The store manager and I had a moment one time but when I say this girl really works with you she really does .All these negative reviews about her saying shes rude and all that people have to understand that she has a job to do and a boss of her own to answer to. I have two items from rent a center with one paid off .She really does care about her customers and try her best to work with them ! I see myself being a customer for a while !

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Miranda is absolutely horrible. My husband just lost his father October 13th and he missed one payment. The next payment isnt even due yet. One payment missed and were getting harassed because we paid for funeral cost over a furniture bill. So if you plan on going through them, make sure nobody dies in your family, no emergencies, better pay these people before you even feed your kids. I mean my husbands father died. Hes gone. Not coming back. The amount of pain he is going through is enormous. The obituary is in the paper, we have a letter from the funeral home to prove its no lie or were not just making up stories. These people have no compassion, no humanity. Aarons is where we will take our business. We just talked to them and told them our situation and they are giving us first month free and allowing us to pick our due date. They said their prayers are with our family and anything they can do to help just let them know. Thats customer service. Thats going above and beyond​ and will result in more customers and returning customers.

This place is a disgrace! The woman manager is not only rude but very unprofessional! Not only did I only have my item 6 days but she than decided to question why I hadnt put money (on a prepaid card) if I got paid 3 days ago. It was non of her business that I had to transfer the money and I had told her I was at work at that. I also said I be in first thing in a.m; she still stated she didnt understand. Who the hell is she to understand?!? I told her do not call me back have someone else and every time I hung up, she called right back over and over and over like a damn child .I also reach out on their fb page. THEY BLOCKED ME! She needs to be fired! I have reported her at this time I havent heard nothing back. I have gave back the items it wasnt worth the headache and harrashment!. I never even signed papers!.

Yesterday I went around 10 oclock a.m. to get a game system for my step son. I paid them that morning as soon as they opened!!!! Told me they couldnt deliver the game and TV until after 4pm! When I paid at 10a.m. so you telling me, you want me to sit at home until you come and I dont have a set time. NO! So I asked if I could get a call when they was in route to my house. Sandra said yes! Fiance was sitting right beside me. When she said it. So around 5 I hadnt heard from them and I was out getting my stepson. So like I said I CALLED THEM just to see when it was going to be delivered because, I didnt receive a call. Amber a grown woman who cant take criticism picks up. I tell her where I live and that Im on my way home and when they delivery person was coming. She says hes in route I stated well Im not there yet and would be able to wait since YOU sent him to my home without verification that I was there. Any real delivery company does that its better for business and the customer too WHEN YOUR NOT GIVING A SET TIME.. I gave you a call just so I wouldnt miss you guys! SO she tell the store manager I gave her a hard time. Didnt! She said they dont do calls but oñ the paper that I missed them it said UPDATE MY NUMBER. WHAT THE HELL! I set everything in place so I could go get him and have the game there on time and its your job to work for the people renting your stuff so why was it a problem to get a CALL. When I paid that morning BUT WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 4 for my items. Ill tell you why I AM BLACK. A lot of people fail to realize racism still exist! Too my BLACK COMMUNITY I WOULDNT DARE GO THERE FOR NOTHING! To be honest your better off saving up for what you want instead of going through them. I just paid rent and everything so I didnt have all the money to get it at once. You end up paying four times what you would if you would just save all together. Im only writing this because I was not wrong. I did my part and stayed and professional, they failed to do their end. Instead of just owning their mess up they decided too put it on me saying I gave them a hard time. If you notice a LOT of WHITE PEOPLE will never admit theyre WRONG. Just find someone else to blame because, they cant take criticism, and once their feelings are hurt they cry wolf. Patheic, sad, and sickening. He was really look forward to the game. Now Im the bad guy. GOD SITS HIGH AND WATCHING LOW. SO ILL LET GOD HANDLE THEM THE WAY HE SEE FITS!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store manager Merienda Jackson is a horrid, unreasonable and insensitive witch. I would love to say what she really is, but lets be professional. Especially seeing as how she doesnt know the meaning of the word. She will call every contact # youve left to gossip/tattle/share conversations youve had with her if shes offended, involving people she doesnt know, in her drama. Not to mention the non-stop harassing phone calls if you are a little late on a payment. Would not recommend ANYONE do business here. This woman should be fired for her behavior.

Store manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful when calling me as one of my sons contacts. She probably didnt even know I was his mother and that I could possibly even be older than her. Instead, she chose to speak to me as if I were a child or someone beneath her. Yes my son should be held responsible, but life happens sometimes. As well, when being harrassed daily, it can almost cause anyone to rebel against paying at the moment. I would not recommend for anyone to do business here while under this management.They do call all contacts daily leaving various messages before you can even reply to previous ones. They want to threaten legal proceedings, even after receiving their merchandise back. I wonder if customers can pursue their own lawsuit for harrassment....
