multiple calls to come to see the quality of the 1st copy before printing all books. At the day of recieving the book they asked me for extra 800 dollars for the extra work of the half cut size, and the manager apologized and said she WILL FIRED the printing center cashier who misinformed me about the price, and that was her lie because happily I saw the girl after that. Although I payed hundreds of dollars on the books, the manager accepted to refund me my money than give me the books without paying the 800 dollars or discard them all! Imagine they just threw the books! I lost time and they toasted the books and lost the money! That is the system there which doesnt make any sense Thats not the end of story. I came back a month later to order 30 books, and guess what? They lost the book by mail! After 2 months back and forth between them and the carrier, they refunded the money but the manager left me a message with the guy that they wont do any other order for me because this order got a lot of problems. Obviously both mistakes were from their side, and they should be sorry better than the bad management and disrespect to the costumers! The worse manager ever!

Used to be my favorite place and I was going there minimum twice a week spending close to 2K on a monthly basis for my office supplies. Today I had the worst experience here and I wouldnt recommend it at all because employees there as very rude, disrespectful, and dont know nothing about their products and services they offer at the print center.

Dropped off a book to be cut and split into 7 different books. Was told that the books would have front and back covers. Paid 45 dollars, books didn’t have covers and was told that it was a separate charge. plus the person that prepared the books did a mediocre job and the books were cut really badly, lopsided and uneven. Also some of the pages are coming off because of how uneven and bad the job was.

Most basic essentials for office supplies are available. This store has reduced its selection and varieties of products available. Prices are average to high. Office furniture displays are poorly assembled, damaged and displayed. Lighting display was not functioning, and displays were damaged.

I originally thought this store was going to help me more than my own local store would have. But, I ordered some printing of flyers and paid for them to be printed in a specific order to save me time to put them into folders for a conference tomorrow. But, when I drive an hour and half one way back home to find out they were not even close to the correct order, the manager, Hayden, did not want to do anything to correct or reimburse me for the mess I have to fix. What a waste of time and money for something I could/should have done myself much cheaper. Wasted $300 on something not done right. Now, I have to resort them, and thats after Hayden wanted to be sarcastic and throw false accusations claiming i said his people were maliciously messing things up, when I never implied nor said anything remotely close to it, but was informed by the printing associate that the machine may have messed up the order without his knowledge. I am seriously rethinking ever dealing with Officemax again, when I can order pretty much everything online through VistaPrint and Amazon that I picked up from them today. And, the pricing is almost the same. Vista would only be 2 to 3 days - I know this from personal experience.

Poor customer service. Very unorganized. My order was not completed at the time promised. The customer service rep at the print center hung up the phone and said he could not help me any further and would not pick up the phone for the rest of the night. I will be reporting the young man at the print shop who hung up the phone on me today February 2, 2019 at 7pm to the corporate office. I know Office Max does not allow their employees to behave in such a way.

This location either has none of the advertised items in stock or it either has one. Customer Service is very mediocre. If you are lucky, you may find one person that speaks or is willing to assist while shopping at this location....and this is rare. The customer service has been rude via the phone and/or in person...I imagine that the staff isnt too happy to work. Also, the store doesnt flow properly (needs to be LEAN Manuf. friendly) and items are shelved in no particular order or location. Ive only patronized this location out of convenience; however, I will make the additional drive elsewhere going forward. Top: if you do decide to shop this location, be sure to have additional time to spare on your shopping trip.

Employee at register was extremely rude. Never acknowledged me waiting for him to get off the phone with another customer. I wouldnt have minded had he said something to me or bothered to look up but instead deliberately acted as if I werent there. By the time I left the door I had said hello and thank you and the employee never said a word. People that rude have no business working in an environment where they have to interact with humans 👍🏼
