I have bought several items from this store. T.V. and stand. Washer and dryer. King size bedroom set. Living room set. Kids bedroom set. Went in today to look at queen size mattresses and seen they had none on display. We asked about the beds and were told that they do not display them anymore they keep them in the back. I was then asked what kind of mattress I was looking for so I replied the kind thats comfortable and that I can lay on. I was then told that I could go to the back and feel them. Honestly who buys a mattress without laying on it first to see if its comfortable? I cant tell if I like it by touching it. Anyway rent-a-center I did get the exact same bed you offer from art van pure sleep less than an hour later. It was a little more money but at least I got to try it out first. I will not be returning any more.

I rented a recliner short term. The ad said $24. Per week. No one indicated that there was a minimum rental period, nothing on the contract either. I paid $108. Up front, I understood as a deposit. Everything was fine then, but, the chair ended up being very uncomfortable, so after 2 weeks I called to have them pick it up. When I asked about them returning my $50, thats when they told me there was a one month minimum and they were keeping the money. Not sure how I could have seen that coming, so I have no advice, but, try to understand ALL of their policies before renting here. They ruined my experience over $50.

I am only giving them 2 stars because of the first transaction I had with this company was great. The second time was a disaster. I order a bedroom set that was suppose to be delivered on 1/24/19. The order didn’t get put in due to a death in one of the worker families. Which is a situation that no one could predict. What I am upset about is the fact I called the store 4 times between 12-4pm and they lied about the delivery being made that day. The worker told me that the bedroom set was on it’s way that day multiple times. The worker couldn’t comprehend that I wasn’t upset about the initial order not being set out. I was upset I was being lied to and five hours of my time was wasted. The employee I spoke to was extremely rude and needs more training. I have called to leave complaints for both the general manager and store manager. It’s sad that it has been a week and no one has contacted me. It’s shows how much they care about their customer and their company. If the hired ups can’t handle customer complaints in a timely fashion, it’s no wonder they have workers working for them that act like they don’t care about the company. It sets a example that this is okay. Upside after have to sleep on the floor because the old bed was tossed and five hours of my life wasted they did deliver my bed.

I just moved to Shelby Township and I have been dealing with Amber and she is very pleasant and helps in every way she can. I would recommend anyone to go see Amber if you ever nerd to rent anything.

Came in on Friday paid a month in advance was supposed to be delivered Monday between 11 and 2 p.m. edit 3 p.m. when we called they said they couldnt rent to us and then we can come get our money back no explanation of why they couldnt rent when the lease was already signed pay stubs were proven and cash was accepted very poor business very very poor customer service extremely disappointed
