We walked in there knowing next-to-nothing about tractors and left feeling totally confident not only in our purchase, but in having a lasting relationship with this business. Jason is amazing. He guided us through every step of the process for picking the right equipment for our property. He was incredibly kind and patient, never once making us feel embarrassed for our lack of knowledge or experience.The tractor was delivered to our home within a few days of purchase, and Jason himself came out and gave us a crash course on how to operate it, attach and detach implements, and do basic maintenance. In total, he spent about five hours working with us one-on-one.It is so important for me to know that we did not only buy a quality piece of equipment, but that we are working with a dealership that we feel comfortable with and that is going to be there for us. The support and guidance Greenhill has *already* displayed is on a completely different level than any other dealership we visited while making our decision.10/10 would highly recommend. This is an excellent place to purchase from, Jason and his father are extremely reputable and the items are exactly as described over the phone, when you actually arrive at their place and test them out. They take the time to go over any details and questions you have and I would highly recommend their business. Finally, even after the fact they are still attentive to the customer and any thing required, and these days that is a real plus.

I drove to greenhill From wv close to two hours away to check out a skid steer for my business I got there and tested it checked it out told the salesman I was interested and was going to come back and purchase had to get my co signer to come Back with me he insured me we could make a deal and they’d finance and I would leave with the piece of equipment That day well I took a day drove back to greenhill and spoke to another salesman and he told me he didn’t think they’d finance it, it was to old and that the one finance company he could find might would but I definitely wouldn’t leave with it that day and when I told him what the other Salesman said he made it seem like I was making it up or I wasn’t listening to him so he gave me the finance company’s number and told me to call them instead of even offering to bring me in side and helping me do it he put it all off on me. He really didn’t seem like he cared if he made a deal or not I would steer clear of greenhill they’ll wast your time. They’re is to many others that sale the same thing that want to give you service and treat you decent.

I was very pleased with Greenhill equipment staff and the way they handled my purchase. And because of problem mechanical problem with the belt I was unable to fix it they allowed me to return the machine and got my full payment back and I would do business with them again.
